Pros:

Chambre propre impeccable, linge et serviette de belle qualité. Merci à Samah qui était au petits soins et veillez à ce qu'il nous manque rien. Les serviettes étaient changer tous les jours.
Chambre calme avec un beau balcon pour apprécier la vue sur le caire et le Nil au loin.
Le restaurant le soir, bon et généreux. Le petit déjeuner le matin. Petit dejeuner buffet varié avec des plats chauds, des œufs, des pancakes, crêpes a la demande. Ainsi qu'un bon café le tout inclus dans le prix. Très très bon qualité prix.

Ben oltre le aspettative. Fantastico
Pros:

La colazione è molto varia ed ottima . Ristorante davvero molto buono e curato ( abbiamo pranzato e cenato) . Tutto tutto lo staff è formidabile, attento e simpatico , ma le ragazze della reception hanno una marcia in più!
In questo hotel tutto è andato oltre le aspettative. Consigliatissimo !

قربه من جميع المطاعم على كورنيش الزمالك بعيد الإزعاج من وسط القاهرة الفندق
بعد التجديد اصبح ممتاز
وشكر خاص الأخت ( سحر المشرفة علي النظافه) اللي وضعت التشكيلات الصور ادناه
وشكر ايضاً الأخوات فى الريسبشن ( مروه والثانية نسيت اسمها )

Pros:

Zeer goede locatie.in een veilige buurt. Mooie kamer met uitzicht en met balkon. Lekker ontbijtbuffet, vriendelijk personeel. Taxi geboekt voor luchthaven heen / terug deze waren zeer correct ook in prijs.
Ik kom zeker terug , een echte aanrader. Hotel is een 4 sterren waard. Super!!!

Pros:

What made the stay special was definitely the staff. Mennah and Mohammed from housekeeping, Mohammed at the reception, and the gentleman working at the door were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone, including the breakfast staff, always greeted us with warm smiles and positive attitudes. They were truly the jewels of the stay and the reason the experience still felt memorable despite the inconvenience.

Cons:

Living on the 13th floor was quite a hassle since the elevator didn’t go all the way up. To make things worse, midway through our stay, the button for the 12th floor got stuck and stopped working, so we had to take the elevator to the 11th floor and climb the stairs up to the 13th.

My first stay made me ready to visit again.
Pros:

Years ago I worked in Cairo and would on occasion eat in your restaurants and was never disappointed. This was my first stay in your hotel and look forward to another visit.

Very beautiful and comfortable hotel. They also gave us a free room upgrade, which we really appreciated. The room was quiet, spacious and had an excellent view. Very pleasant experience, we would gladly come back.

Heerlijke rustplek
Pros:

Personeel was heel vriendelijk, het restaurant op de 11e verdieping is geweldig. Heerlijk eten voor een goede prijs, zeer vriendelijke werknemers en gezellige sfeer. Er zijn veel scholen in de buurt dus soms wat gehorig maar niet storend. Zamalek is een hele fijne buurt waar je gerust kan wandelen, de Nijl op loopafstand met leuke tentjes.

De schoonmakers staan altijd paraat en zijn heel beleefd, de medewerkers helpen met koffers zodra ze zien dat je iets zwaars tilt. Heel erg attent. Ik raad ze President hotel van harte aan.

Cons:

De kaart met prijzen van de Spa in het gebouw bleken niet overeen te komen met de werkelijke prijs. Volgens de medewerkster is de tarievenlijst die qij hadden op de kamer niet actueel, dus misschien een tip om deze te updaten. 🤷‍♀️
