التكييف لايعمل بالغرفة وبعد ابلاغ الريسيبشن تم احضار فريق الصيانة الساعة 1 ليلاً واستمرت الصيانة على مدار 3 ساعات وكل شوي يقولي جرب كده بعد طول انتظار تم نقلي الى غرفة اصغر بكثير ولا تستحق المبلغ المدفوع

I was surprised to find out that the hotel has suites, as they don’t appear on Google when searching for rooms. It would be great if the suites were listed online so guests could easily find and book them.
