Comfortable accomodation inside the walled city
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Good choice for breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance of all of the city's attractions. plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Underground car park

Cons:

The lift took a long time to come to the basement car park.

Pleasant staff, great location and value for money. What more could you ask for

Cons:

There's nothing specifically I did not like but the breakfast could of been better, just felt like the quality of meat wasn't the best but again for the money paid this is only a slight dissatisfaction

Brilliant hotel with very friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Central, clean very friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Have stayed before and will stay again next time we are in Derry.

Will defo be back
Pros:

Spent the weekend with my 2 girlfriends, trip to get the Derry experience. The hotel was lovely! Rooms very comfy and good size, breakfast delicious! And Staff!!!! The staff were the nicest I’ve met! Couldn’t do more to help us! Shannon on the desk was so lovely and we had a good laugh with her when she gave us loads of great advice! Callum on the breakfast service was so lovely too,even dealing with 3 hungover aul wans. Location was perfect!

Girls on tour to derry from widnes .....
Pros:

Great location ... all staff were exceptional .... we were welcomed with a smile ... when leaving they said enjoy your day .... nothing was too much trouble when asking for milk etc ...... we had a few drinks in the bar .... very relaxing ... so hope yo return in the future with my sisters and a few friends ... id just like to thank a receptionist called shannon ... lovely lady ... id hope she would still be there on our next visit ....thank you to you all .... cathy and tracey from widnes ,cheshire ....

Cons:

No smoking bins outside hotel ... but not a big problem ... we used the bin over the otherside of the road .....

Spent an amazing night here on a hen party, the staff are absolutely amazing, couldn't do enough for us. Shannon, Katie and Tony, so welcoming and accommodating. A great wee spot!
