Pros:

Great views of the city, friendly and professional staff.

Cons:

Hotel is big and always full of people, even in the middle of the night because of all the clubs and restaurants located jn the premises. Also noisy from the streets and boats around.

Fantastic hotel, spacious room with all the things you need . All the staff were extremely friendly and so helpful. It was our first time in Egypt and with full days decided to use the in-house restaurants. Great food choice and price. We ate at Giannini's twice. One evening we had a drink in a bar called Botanica 25. The views at night were fabulous. During our stay there was always someone on hand to make sure our stay was a pleasurable one. We were impressed with the level of security as you entered the hotel. Cannot fault it

Service with a smile along the Nile
Pros:

The delicious breakfast and staff here were superb. We appreciated all the hospitality and attentive service. The honey from the honey comb was a special treat along with the fresh squeezed, orange juice, and Egyptian delicacies. I highly recommend this restaurant, very professional staff and service.

ESTANCIA, ALOJAMIENTO, SERVICIOS Y PERSONAL TODO CORRECTO.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel a pesar que no es el centro. se esta bien. muy cercano a la torre del Cairo las vistas a una parte del Nilo se podría apreciar bien. La Habitación en cuanto cama y servicio estaba todo correcto, así como también la limpieza.

Cons:

Si se podría indicar una queja es que deberían valorar a que el personal de de recepción sepa hablar Castellano y no solo se limiten a Árabe y Ingles. Es un hotel que recibe mucho turistas de España y hay mucha gente que contrata el paquete porque hay un guía, pero si dispone un problema o se necesita algo en el hotel, las personas nos encontramos atadas de brazos. Pensar de facilitar clases de español a su personal del Hotel es una alternativa que deberéis de estudiar.
