Не рекомендуем бронировать этот отель.

При бронировании был указан номер категории Deluxe с одной двуспальной кроватью, и за эту категорию мы заплатили больше. По факту нам предоставили номер с двумя отдельными кроватями. Поскольку с нами спит младенец, ровная и полноценная общая кровать была принципиально важна.

После наших настойчивых просьб кровати попытались объединить с помощью дополнительного матраса. Однако он оказался меньше основания, поэтому образовался большой и крайне неудобный перепад. Персонал просто заложил его подушками, но это не устранило проблему и не сделало спальное место нормальным.

Сам номер также совершенно не соответствовал нашим ожиданиям от категории Deluxe. Он выглядел неэстетично и неуютно: в углу очень низкий скошенный потолок создавал ощущение тесного «паучьего логова». На фотографии виден именно этот странный и неприятный угол. Телевизор расположен на левой стене, поэтому смотреть его с кровати крайне неудобно.

По нашему мнению, такой номер не может считаться Deluxe, и доплачивать за него нет никакого смысла. Заявленные условия не соответствовали тому, что мы получили фактически. Считаем это введением гостей в заблуждение.

Bylo to přímo v centru pokoj byl hezký Jen chyběly skleničky recepční a podobně byly ochotné

Cons:

Umístění pokoje bylo nad restaurací ale jednou hlavně venkovní stoly s židlemi takže Takže pokud jste byli na pokoji Tak jste pořád poslouchali cinkání příborů a určitá hlasitost to nebylo to nejhorší v 8:00 někdy v 7:00 začala hrát Hudba hrozná a nepomohlo ani zavřené okno dvojité a dokonce ani ucpávky do uší nestačily

Pros:

Well located in the center. Host provided clear instruction of check-in and access into the hotel. One thing is worth to mention, The closest garage is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. It is quite small, in case in peak season, it is very likely to be fully booked. It is located on a hill, requires some steep hiking, and is not recommended to travelers who have heavy luggage. Just a couple of hand luggages are quite a workout in that 10 minutes

Pros:

Ubytování přímo na kolonádě, všechny informace o check in včas a srozumitelně, pohodlné postele, čistota, vybavená koupelna, kávovar na kapsle.

Cons:

Na kolonádě to žije, takže pokud chcete větrat, nečekejte klid a ticho. A není to úplně bezbariérový hotel, výtah do budovy B je až v mezipatře, tak je třeba s tím počítat.
