Cons:

Wir hatten zu Beginn unserer Reise bereits ein Zimmer im Swan House. Die Qualität (Studio) der Räume schwankt in Bezug auf Lautstärke und Einrichtung. Im ersten Zimmer war die Lüftung sehr laut, im zweiten Zimmer fehlten Nachtschränkchen und die Heizung ließ sich in der Dusche nicht abstellen und im Hauptraum wurde sie kaum warm. Alles in allem ist aber alles da, was man braucht und gefroren, haben wir auch nicht (Februar).

Garderobenhaken die schlechtesten der Welt (da rutscht alles runter)

Overall, the room was nice, but the lack of communication and maintenance transparency was disappointing.

the cooker hood in the kitchen was broken. the cooker hood in the kitchen was broken. Several customer service staff seemed unaware of this and advised me to use buttons that didn’t exist. Only later was I told it had been damaged by a previous guest and was still under repair.
If it wasn’t fixed yet, guests should at least be informed beforehand or a notice should be placed on it. I spent unnecessary time trying to figure it out, which was disappointing overall.

Lovely central apartments! Will definitely stay again when we go to Reykjavik

The apartment is nice and cosy! What we needed for the cold weather. Bed was comfy and everything was clean!
It is very central. You can walk to almost anything even the bsi bus stop. We just walked there to catch our bus to the airport.

Posizione super comoda per il centro e vicina a diverse fermate dei mezzi pubblici. L'appartamento è piccolino ma ha tutto l'essenziale, anche per cucinare, ed era super pulito. Inoltre, il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, hanno risposto subito sia a messaggi che a telefonate e ci hanno aiutati quando ne abbiamo avuto bisogno. Super consigliato!
