Convenient for the down town area and good for a short stay

Brilliant would stay there again.
Pros:

I loved the location very close to high street and local bus stops. I loved the fact that you didn't need a key to get in and out as they use a keypad system. The room was very comfortable and the shower was amazing and there was good cooking facilities. The Main BSI Bus terminal is only 20 minutes walk away from the hotel. But you can buy a ticket from the bus terminal and use the fly bus pick up/drop off buses service around £5 each way from the bus terminal to the hotel and get off at stop 14 Skulagata then its approx 5 minutes walk up a small incline to the hotel. Or you can get a taxi £15 for an 8 minute drive from outside the bus terminal to the hotel. Also there's a good Thai restaurant around 5 minutes away from the hotel.

Cons:

The only improvement is it would be good to have had a closet to hang our clothes. As we had to live out of our suitcase. If we stayed longer this would have been a bit of an inconvenience. There was no long mirror so that you can see how you look before leaving. Also it would be good to have signs put on the room doors to close quietly because when people came back from their trips late at night or early morning you could hear the doors slamming very loudly waking you up from your sleep.

Great location and nice kitchen facilities
Pros:

Excellent location and the larger studio was very roomy for a longer stay

Cons:

No storage for clothes etc. and very thin pillows (only 1 per person). The information at the property was that extra things could be taken from the guest storage closet but we were unable to access it and there are no staff on site to assist. We also had a problem with the WiFi and had to chat via WhatsApp with what felt like a chatbot.

Great location, clean, spacious, well appointed. Good value for the area.
Pros:

Very good location near seafront and Sun Voyager. Short walk to rainbow street, shops, restaurants and bus stop for trips but remarkably quiet even though we were next to the lift and front door. Nicely decorated (apart from concrete ceiling ?!), well equipped, clean and spacious. Would have liked more pillows but the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The help desk was not particularly helpful and despite repeated requests for more pillows, they kept sending us standard replies directing us to store rooms which had no pillows. I think that given there is no reception, they should improve the help desk. It was an unnecessary irritation.

Der Aufenthalt war super.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral, man konnte alles gut zu Fuss erreichen. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man konnte gut noch das Späte Check out kaufen. Die Küche konnte man gut nutzen und es funktionierte alles!

Cons:

Der Boden war teilweise noch sehr verstaubt, doch es hat mich nicht schlimm gestört.

All in all it was a good stay. Self check in and close to bus stop 6 and 14 and city centre.
Pros:

Room was spacious, clean and the kitchenette came handy during my one week stay.

Cons:

requested to book a taxi but no reply.

Para ser un apartamento con cocina faltaban básicos, tazas de desayuno para todos los huéspedes, sábanas bajeras de una de la camas, tostadora, algún lugar para dejar la ropa como un armario

Pros:

Comfortable, clean, well equipped and centrally located. Very clear instructions about everything and quick replies when needed. The kitchen was the highlight, it had everything we needed.

Cons:

We would have loved some more towel hangers and storage space, the lack of wardrobe did make it a bit difficult to move around, as we were 3 people and had to have (at least) 3 suitcases open, so the space to walk was limited

Aurora Boreal na janela do apartamento!
Pros:

A experiência de alugar o apartamento foi ótima. Ele é muito bem localizado, iluminado e tem uma boa infraestrutura para quem quer tomar seu café da manhã ou fazer refeições por conta própria. Sem contar que vimos a aurora boreal lá mesmo, da janela! Vários dias!

Cons:

Eu e minha família sugerimos 3 ajustes: uma das janelas do quarto não veda totalmente e entra um ar gelado. O porta papel higiênico estava torto e o papel caía no chão a toda hora. E seria bom ter um late check out mais extenso com a possibilidade de deixar as malas num local sem acesso por outros viajantes. Ah, a internet estava lenta em muitos momentos. Wi fi pode ser incrementado.

Nice, comfy apartment, very good location, poor communication from staff when it was needed!
Pros:

Bed was very comfy, Shower was very good, room heating was good, location was good. Easy acess to the street from our apartment.

Cons:

Apartment was dirty as we checked in: left over take away by the door from previous occupants, half empty drinks bottles left on the floor, bed with used bedding in middle of bed, dirty towels on bathroom floor. It was very disappointing to walk into, as the apartment had not been cleaned and made ready for our arrival. We had to go back downstairs to the lobby to chat online to management about it. After two hours of waiting for the apartment to be cleaned, we sent a chat text to find out when it would be ready, chat replied it would let us know, we never heard back so after a while we went back to the apartment to check ourselves.
Fire alarm went off on our last night, we went to the fire exit, one of the guests who contacted management was told to turn off the fire alarm!! The water was disconnected as a result of the fire, management said they would notify us when the water is back on, but they never did. This was the second time during our stay that the communication from management was Bad!

Pros:

Es war sehr gemütlich und ich habe mich schnell wohl gefühlt. Check-in und Check-out haben gut geklappt. Von dort aus, die Innenstadt und das Meer gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Zu Beginn mit dem Code etwas verwirrend. Vor allem mit dem Hotelausgang. Doch den Dreh bekommt man raus.

キッチンが良い。鍋、フライパン、カトラリー、ポット、IHコンロ２つ、包丁、まな板、おたま、ピーラーなどがあった。
風呂、トイレ別。
テレビではYouTubeやネトフリが見れた。

Cons:

油、レンジは無かった。
タオルの交換は自分でしないといけないが、どこにもタオル置き場が書いていなくて大変だった。三階のエレベーター階段踊り場にタオルやシーツ置き場があり、自分で交換しました。

A great place to stay in central Reykjavik
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Reykjavik and would happily return on our next visit.

What we loved most was the unbeatable central location. The apartment is just moments from the city’s main shopping street, Laugavegur, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, coffee places, and shops right on your doorstep. Despite being so central, it felt comfortable and relaxing. It was also incredibly convenient for tours — one of the main pick-up points was less than a five-minute walk away, which made early starts completely stress-free.

Inside, the apartment was very warm and cozy (a huge plus in Iceland!), a decent size for our stay, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made it feel like a home away from home.

Lastly, the staff were fantastic — always quick to respond and extremely helpful online whenever we had questions.

Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in Reykjavik. Highly recommended!

The Perfect Stay in Iceland: Amazing Staff and Ideal Location
Pros:

It was such a warm and inviting home.

The staff were amazing communicators, making everything easy from start to finish.

I had a small mishap where I broke a door handle, but the staff were so skilled and quick to resolve it that I felt completely at ease.

I felt genuinely cared for as they frequently checked to see if I needed anything.

If you are looking for a place near the main tour pickup locations, stay here.

It made my Iceland trip unforgettable.
