Pros:

Staff were friendly and were always happy to help. The location is great. Room service were quick to respond and fulfill requests upon asking.

Cons:

AC was a bit dated and not very good. Temperature fluctuated and was too cold at times despite being normal on paper. The rooms were clean, but felt a bit too small. I had stayed here before, and the regular double room felt like it was bigger than the superior one I booked this time around. Shower has a flexible shower head, but no stationary one. Overall it's good for the price, but there's room for improvement.
