Pros:

Het ontbijt hebben wij elders gedaan daar dit hotel géén ontbijt serveert. De ligging is perfect enkel het parkeren van de auto kan niet bij het hotel. Dat is opzicht geen probleem daar je vanaf dit hotel Karlovy Vary te voet goed kunt verkennen. Auto geparkeerd buiten het centrum.

Cons:

Telefonisch contact tijdens het verblijf was erg nors, totaal niet vriendelijk. Daarentegen was de schoonmaakster erg vriendelijk.

Pros:

Skvělá lokalita s výhledem na kolonádu, výborná a operativní komunikace s hotelem, byli jsme moc spokojeni a maximálně doporučujeme!

Cons:

Je slyšet hluk z ulice, což je poměrně pochopitelné, avšak to vyřešily špunty do uší.😊
