Not pleasant
Pros:

Upon arrival receptionist try to give least facility room
Like twin bed to make it one I refused
Than have me room on the fourth floor where cars Onice was obvious
They promised to change next day but totally ignored
I do not think it is appropriate to stay in this hotel with that high price

Great dinner!
Pros:

We enjoyed our buffet dinner at Rawi Restaurant a lot. The roast lamb and beef were great but best of all was the service by Abdelraman Mohamed. He gave us a guided tour of the Egyptian dessert table and introduced us to some wonderful flavours.

Gorgeous hotel on banks of Nile.
Pros:

Large hotel on banks of the Nile but gorgeous. Breakfast served by Omar Mustafa was perfect. The rooms are large and all have views. Trailfinders put us here and we are grateful

Pros:

Luxushotel in bester Lage! Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen, grosses Zimmer mit Balkon und grossartiger Aussicht. Das Personal war sehr nett, vor allem das Team in der Botanica-Bar! Riesiges Frühstücksbuffet auch mit ägyptischen Spezialitäten. Den Pool hatten wir fast immer für uns alleine. Es war ein rundum toller Aufenthalt.
