Highly recommended. An incredibly elegant, spotless, and comfortable hotel.

The rooms are quiet and beautifully maintained. The bed and pillows are exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to fully relax. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel feels calm and refined.

What truly makes this place outstanding, though, is the staff. Every single team member is professional, polite, supportive, and genuinely committed to making your stay perfect. They will help you with literally anything you need. no matter how long it takes.

The housekeeping team is amazing, fast, efficient, and extremely helpful. The laundry service is excellent: everything comes back perfectly clean and handled exactly according to your instructions.

The restaurant staff are attentive, friendly, and highly professional. The reception team is simply incredible. Martina, Rames, and Abdul Sattar especially stood out they go above and beyond without hesitation, doing everything possible to ensure you are comfortable and happy.

Another thing I deeply appreciated is their honesty and transparency. They explain everything clearly and openly, which builds real trust.

Their patience and kindness with my friends children was also remarkable. They are always smiling, always warm, and consistently kind to the kids. no matter what.

I originally booked two nights and ended up staying four. That alone says everything.

I truly loved this hotel, and it will absolutely not be my last stay.

Soddisfatti, lo consigliamo!
Pros:

hotel moderno situato nel comodo e tranquillo quartiere di Zamalek
camere ampie, nuove, pulite e molto silenziose
letto con materasso confortevole, lenzuola e asciugamani in ottime condizioni
arredi della camera e dell'hotel nuovi e ben tenuti
staff reception e ristorazione gentilissimi e sempre disponibili
colazione ottima e abbondante sia salata che dolce
ottima cena al ristorante dell'hotel con buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

Cons:

l'ingresso angusto e gli ascensori non rendono giustizia a questo ottimo hotel

Gutes, traditionelles Hotel mit nettem Personal und guten Zimmern.
Pros:

Wir hatten eine Junior Suite im 11. Stock. Das Zimmer war schön, zweckmäßig, mit bestuhltem Balkon und Blick über Zamalek.
Die Betten waren gemütlich, das Bad mit einer Dusche.
Grundsätzlich war der gesamte Aufenthalt sehr gut. Ich würde es weiterempfehlen.

Great location. Around various restaurants and walkable distance from most.

Cons:

The shower in my room was really small! Could do with an expansion. I felt like I was squeezing myself into a cubicle every time.

Pros:

The staff,the location and food were great. Ibrahim from the restaurant was a good sport and paid attention to all my needs at the restaurant during breakfast.

Cons:

The room i was put in had no see through windows. A window was present but couldn't be opened properly to see what's outside. The bathroom barely had shower gel and the toothbrush cup was dirty.
The bathroom itself wasn't very clean and seemed stale. The rooms could have been cleaner even if I liked that the cleaning lady was really nice
