Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

They renovate the square so I couldn't park front of the a hotel not even for a second. It's not the fault of the hotel but when we checked-in and the staff informed me about there was no parking spot reserved for us as I reserved it made me angry.
Then miraculously he found an empty spot for me.
The coffee machine not worked.
