I won’t be back and I’m likely not gonna use booking again
Pros:

They did not honor what booking advertised as one bedroom one queen bed bedroom, two one queen bed. They wanted it to be two queen beds in the same bedroom and I ended up paying almost double what booking quoted me after being on the phone with the property for over an hour.

Wonderful hotel with fantastic staff
Pros:

Wonderful hotel with the best staff in the world! Stayed two weeks and my stay was awesome.
Cannot praise this hotel highly enough.

Great hotel staff!
Pros:

Spent a long weekend in SLC for a sporting event. The rooms are huge and very clean. Coco at the front desk is super friendly and accommodating. Mngr Tracy helped us out on the last day with a late check out which we really needed for a few reasons, that made our stay so much better. She was extremely accommodating and hospitable.
The area is decent, read reviews about homeless people and saw a few but being from California it didn't seem like that many at all. The Downtown doesn't have much as far as dining, stores and other things to do but we like the hotel and the staff made it great! Would recommend!

Has potential but...
Pros:

The hotel is nice. Updated. Most of the staff was friendly. Loved how spacious the room was.

Cons:

At first glance the room looked clean. After getting a closer look, the bathroom was dirty. There was grime in the shower. Around the toilet was dirty and dusty. Hadn't been cleaned in awhile.
We stayed in a room right next to the elevators and the sound of the elevator kept us up most of the night. Very loud. Don't stay in room 647!
Bedding was awful.
A lot of homeless around the area. Be safe when parking your vehicle.

A pleasant and good stay overall
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean. Location was great. Breakfast met expectation.

Nice but difficult
Pros:

First and foremost, the address listed does not work in any gps navigation app. It sends you to the Hampton Inn. Extremely frustrating after a 8 hour flight.
There was a mass shooting 3 miles from hotel, tons of homeless and because of that the front door and elevators all have to be activated with your phone. You are unable to use steps

Value for money.
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic stay. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfasts were good and changed daily. The lobby was a good place to hang out and play games with the kids- you can get board games from the staff counter. Close walk to Gateway precinct and free amazing science museum. Good facilities came in handy with a family of five.

Cons:

Be aware of street parking. It is only 2 hours on one side of the road outside the hotel. Washing machines on the expensive side.
