Хорошее соотношение стоимости отеля и локации. Шум с улицы не слышно, что огромный плюс для Каира. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал.
It is a quite apartment.
The safe was without an instruction how You can use it properly
Location was good and service was excellent staff very good and breakfast food was served generously and catered to our need
Bathroom floor and bedroom floors were dirty and balcony door had a big gap at the bottom for draft to come in when running heater
The only positive point of the stay was the butler who welcomed me upon arrival. He was helpful and kind.
Very disappointing stay.
I booked a “Junior Suite” for one night because I had not slept for 24 hours and needed a quiet place to rest. Unfortunately the experience was extremely poor.
The hotel was under renovation and the construction noise during the day was very loud. I was never informed about this before booking.
At night there was also some sort of party or event that lasted until around 2 AM, which made it impossible to sleep.
In the morning, construction started again at 7:50 AM, even though I was told it would start at 9 AM.
Sleep was impossible during the day, at night, and again in the morning.
The suite itself was not properly maintained:
-The floor was extremely dirty. I wore white socks and they turned black within minutes.
-The towels smelled unpleasant.
-No hairdryer was provided.
-Not even a small bottle of water was available in the room.
-The bedroom console drawers would not close and were always left open.
-The room felt as if it had been left unused for a long time without proper cleaning.
For the price I paid for a Junior Suite, at the very least basic cleanliness should have been guaranteed, which unfortunately was not the case.
Another major issue was connectivity. My 5G did not work at the property, and the hotel Wi-Fi also did not function properly.
Because of the overall condition and lack of rest, I did not even go for breakfast.
The only positive point of the stay was the butler who welcomed me upon arrival. He was helpful and kind.
I considered leaving right away, but I stayed because my friends live nearby and my stay was only for 24 hours.
Overall this stay was extremely disappointing and far below what should be expected from a Junior Suite booking.
