Pros:

Our stay at the Sheraton was amazing. The staff went out of their way - particularly to look after our 4 year old daughter. Everyone was kind and welcoming and overall the service is the best we've ever had in a hotel anywhere in the world. I would recommend this hotel highly to anyone staying in Cairo, and particularly those staying with children.

Cons:

Nothing - the hotel was superb.
