During the summer season, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to Port Aventura World. Remember that some rooms includes PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land tickets (check it on the Room Title): for stays of 1 and 2 nights 1 day/2 parks ticket is included and for stays of 3 or more nights 2 days/2 parks ticket in included as long as the parks are open, in addition to special discounts on the purchase of tickets for Caribe Aquatic Park (subject to the park opening dates, please check them on PortAventura World official website).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Personal de comedor y limpieza muy amables. Buena ubicación para ir a Port Aventura. El bus al parque para delante de la puerta del Hotel.
Nos sentó mal la cena a 3 personas de 4 o había algún alimento en mal estado. Terminamos la noche en urgencias. Uno de nosotros con suero intravenoso y otro con Inter para parar los vómitos. Pedimos salir más tarde de la habita ya que la salida era a las 11h y no estábamos en condiciones de viajar. Solo se podía hasta las 13h porque entraban otros huéspedes. A las 13h tampoco estábamos en condiciones para viajar 6 horas hasta casa. Cuando acepté reservar una noche más para recuperarnos no hubo problema no necesitaban la habitación para otros huéspedes. No había un termómetro ni una compresa en el hotel. No se preocuparon por nuestra salud en ningún momento. Decepcionante para ser un 4 estrellas. Poca humanidad. Solo les interesaba que pagáramos.
Staff, swimming pool (when open)
The free bus back from portadventura land was erratic at best, which is problematic if you have children with you.
I had to shell out on taxis 2 times out of three.
The swimming pool at the hotel opens late and closes early.
Muy limpio, el personal amable, todo bien.
La televisión de nuestro cuarto a los 5 minutos dejaba de funcionar, solo hemos estado una noche, tampoco nos importó mucho.
Es tranquilo
Falta limpieza la habitación olía a cigarro y humedad.
Las sábanas también olían un poco a humedad
La atención del persona es lo que más nos gustó. son súper amables las chicas del desayuno y en recepción y la camarera de habitación fueron muy amables. A pesar de tener mucho trabajo siempre están con una sonrisa y pendiente de tus necesidades.
El sistema de llave para puertas está desfasado y cada día teníamos q ir dos o tres veces ( las veces q salíamos de la habitación) a que nos la activaran para poder entrar y dando gracias a q estábamos en la primera planta y podíamos bajar andando porq si estamos en la séptima y tenemos q esperar el ascensor nos da algo.
El colchón muy mal porq estaba totalmente hundido. Bastante incómodo.

Terminamos en Urgencias el día de nuestra salida, mi hija con suero intravenoso, yo con Primperán intramuscular para parar los vómitos… Al intentar posponer la salida por imposibilidad de viajar 6 horas hasta casa, la única opción que nos dieron fue salir a las 13h porque llegaban otros huéspedes a nuestra habitaciones. Casualmente sí hubo sitio cuando tuve que pagar dos habitaciones una noche más para terminar de recuperarnos. No había un termómetro ni una compresa en el hotel. Me mandaron a una farmacia a comprarlo. No se preocuparon por nuestra salud en ningún momento.
Tiene packs de Port Aventura y el personal es muy agradable.
Mención especial para el desayuno buffet que es de un nivel exquisito así como del personal que trabaja en él.
