非常好的酒店，地段绝佳。
Pros:

前台小哥Kazi人特别好，他长着一双善良的眼睛，他耐心为每个住客讲解住宿事宜，帮我的同伴预订了去机场的出租车。

Pros:

Hotel conveniently located, near Old town and main train station.

Cons:

The hotel advertises the price in € on Booking.com; however, they don't give you the option to pay in €, only in Czech Koruna, at their exchange rate which is much worse that the official one. We ended up paying 20 more euros than what we booked for.
Reception unattended during evening/night.
Very uncomfortable pillows, couldn't really use them.

Celkově jsem byla s ubytováním spokojena.
Pros:

Lokalita, čistota, příjemný personál. Stanice Metra, tramvajové zastávky, obchody, restaurace - to vše se nachází v bezprostřední blízkosti hotelu. Z vyššího patra je hezký výhled na město.

Cons:

Je-li pokoj s okny na Václavské náměstí, pak je třeba počítat s větším hlukem. (diskotéka v protějším hotelu, brzké ranní práce na náměstí) Recepce pouze do 19 hod.
