الموقع ممتاز في الزمالك بحيث كان بالامكان التجول بالمنطقة سيرًا على الاقدام ، يوجد بقالة صفيرة قريبة وكافيهات متوزعة كلها بالمحيط القريب

تسجيل الدخول والخروج سهل وسريع

الموظفين جدًا بشوشين ومتعاونين ويساعدونك حتى لو ما طلبت ، بالخصوص نظافة الغرف ما يقصرون فيها وسريعين كنت كل يوم أشوف أ. هند وأ.إيمان مسؤولات النظافة ودايمًا يتأكدون أن التنظيف كان بالمستوى المطلوب وإن ما فيه حاجة ناقصة ، ما كنت أحتاج التنظيف يوميًا لكن لمًا أطلب ألاقي أشكال فنية من المناشف على السرير 💕💕 أعطوني حماس وفرقو معي بالتجربة

Pros:

the lobby and reception were vey boutique feel and gave high hopes however the rooms were just ok I guess, felt like a repackaged offer.

Cons:

It’s old and has the old damp smell, rooms are small with basic amenities although we were told these were the refurbished rooms, neighbourhood was not what I expected. Using bathroom in each room was ridiculous as very small and appeared to flood, one of our group members was locked in the bathroom for over 30mins on his first night facilities were concerned about hitting him to break door down as it was that small ps this was a deluxe couple room

Pros:

We stayed in a family room with my family and had a wonderful experience. The view from the room was amazing, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect for our explorations, with many cafés and dining options nearby, which made us feel comfortable going out on our own with the kids, even without our guide.

The breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of choices. We also had dinner at the hotel, which was a great option for us as we preferred something safer and more familiar for the kids who didn’t enjoy Egyptian food very much.

One of the highlights for our children was when the staff made a penguin out of towels in our room—it was one of their top moments of the trip! Overall, the staff was always smiling and ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Cleaning could be improved, and the shower pressure was not very strong. However, these were minor issues and did not significantly affect our overall positive experience.

Ich war 10 Tage da. Ich habe wie auf Wolken geschlafen. Vom Bett über die Handtücher und Fussmatten. Es war einfach wolkenhaft. Mein Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Die Dame, die mein Zimmer 330 betreut hat war grossartig.
Sie sah genau meine Bedürfnisse. Leider habe ich ihren Namen vergessen, der Manager weiss ihn.
Die Fussmasage und die ganzkörper Massage, waren ihr Geld wert.
Ich habe den Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen.

Cons:

Dass nach einer Woche jemand kommt um Geld für die Reinigung zu sammeln.
Für 2 Personen wird es eng.

Posizione ottima nel quartiere più bello della città, dal quale è possibile raggiungere a piedi numerosi locali. Colazione abbondante e buona. Personale cortese e disponibile. Palestra attrezzata con vista su Zamalek.
Acqua in bottiglia servita ogni giorno.
Abbiamo prenotato con loro il trasferimento per l'aeroporto.

Cons:

Pulizia migliorabile. I bicchieri di vetro della stanza non sono mai stati cambiati.

Cons:

We emailed before we arrived about seperate beds, we requested through booking.com for seperate beds and asked again when we arrived for seperate beds. Our room was a double bed. Whilst they responded quickly and ‘upgraded’ us it was frustrating to go through all that and hear yes yes yes but the result was a twin bed.
