I will not be staying here again
Pros:

When I complained about the air conditioning not working and the sink leaking, the staff quickly changed my room.

Cons:

The place looked so rundown and dirty. The water and ice machine didn't work, the laundry area was too dirty to enter, the hallways had trash. Breakfast was bare. But the thing that was the kicker for me was that there was no water on the property to drink. The drinks machine that offered water was unplugged because it wasn't in working condition. I asked the staff if they could may be please fill my bottle with water from the kitchen, and they flatly refused saying they could not give me water. I mean, what? Water is the most basic thing.

So awful we never stayed
Pros:

the guys at the desk were kind but after that a disaster

Cons:

The property was so awful we actually didnt stay. We walked into the room and turned around, checked out and left. The room and property was damaged, the room smelled. The property had shady characters lurking about. Do not stay here.

They did not give us a refund for the two nights at all. Told me they sent a full refund to booking.com and they didn’t.
Pros:

There was nothing good about this property.

Cons:

The rooms were nothing like what was on the booking.com site. The bathroom ceiling was leaking from room above, bathtub was 4 different colors. The sheet on bed were wrong side out and to small. The outlets were pant splatter and dingy. The blow dryer was yellow and brown looking as it had not been cleaned ever. The iron board was disgusting. We ended up not staying here at all.

Do not stay at this hotel, absolutely filthy and totally unsafe
Pros:

Absolutely nothing the picture they advertise online are totally false. We checked into the room. We weren’t even there three minutes. I went back to the front desk and told them we did not want to stay. The rooms were disgusting. They were dirty and dingy. They were bugs walking all over the counter when we walked in. The front desk was very rude and said we’d have to contact the manager for a refund. We obviously left the hotel sent an email and never heard anything from them.

I would not recommend at all

The guy at the front desk is horribly rude!!
I was trying to rent the room for a second night for my niece and they would not work with us at all I Live in another state and couldn’t take my card to them physically The guy that answered the phone was so rude he hung up on me and now they are trying to lie and say that my niece never even stayed there and there was nothing to refund but it came out of my bank account!!

Nothing, there was a roach in the hotel. It was dirty and it’s smelt like marijuana.

The room was dirty. There was a roach in the bathroom and I have proof with the video that I sent to the property manager to get my money back. I cannot upload the video as it doesn’t allow me to uploading only allows for pictures. But I have the proof that I sent it the property manager, and I sent it to Booking.com as well as I’m requesting my money back then, I had to pay over price for another hotel, which is extremely unfair! And the lock on the room was broken, and I told the property manager as well, which was not a surprise to him. This place is not safe and needs to be inspected.

It's was cheap and in a nice area.

Cons:

It wasn't clean from the beginning and the pool wasn't clean and the lamp didn't have no shade cover on it and the TV was unplugged and the room smelt molded and old.

Stayed because I paid.
Pros:

The only thing I like was the location. It was close to where I needed to be.

Cons:

It didn't have the expectation of a Baymont hotel. The name Baymont meant comfort and security. The place was dirty and broken-down cars. The guest was smoking on the balcony, staircase and walkways. The room was dirty and bugs. Man was sleeping in a broken-down car. The first office was always hard to reach, and evening staff didn't speak English well, so it was hard to communicate.

Rooms beautiful and staff were very nice. I needed things and they took care of it right away. Excellent breakfast. Will be going back every time I have to go back to nc .
