Incredibly friendly staff, very clean rooms, great design and yummy breakfast.

Location was perfect for the old town area, even though it was central the hotel was nice and quiet. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We were happy with our room and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great and not the usual buffet but you could choose two items from the menu which was plenty and meant that it was freshly made. It had a lovely pool if you wanted to cool off.

Es ist ein sehr stylisches Hotel in einer sehr guten Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich würde es jede zu rot wieder besuchen und empfehlen.

This hotel has amazing design and architecture, the room (104) was a pleasure to stay in and whenever we got back, we found ourselves spending some time around the pool - no one swims in it so it’s just like a wonderful fountain - and in the lobby. What makes the difference is the staff: always greeting us with nice drinks, jokes and advice on where to go and where not to go - never intrusive.
Room was clean, spacious with a steam shower and a huge outside bath in a private terrace in the back. Breakfast was very good (you choose 2 plates from a menu, so it can be repetitive if you stay more than a week).
We had a great time there.

Das Team war unfassbar aufmerksam, süß, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden jedes Mal wenn wir von draußen zurück kamen mit einem Welcome Drink begrüßt, wurden abends mit Moskitospray versorgt, haben Thai-Brownies zum Probieren bekommen und haben uns immer gefreut wenn wir abends zurück ins Hotel kamen, weil das Team mit einem Lächeln und einem Gespräch auf uns gewartet hat.
Wir sind uns sicher, dass wir nochmal hierher zurück kommen und vermissen diese tollen Menschen schon jetzt

Staff are amazing

Ein wunderschönes, stilvolles Boutique‑Hotel im Herzen von Chiang Mai. Die Zimmer sind modern, sehr sauber und äußerst komfortabel. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig, aber nur wenige Minuten von Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Frühstück und Atmosphäre sind top. Absolut empfehlenswert

Hotel Loy was nothing short of amazing! The hotel is beautiful in an awesome location. The breakfast each morning was delicious. Our room was outstanding especially with the huge tub on the back patio. But what made it the best was the staff! We LOVED everyone there! Would 💯 recommend this hotel to anyone and will be staying here when we come back again!!

Отличное расположение, замечательный и дружелюбный персонал, удобная кровать и ОГРОМНАЯ ванная комната. Завтраки были сытными и вкусными, и мне разрешили оставить здесь свои вещи, пока я путешествовал по северному Таиланду.

Great location, wonderful and friendly staff, comfortable bed, and a HUGE bathroom. The breakfasts were filling and delicious, and they let me leave my bags here while I traveled around northern Thailand.

Rooms were spacious and well set out. The only hotel we've come across that has ample space for two suitcases to have open on a bench and not on the floor! Thanks.

The staff are fantastic at breakfast and at the service/ bar area.

Location was great on a relatively quiet side street, and easy walking distance to most local sites.
