Nice Location but Can Be Noisy
Pros:

Located at the other end of Zamalek, facing the Nile River. A lot of shops nearby. In fact, there are two packed restaurant/cate in between the entrance door. Breakfast is good.

Cons:

Noise. I was placed at level 1 and the club music from the pub downstairs can be heard until 5 am. Since I was too tired, I managed to sleep through it. However, I can’t imagine how other travellers can stand it. Can be a HUGE drawback.
