Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au sein de cet hotel, le service est les chambres étaient super, aussi, nous avons très bien mangé au petit déjeuner, les produits sont de très bonnes qualités, et tout était très bon, je recommande !

Pros:

Great Location, the superior rooms with balcony have a great view, high above Cairo. Staff is friendly and helpful. You don’t get harassed with tours and all the usual stuff.

O quarto era muito espaçoso, com excelentes condições. Reservamos este hotel pensando ser um hotel de 3* mas de facto superou as nossas expectativas pela qualidade do serviço, o quarto, pequeno almoço muito variado e de elevada qualidade. Penso que está ao nível de um 4*

Barring the issues at the time of check-out, it was overall a good experience.

Breakfast was good, staff very cooperative

Cons:

Check-out process was long as my colleagues were asked to wait for 15/20 mins while the staff was checking the room. They raised an issue of damaged television set that was later found to be incorrect

Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location in Zamalek. Its a beautiful hotel and the staff are fantastic. We werent able to make use of the many facilities but we did tour the property and would love to return to spend more time there.

Pros:

Завтрак очень хороший, выбор еды огромный, на любой вкус и аппетит.

Cons:

В номере был несвежий запах, как мы поняли, от холодильника и кондиционеров, видимо их давно не чистили.
