Drahý hotel, počet hvězdiček neodpovídá ceně
Pros:

Snad jen lokalita v centru, pěkný výhled z okna na Václavské náměstí. MHD hned u hotelu (tram, metro). Slušný byl internet.

Cons:

Především chybějící pocit bezpečí - hotel avizuje 24 hodin fungující recepci, ale recepce končí již v 18.30. Klient je nucen jezdit výtahem, na schody se dostává složitě přes výtah, neumím si představit situaci, kdyby hořelo. Recepce je malinká, chybí tam jakékoliv posezení. Vybavení hotelu by potřebovala rekonstrukci a větší péči o čistotu. V pokoji chybějí informace, papír na psaní, psací potřeby... Hotel neodpovídá počtu hvězdiček.

La ville de l'opéra et des sculptures de David Cerny !
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé. Du fait de la basse saison, j'ai eu une chambre au 5e étage, avec vue sur les beaux hôtels art nouveau d'en face. Il y avait des travaux, y compris le WE, pour installer le tramway sur la place Venceslas, ce qui améliorera l'endroit. Boîte de nuit rooftop en face, donc un peu d'animation de jeunes (mais rien à voir avec ce que l'on appelle "jeunes" en France), parfois bavards, et racolage de prostituées à la porte de l'hôtel, mais rien de méchant. L'hôtel fait partie de l'ensemble Lucerna, classé monument historique, construit par le grand-père de Vaclav Havel. Une sortie donne sur le passage, à 50 m du célèbre "Kun" de David Cerny.

Cons:

Grand classique, le 1er jour, je constate que la pomme de douche fuit. Je la dévisse et trouve un joint qui datait de la création du monde. À ma grande surprise, à ma demande, il a été remplacé le lendemain matin, et en plus on a changé le flexible (un vieux tuyau en plastique rigide impossible à diriger sur vous) pour un vrai flexible neuf. Les hôtels de cette catégorie devraient faire le tour de ce matériel, car c'est fréquent. Les fenêtres mériteraient un coup de pinceau, à moins d'être changées. Du fait de la basse saison, pas de déjeuner sur place, mais à l'hôtel Ramada, presque en face. J'aurais apprécié un réfrigérateur un petit peu plus grand, et surtout une bouilloire plus moderne (je me suis brûlé plusieurs fois). Il existe des bouilloires dont on peut régler la chaleur avant 100°.

Pre mňa kvalita za rozumnú cenu.

Čistota,skvelá veľká posteľ, kanvica, TV programy, hlavne blízkosť centra a dosah metra, električky.

Das Hotel liegt in der City und direkt an der Metro A. Man kann ohne Mühe anreisen.
Man kann zu Fuss überall hingehen und braucht keine Transportmittel.
Diverse Restaurants und Cafès in der Umgebung. Check in und check out einwanfrei verlaufen.

Hotel je blízko vlakového nádraží i metra,na Václavském náměstí.Pokoj velmi pěkný,velký,čistý.Snídani jsem nevyužila.Pán na recepci byl
úžasně ochotný a milý,ve všem,co jsem potřebovala,mi pomohl /taxi a další/.

Cons:

Trochu hlučno,pokoj měl okna na Václavské náměstí,kde se stále pracuje....Ale po zavření okna to v noci šlo .

الشقة جدا واسعة ومريحة ونظيفة ومرتبه وبوسط المدينة كل شي قريب ومتوفر والامان عالي كان اختيار الفندق موفق شكرا للطاقم.

النظافة اليومية ليست جيده لا يتم كنس ومسح الارضيات فقط ترتيب الاشياء في المطبخ وغرف النوم بدون تنظيف او تغيير للمفارش. حتى فوط الحمامات عند استخدامها لا يتم تغييرها فقط ترتيبها واعادتها.
