Déjeuner médiocre le soir pour dîner tout le monde se jettent sur le repas mangé avec plein d assiette sur la table quel gâchis de nourriture plage médiocre bc de bruit niveau place central

Cons:

Beaucoup beaucoup de bruit très peu de qualité de nourriture et de quantité du au nombre d'Algériens très mal élevés qu'il y avait dans cet hôtel. Il faut savoir choisir sa clientèle. Les Algériens remplissent leur assiette avec le buffet et laisse plus de la moitié quand ils partent on dirait que chez eux tout va bien et qu'il n'y a pas de gens qui meurent de faim.

The hotel was clean, the location was good, and overall the stay was comfortable. The reception staff were polite during check-in and the property itself was nice.

Cons:

I was disappointed with how the lost key card situation was handled. During check-in, nobody informed me that there would be a charge for replacing a lost card key. When I spoke with the receptionist, the general manager was present and insisted that I had to pay for a replacement. I stay in hotels regularly and usually replacement key cards are provided free of charge or the policy is explained clearly in advance. I also felt the situation could have been handled in a more reasonable and customer-friendly way.
