Muy bien ubicado y el personal amable

Cons:

No tiene ascensor y las cortinas gruesas no tienen el ancho necesario para cubrir la totalidad de las ventanas, por lo que entra muchísima luz desde muy temprano, y eso a mi me complica el sueño

hits and misses but overall, wouldn’t use again

The location was very good and the price too, but there were many issues with the stay

Cons:

They sent many e mails and messages through booking on offers of shuttles and things and then they sent something on doing the check in on line . I did it and told them and yet did not receive the instructions to get in . They said there was a glitch with their comunicación. They again asked for the check in hour Z I told them the client would be on after 7 and have to self check in, as flight arrived 18.25 . They did not send the information, and did not wait for him. Had to call them. Talk to a robot , finally talk to someone and get instructions . Client was elderly gentleman who had to carry his luggage FOUR flights of stairs . So I would not use this place again all in all.

Really nice place to stay in the middle of Prague and very reasonable price.
Pros:

Location is superb , just a few steps away from the old town square . About 15 - 20 minutes walk from the train station. Really good breakfast selection , all you can eat . And if you're running the Marathon it's only a short walk from both the start area and the finish.
