Only spent 1 night with a friend totally spectacular quite organized and clean establishment, ALL staff were very welcoming helpful and kind.

The property was lovely. The room, as others have stated, had very thin walls, heard much of what was happening in the room next door. Including their early morning TV news viewing. We signed up for a "tour" to the desert through them. We asked for and were told we would get an English guide. Our "guide" spoke no English. The jeep reeked of gas and was in total disrepair. It broke down, fairly catastrophically, on the side of the road and after a long time listening to our "guide" shout to someone on the phone in Arabic, with no resolution in sight we got a ride from a passing actual guide and client who delivered us back to the hotel as the sun set. When I told the people at the front desk what had happened, and how the "tour" had been misrepresented, and we stranded 60 km out in the desert, they shrugged and blamed the company. End of story.

A surprising property with hidden amenities scattered throughout the grounds. Even in winter, both pools remained open for a refreshing swim.

Dumpy property that caters to local tourists. The property is very dated and dirty. Staff is completely rude to foreigners, but caters well to locals. Rooms are large but very dated, with bugs inside. Sheets have seen better decades. Avoid staying at this place as there are other better hotels in the area.

The hotel is rundown and old, but still has a great pool and the entrance lobby is interesting. The bed was hard. And the staff were confused by two men sharing a bed. So much so that they put us in a room with an extra bed.

This is a beautiful property that was probably amazing in its prime. Now it is just a bit run down and needs a facelift. But still, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Sejour tres chouette ,on na beaucoup aime Tozeur ,seul point negatif ,on nous coupait régulièrement la clim dans l,hotel ,inadmissible pour un 5 etoiles et par la chaleur qu il fait la bas ,

Hervorragendes Hotel. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Pool auch sauber, lediglich die musikalische Beschallung nervt. Abendbuffet und Frühstück sind erstklassig. Bisher das beste Hotelauf meiner Tunesien Reise. Shukran!

Hôtel moyen et vieillissant. Pas de services particuliers. restaurant moyen.

Rien à dire séjour formidable

Well maintained if not somewhat dated property. Rooms could be improved, for example there was lime on the tap in the sink. Staff were friendly, breakfast was a good selection with tatsy options. Pool was clean and made use of it (20 dinar refundable charge for renting towels). Lots of shops nearby to buy food or drinks.

Terrible services overall, especially with reception and dining personal. The Spa, bar and room services was acceptable. Will never return to this hotel nor recommend it to workers and friend. Disappointed and dissatisfied

La piscine extérieure est immense mais gelée. Mais il y a une piscine intérieure chauffée donc top
Petit bémol sur le choix de mets proposés pour le petit déjeuner !
Si vous devez dîner sur place, préférez le buffet au restaurant (plus de choix local)
