An extremely nice, well equipped hotel with excellent staff
Pros:

Everything. They were most kind to us after a bad experience with another tour operator, nothing to do with the hotel

Cons:

Can’t think of anything but to be very picky it would be nice to have some body lotion in the rooms!

Quando forem ao Cairo fiquem neste hotel e fantastico
Pros:

pequeno almoço e restaurantes excelentes com preços acessíveis ,Limpeza excecional dos quartos
Localização central otima
Boa indicação do hotel para nos arranjar guia turistica

Cons:

Tenho so uma sugestão um dos meus filhos e deficiente e ficou no quarto de deficientes com um amigo acho que era melhor ter duas camas separadas.

A unica coisa que não gostei foi da funcionaria que nos fez tanto o check in como o check out pouco simpatica de resto tudo nota 10.

Splendide hôtel avec personnel au petit soin, petit bémol pour l'insonorisation des fenêtres
Pros:

Chambre et vue magnifiques, personnel charmant et efficace, qualité des restaurants italien et japonais et du petit déjeuner excellente.

Cons:

Beaucoup de bruit (klaxons, musique etc) venant de la rue mais c'est lié à la localisation très centrale de l'hôtel.
