An Unforgettable Stay with Stunning Nile Views and Outstanding Hospitality!
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic stay! The rooms were spotless, and the view of the Nile River and the city was simply breathtaking. The service staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wonderful selection that included delicious traditional Egyptian dishes. Everything about the hotel created a warm and relaxing atmosphere that made the stay truly special. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this was definitely one of the highlights. I sincerely hope I’ll have the chance to visit Cairo again—and if I do, I would absolutely stay at the Sheraton again without hesitation!

Pros:

朝食夕食込みのプランでお得感がありました。
ホテルのロケーションもカイロ市街、地下鉄に近いので良かったです。
また早めのチェックインができた点も助かりました。

Cons:

部屋の掃除が不足していました。カーペット等も汚れている状態でした。
またバスルームの掃除も十分でなく、髪の毛や使いかけのチューブ等がそのまま残っていました。

A clean luxurious, well run hotel with great food and stunning Nile views
Pros:

We stayed at the Sheraton Cairo Hotel and Casino recently, and honestly, it was a great experience from start to finish.

The first thing that stood out was the cleanliness. The rooms were spotless. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work. Fresh linen, clean bathrooms, no dust, no corners cut. The public areas were just as well-maintained. You could see the consistency.

The food was another highlight. The breakfast had a wide selection and everything was fresh. Good-quality ingredients, well-presented, constantly replenished. The restaurants delivered the same standard. The flavours were authentic, portions were generous, and service was attentive without being intrusive. It felt organised and well run.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable and welcoming. Staff were polite, helpful and professional throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth. Any requests were handled quickly.

It’s one of those places where you feel looked after without things feeling over the top. Clean, well-managed, good food, great service. We would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

To give a balanced view, the hotel is not located in the most affluent part of Cairo. The immediate surroundings feel busy and a bit worn in places. That said, we never felt unsafe, just aware that it is a lively, central part of the city.

What really offsets that is the view. The Nile views are fantastic. Waking up and seeing the river from the room is something special. In the evening, it’s even better with the lights reflecting off the water.

There are also plenty of local restaurants along the river within walking distance. That turned out to be a real plus. It gave us the chance to try authentic local food outside the hotel, and the atmosphere along the waterfront was vibrant and enjoyable.

So while the immediate area may not be the most polished, the river setting and nearby dining options definitely add character and value to the stay.
