Fijn, attent personeel, super veilig en goede ligging. Alles is prima bereikbaar met de goedkope taxi’s.
Pros:

De ligging, veilig en centraal. Een goed, schoon hotel. Fijne kamer met balkon. Goede bedden. En hele vriendelijk personeel. Vooral Ahmed die de kamers schoon houdt was bijzonder vriendelijk net als de heren beneden die je koffer verzorgen. Altijd beleefd en bereid te helpen.

Cons:

In feite niets. Wij hebben heerlijk ontbeten op ons eigen balkon. Erg fijn.
Aandachtspunt is wellicht toekomstig om nieuwe doucheschermen te plaatsen. Dit is altijd een aandachtspunt met zeep en aanslag. Maar het werd goed schoongemaakt.

Cons:

I didn't like the insistence of having someone take my suitcase to my room.
I have managed to carry my suitcase from my home, all the way to Cairo. I do not require anybody to carry it the final 20metres.

Lovely hotel in center of Zamalek
Pros:

Great location and very nice staff. The breakfast was great, it had continental options and Egyptian options
The concierges were always very helpful and everyone was kind and smiling.

Cons:

The room was ventilated poorly when you turned off the air conditioning it was still cold and very dry but it is also a characteristic of Cairo, the air being very dry, so it isn’t entirely the hotels fault

Incroyable !
Pros:

L’emplacement dans un quartier calme, résidentiel, avec pas mal de petits cafés aux alentours est vraiment appréciable. Le personnel de l’hôtel était vraiment aux petits soins.
