Volveré a Egipto segurísimo pero a otro hotel
Pros:

El personal es lo bueno que tiene el alojamiento y la zona en la que se encuentra

También el servicio de organización de turismo fueron muy profesionales, Amables y responsables (nos atendio Mahmoud) muy profesional y agradable

Sehr schönes komfortables Zimmer mit Sicht auf die Halbinsel Zamalek. Äusserst freundliches Personal von der Rezeption bis Zimmercleaner.

Cons:

Taxi hatte Mühe die Location zu finden. Uber oder Indrive benutzen.

Not bad, but far from perfect
Pros:

Location of the hotel is. Close to downtown Cairo and many attractions, so you can find more than just a few places to eat and have fun, and also explore the city

Cons:

The elevators consist of one tiny one for guests and another tiny one for the staff. They are extremely slow and can't fit more than 4 people. If you try with luggage, just 2. While the rooms are good size and so are the bathrooms, the shower stall is so small, it difficult to take a shower.

My balcony door latch broke, and due to some "misunderstanding" it didn't get fixed. My minibars light sensor was broken and the light would stay on all night, so I had to cover with a towel...

The food at the breakfast buffet was just ok and nothing to brag about. Typical British breakfast with some adders. The pastries, however, were the only highlight for me.

Pros:

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue muy positiva. La habitación era amplia y muy cómoda; contaba con sofá, televisión, caja fuerte y un baño espacioso. Las camas eran cómodas y la limpieza se realizaba todos los días, incluyendo el cambio de toallas y la reposición de café y agua, un detalle que se agradece mucho. Además, disponía de salidas de baño y sandalias, lo cual aportó un extra de comodidad a nuestra estancia.

La ubicación también es un punto a favor. Está situada en una zona más tranquila en comparación con el centro de El Cairo, con menos tráfico y movimiento, en general es una buena zona para alojarse.

Nuestra reserva incluía desayuno, y fue una grata sorpresa: muy completo y variado, ideal para comenzar el día con energía.

Además, gestionamos el servicio de transfer al aeropuerto directamente con el hotel. Fue perfecto: puntual, rápido y a un precio razonable, lo que nos dio mucha tranquilidad el día de salida.

Todo el equipo fue súper atento y amable, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante y el bar.

Το στρωμα , αλλα μολις το ειπα το αλλαξαν με ενα καλυτερο .Παρολα αυτα δεν ηταν το πιο καλο , επισης δεν υπηρχε σεσουαρ στο μπανιο .Γενικα το ξενοδοχειο ηταν λιγο παλιο , και σιγουρα πιο ακριβο απο αυτο που αξιζε .

The interiors were nice and minimal although a little beat up. The staff were incredible and the location cannot be beat. Amazing views of the Nile as well!

Cons:

Although breakfast had a large selection, it was just OK - I would recommend skipping entirely and going to one of the many cafes in the area instead. The elevators were very slow as well.

Excellent séjour de 5 nuits
Pros:

Cet hôtel est situé dans un quartier plus calme que le reste du Caire, quartier des ambassades très agréable et de plus il est parfaitement isolé, on n’entend aucun bruit extérieur et pratiquement rien des chambres voisines. Les chambres sont très grandes les salles de bien avec tout ce qu’il faut, le lits confortables, c’est très bien entretenu et le personnel de service est au petit soin et répond à tous les besoins avec le sourire. il y a un service pour organisés les déplacements vers les sites environnants, et en plus une petite pâtisserie à l’entrée, bien pratique si on souhaite un petit gâteau ou un croissant. Je recommande vivement cet établissement qui repose du tumulte de cette grand ville bruyante, je ne comprends pas qu’il ne soit pas mieux noté

Une soufflerie continue dans la chambre mais utilise pour l’aération, souffle régulier auquel on s’habitue et qui ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir,
