فندق ممتاز من جميع النواحي؛ بدءاً من الخدمات وحتى الترحيب الحار. الكادر يعمل بروح واحدة تجعلك تشعر وكأنك في بيتك تماماً.
أتقدم بخالص الشكر والتقدير لكل العاملين في الفندق دون استثناء: رجال الأمن، موظفي الاستقبال، خدمة الغرف (Room Service)، قسم المغسلة، وفريق المطعم.

نظافه المكان واسلوب الموظفين وتعاملهم المحترم والاستثنائي
بالاضافه الى خدمه الغسيل جدا راقيه واسعارهم ممتازه وسريعه
وخدمه الغرف سريعين تحس انهم مسخرين لخدمتك انت لوحدك مع ان الفندق ماشاءالله في نزلاء

بالرغم من جميع النقاط الايجابيه التي تم ذكرها الا انه المرافق مثل الحمامات تحتاج الى تجديد بالرغم من الاهتمام بها وبنظافتها ليتناسب مع سمعه الفندق

هى حاجة خارجه عن ارادتهم و هى اعمال محطة المترو المقابل لهم و جارى بنائها مما يسبب إزعاج للنزلاء

Good choice for the Gizan Plateau
Pros:

Very modern and smart looking building. The staff are very welcoming both at reception and in the restaurant.

Comfortable room, decent bathroom and large windows which could be partially opened.

We enjoyed the breakfast which was buffet style with a few good options.

It's on a busy road with a fair number of shops, Banks and ATMs nearby.

Traffic is quite heavy but not too distracting.

It was a short journey to the Giza Plateau for the Pyramids and Sphinx, slightly longer to the GEM

We enjoyed our stay...

Cons:

I could only site the busy road traffic, but that's nothing the hotel can do much about...
