الفندق مميز من ناحية الاطلاله والخدمات المتوفره حوله ، و يمتاز بكادر محترم من الموظفين المحترفين كلاً في تخصصه من الاستقبال إلى خدمة الغرف والمطعم وجميع المرافق بلا استثناء وأخص موظف الاستقبال الاستاذ مدثر فقد كان على قدر كبير من الاحترام والمسؤليه كان يتابع ادق التفاصيل في اقامتي حتى خارج اوقات دوامه لم اتصل عليه في اي وقت وعن اي موضوع إلا وأنهاه لي بما يرضيني وايضاً الاستاذه ريم فؤاد فقد كانت تتابع اقامتي ومدى ارتياحي في الاقامه شبه يومي عن طريق الإيميل ، شكرا لكل موظف في الفندق وباذن الله لن تكون اقامتي في القاهره إلا في فندق الشيراتون ان شاءالله

والعامل دخل الغرفه وحن نايمين
وفتح الباب قلت ليش تدخل قال عارز اعبي الثلاجه
وسالت الاستقبال يقولون عِنٌدُهمَ عادي في النظام يدق مرتين وبعدها يفتح لآزٍمٍ اضع الاشاره على الباب بعدم الازعاج
