Pros:

Расположение отеля, чистота, удобные кровати.

Cons:

Шторка в душе и полочки нуждаются в замене. Ковровое покрытие на полу - старое и нуждается в земене. Завтрак нам не понравился, в 09.00, когда мы пришли, почти ничего не было, яйца - холодные и явно несвежие, молока в кофе-машине и пакетах не было, сока вообще не было, какие-то странные напитки, салат типа греческий тоже не свежий, хлеб оставался только тостовый. Из позитивного - хорошие зерна кофе.

Comfortable, bit old fashioned, but very nice place
Pros:

- great location in the jewish quarter, close to the main sights. Loads of nice restaurants and pubs in the neighbourhood
- nice staff, the housekeeping ladies were doing a great job every day
- good breakfast
- comfortable bed (i liked very soft matress, know it’s not everyones cup of tea:))
- it was pretty cold when i visited Kralkow and i appreciated good heating in the room

Cons:

- i had a room in a 3rd floor and it took ages to get a hot water in the shower. But i don’t think it’s the fail of the hotel itself

Świetna lokalizacja, miła obsługa, przestronne i czyste pokoje. Śniadania w porządku - duży wybór, kawa i herbata.

Cons:

Obiekt wymaga odświeżenia - szczególnie w piwnicy, gdzie jest restauracja czuje się niemiły zapach.
Hałas remontu prowadzonego na zewnątrz budynku obudził gości przed godz. 7.00.

Pros:

It was very clean, people were quite helpful and the breakfast was delicious, every day there was something new and different.
Moreover, it is very well located, the area is quiet and there are nice restaurants and bars nearby.
