Sehr schöner Kurzaufenthalt nach Radtour
Pros:

Sehr schöner Pool mit super Wellness Bereich .
Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Der Teppich im Gang hat eine eigenartige Farbe.
Wie wenn er kaputt gelaufen ist.

Pros:

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Wachau und haben viel gesehen. Das Steigenberger war hierfür der ideale Ausgangspunkt. Der SPA Bereich ist ausgesprochen großzügig gestaltet.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider den Eindruck, dass für einen wirklichen, dem Standard des Hauses entsprechenden Zimmerservice das Personal fehlt. Dementsprechend müssen wir auch die Sauberkeit unseres sicherlich sehr großzügigen Zimmers beurteilen.

Breakfast is excellent. Beds comfortable.

Cons:

Room was not cleaned the second day. To many children at the pool and at the spa erea- not exactly calm and quiet as expected and published.

Top Frühstück, Lage am Weinberg sehr schön, Pool sehr nett

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage in den meisten Zimmer, für Klimaanlage muss ein Aufpreis gezahlt werden und es gibt sowieso nur wenige Zimmer die eine haben. Wir hatten noch Glück, weil wir Westseitig ohne direkte Sonne waren, aber auf der Südseite bei 35 Grad nicht zum Aushalten.

Die Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Draußen waren es >30Grad und der Outdoor Pool war eiskalt. War nicht angenehm. Erfrischung ja aber kein Eisbad. Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage war schon eng. Die Morgenpost kommt leider nur am Wochenende 😟

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Pokój czysty i przestronny, dobre śniadania (poza kawą).

Cons:

W trakcie rezerwacji nie zostaliśmy poinformowani. że basen wewnętrzny jest nieczynny, a m.in. dlatego rezerwowaliśmy ten hotel. Dojście do strefy SPA jest tak źle oznakowane, że dotarcie do niego wygląda jak chodzenie po labiryncie.
