Chambre sans shampoing , sans savon , erreur qu’on m’a pas remboursé sur le prix , 3€ au lieu de 1 dinar , personnel du parking vulgaire , parking trop petit j’ai dû garer ma voiture dehors alors que j’ai payer

Siamo arrivati alle 9 per fare colazione e non c era quasi nulla poca scelta e pochi alimenti. Ho chiesto frutta fresca

Cons:

Nel bagno c'era l'immondizia di chi mi ha preceduto e nonostante lo avessi fatto notare alla reception con discrezione e garbo. La spazzatura è rimasta li.

Globalement très satisfaite
Pros:

Très belle hôtel assez proche des 2 Médinas, la plage de l’hôtel est magnifique en plus nous avons eu du beau temps du soleil en Novembre, c’est ma première fois en Tunisie et je compte prolonger mon séjour.

Cons:

J’aurais bien aimé un buffet plus traditionnel avec des plats locaux.

Za málo peněz, spokojenost.
Pros:

Rozložení hotelu působilo příjemně, vše v místním stylu Tunis. Každý den se uklízelo okolí bazénů, pokoje, zahrady. Recepce 24 hod. Uvnitř hotelu hodně zeleně, palmy, hezké zahrady, uličky pěkně v noci osvětlené. V okolí několik obchůdků, kavárny. Pláž vzdálená cca 300m uličkou plnou zeleně, procházka na cca 4 - 5 minut klasické chůze.

Cons:

Jídelna a chod jídelny. Neuklizené stoly pro další hosty, servis hodně slabý. Sami jsme chystali příbory, ubrousky. V případě příchodu do jídelny v pozdějším čase již nebylo moc co vybrat k jídlu a vše působilo neúhledně. Jídelna je jediná věc, co bychom vytkli. Jinak vše dobrý.

Cons:

La plage était indiquée comme pied dans l eau alors qu il faut contourner 2 autres hôtels avant d arriver à la plage.
Buffet mal organisé entre les différents service.
Eau potable payante mais impossible de s'en faire servir sur place. Il faut envoyer un serveur en acheter au bar ...
Nappes toujours sales et couverts rarement à disposition à cause du Buffet à volonté
Les serveurs ont du mal à se positionner et être "au service": à part les anciens !!!
En plein mois de juillet, l animation était vraiment bancale : le DJ le soir ne savait pas gérer ses platines ce qui refroidissait souvent l ambiance
Pas de place de parking
Le nettoyage est fait à pleines eaux ouvertes des 9h entre les chambres (heure de sortie en masse vers la piscine ) donc le sol et les escaliers sont très glissants
L eau stagnante près de la piscine a verdit le pourtour: la nuit sans test ils ajoutent juste un seau de chlore dans l eau pour l éclaircir.
