Property Description

A 4-star hotel in Heraklion Crete, part of the Castello Hotels Group, standing close by the Venetian walls that encircle the old city. The 68-room hotel, fully renovated in 2017, is open all year and is located at the Chanioporta area, the main entrance to the city's historic centre, with direct access to a taxi station and bus stops.

Sì, questo elemento rafforza ulteriormente la recensione, soprattutto perché avevi comunicato la tua esigenza alimentare prima dell’arrivo. Lo inserirei senza appesantire troppo il testo.

Esperienza pessima, assolutamente al di sotto delle aspettative.

L’hotel è estremamente datato e, soprattutto, non corrisponde minimamente all’immagine che viene presentata sul sito. Dalle fotografie pubblicate ci si aspetta una struttura moderna, curata e accogliente; una volta arrivati, invece, ci si trova davanti a una realtà completamente diversa.

La camera assegnata era sporca e presentava diversi problemi di pulizia e manutenzione. Gli asciugamani erano in condizioni a dir poco vergognose: usurati, ingrigiti, alcuni addirittura strappati e talmente sporchi da essere impossibili da utilizzare. Pubblicherò anche le relative fotografie, perché credo che in questo caso le immagini parlino da sole.

Dopo aver fatto presente la situazione, mi sono state proposte delle camere alternative. Il problema è che una era peggiore dell’altra. Alla fine ho deciso di rimanere nella camera inizialmente assegnata, semplicemente perché era la meno peggio tra quelle che mi erano state mostrate.

La cosa che trovo ancora più grave è stata la risposta della direttrice dell’hotel, che mi ha detto, sostanzialmente, che “questo è quello che si ha con il prezzo che ho pagato”. Una frase che considero assolutamente inappropriata e poco professionale, soprattutto rivolta a un cliente che sta segnalando condizioni igieniche e di servizio non accettabili.

Alla fine ci siamo accordati affinché rimanessi nella camera originale e la direttrice mi ha assicurato personalmente che sarebbe stata effettuata una pulizia impeccabile.

Peccato che, nella realtà, anche dopo questa promessa, gli asciugamani lasciati in camera fossero ancora in condizioni tali da risultare impossibili da utilizzare per quanto erano sporchi e malridotti. Anche questo sarà documentato nelle fotografie.

Pros:

Locația a fost foarte aproape de centrul orașului și obiectivele principale.
Stația de autobuz era în fața hotelului, de unde se poate merge către diferite direcții inclusiv către aeroport.
Micul dejun a fost foarte bun, diversificat și permanent aprovizionat.

Cons:

Lenjeriile au fost foarte ciudate, vechi.
Prosoapele la fel de ciudate, vechi, uzate.
Saltelele de la paturi foarte deteriorate.

Obwohl es sehr zentral liegt, ist es aufgrund der gut gedämmten Fenster nachts ruhig; schönes sauberes modernes Zimmer und Bad; nette Rezeption; die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse aus ist genial; Frühstück umfangreich; einfach ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Parken konnte ich in der Nähe am Straßenrand ohne Probleme

Bra hotell.
Pros:

Trevligt att äta frukost med havsutsikt. Fräsch frukost med mycket att välja på.
Välstädat.
Valde område med hänsyn till tillgänglighet till direktbuss till tekniska universitetet. Det var bra. Det var inget fel på området alls, men jag skulle kanske valt annat område om jag var på semester.

Cons:

Det är väldigt lyhört både mellan rummen och ut mot gatan.
Obekväma kuddar.

Très bon hôtel .
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé pour circuler à pied . Chambre très correcte et petit déjeuner copieux avec une très belle vue. Nous avons toujours pu trouver une place pour se garer à proximité.
