Nice location, just next to the surf beach
Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile! Ambienti ben curati e molta varietà nell'intrattenimento (musica dal vivo, musica e danza sulla spiaggia, aperitivi in giardino, cucina variegata al buffet) ottima posizione per girare l'isola. Molto comodo il servizio lavanderia e la possibilità di ordinare le box per colazione e pranzo da asporto.
Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il ristorante alla carta ma siamo stati solo una paio di volte perché il menù è rimasto sempre uguale. Però molto buono!
El personal muy amable y es lo único que salva este hotel ,que es bastante caro
La habitación estaba sucia,por debajo de la puerta había un hueco que se escuchaba todo y entraban lagartijos,mucho ruido fuera ,no era nada cómodo no pude dormir allí y eso que es bastante caro

Attente de sandwiches demandés pour 13h, qui nous a mis en retard à la manifestation à laquelle nous participions, et empeché d'avoir les places que nous devions avoir. De plus lorsque nous avons demandé le lendemain, personne à la réception ne savait sur quelle chambre ils avaient été mis. Nous avons pensé que c'était un geste commercial puisqu'il y avait un grand retard, mais finalement notre chambre a été chargée au moment du départ et nous avons payé pour les 15 personnes, sans pouvoir leur demander de participation à posteriori.
salle de restaurant très sonore : peut-être faudrait il équiper les chaises de patins de façon à minimiser le bruit dès qu'on les bouge.
