Pros:

Очень просторный номер и ванная комната,всё было шикарно и хотель и местоположение

Cons:

Было голодно в номере особенно ночю, мы ставили батареии на максимум но отопление небыло, и вечером не было теплои воды

Geweldige ruimte en locatie maar slecht bereikbaar personeel

Dat we echt niemand te pakken jongen krijgen nadat we problemen hadden met het electronische slot op onze hotel deuren. Wat een vriendin met opendeur heeft moeten slapen 's nachts omdat haar slot stuk was, hier heeft ze toen een stoel voorgezet en pas de andere dag kregen we iemand te pakken en niet eens via onszelf maar via de schoonmaakster die we tegenkwamen. Wij hebben daar vijf dagen gezeten We hebben niemand van het bedrijf gezien alleen één keer de schoonmaakster

Marvellous stay in the heart of Karlovy Vary!
Pros:

The rooms are very big and extremely clean, the building is marvellous, check in process is super smooth and easy. Literally nothing to complain about. The staff is responsive and very friendly. There was a really nice bonus too — 15% discount in the restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!
