Comfortabel hotel, personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Eten is goed, ontbijt ook. Kamers prima, alles was er en schoon. We zijn 1 nachtje geweest op doorreis en alles was top.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, εξαιρετική θέα από τον πέμπτο όροφο της γύρω περιοχής (χώρος για πρόγευμα/γεύματα), πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο, πολύ εξυπηρετικό το προσωπικό. Ιδανικό για μια οικογένεια, ή για παραμονή στο Ηράκλειο για λίγες μέρες.

Saved my trip to Crete!
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful and nice. The manager personally found and retrieved my luggage - lost on Heraklion public transport - that contained my passport! Thus saving my whole trip to Crete. Cannot thank them enough ❤️✨ Also, the view from the bar/breakfast room is spectacular, giving an unspoilt vista of Heraklion Town including sections of the Venetian walls. Right beside Chanioporta bus depot too.
