Disney's Polynesian Village Resort

Best last minute stay for family of 5. Staff was so helpful and understanding after a last minute cancelled flight.

Nice and cozy place to stay. Friendly service. Very convenient to go park hopping. Food is not the best.

Such a wonderful experience. This was one of my bucket list Disney hotels and I had a magical time!

Beautiful property within walking distance to Magic Kingdom with easy access to monorail for all other parks.
Plenty of everything that one could need.

Was informed that our luggage would be sent to our room from valet holding area as soon as room was available. This did not happen and in fact we had to wait in our room 25 minutes for the luggage to arrive rather than meeting friends as we planned to do. However, the lost and found service was excellent and a lost stuffed animal was retrieved and granddaughter was thrilled .

AMAZING! They upgraded us to suite with a fireworks view! We had such an amazing time!

The hotel was very clean they even let you know what they wipe down and clean

We first stayed here in 1971 for our honeymoon. This trip was for our 50th anniversary and the resort is just as nice as it was when it was new (or better). Betty Jo was especially helpful and got us a room in the same building we were in on our honeymoon.
The price is really high, but it is a beautiful resort to stay at.

We loved the proximity and the transportation options to the park. Lots of dining and drinking options. Easy to walk around the beautiful grounds.

Everything was great. Just one area that was not nice. The hotel is a wooden building and the rooms areas are two story. We had a kid on the floor above us that was running inside the room for hours , at night time. Made very annoying and difficult for us to sleep. Called front desk but got an answering machine. Recommendation probably is to get a second floor room to avoid this.

We had never stayed here before but would definitely come back! The staff was wonderful and the location is perfect. We are looking forward to returning!

Absolutely amazing stay! Phenomenal comfort, quality, cleanliness and service. I would highly recommend. The resort was extremely convenient. The updated Moana rooms are magical and you can’t beat the fireworks from the resort. I would stay here again without question.

My family really enjoys a great Disney vacation. We decided to splurge and lodge at Disney's Poly resort. The natural surroundings are absolutely stunning. Of course the cast members are so welcoming and greet everyone in style. The dining options are delicious and different. My boys really enjoyed

Soooo clean! Transportation to get to all Disney World parks were conveniently located and it wasn't too crowded and the wait wasn't long.

The room we stayed was recently updated, view was beautiful and boat to Magic Kingdom was great.

Only snack machines available on property after 11.
