Väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående personal som gjorde det där lilla extra för trivseln.
Pros:

Personalen var jättebra, väldigt tillmötesgående och trevliga.

Cons:

Det största minuset var att det var väldigt lyhört mellan rummen. Sängen var även lite väl hård.

Smidigt, nära till allt, mysigt!
Pros:

Väldigt nöjda med tillgängligheten till allt vi behövde! Kommer återkomma.

Cons:

Lite omysigt med våningssängarna som va på väggen, stod att de skulle vara en bäddsoffa men de va det inte! Vart ett stort utrymme som va tomt.

ESMORZAR MOLT BÉ

Cons:

Servei recàrrega cotxe molt lent. Personal no atent a ajudar-nos en la recàrrega quan hem tingut un problema.
No sabiem dels serveis de l'hotel amb detall, tenien sauna i espai de relax i com que no ho sabiem no ho vam poder fer servir per que no ens vam organtizar bé.
Carta del restaurant escassa, no hi ha amanides ni verdures. Plats molt grans però monòtons amb els mateixos ingredients.

Pros:

Atmosfæren, beliggenhed og det venlige personale. Tidlig morgenmad til Vasaloppet deltagere.

Der var meget varmt på værelset.

Pros:

Trevlig personal. Fixade en tidig frukost inför Vasan, vilket uppskattades mycket. Fick även duscha efter loppet på hotellet, efter utcheckningen.

Mooi, gezellig hotel van alle gemakken voorzien.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt direct aan de piste. Ook ligt er een ijsbaantje voor het hotel wat de kinderen heel leuk vonden. Er waren verschillende restaurants op loopafstand. De kamer was ruim.

Cons:

De kamers waren erg warm en de temperatuur kon niet in de kamer zelf geregeld worden. Zelfs met de ramen open bleef het erg warm. Voor sauna en jacuzzi moet je bij betalen en dan kan je 30 minuten gebruikmaken van de faciliteiten. Dit voelt niet echt gastvrij bij een hotel dat al aanzienlijk geprijsd is.
