Good location, just outside Killarney town. Nice clean comfortable room and beds

The staff were friendly and very polite especially a young bar staff call Emma. Great choice at breakfast. We were to stay at the oaks at Christmas, but had to cancel . So I was delighted to stay, my expectations from word of mouth were absolutely met.
There was nothing we didn’t like, although the room in which breakfast was served was a bit crowded due to the seating capacity.

Meticulously maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and updated. Easy walk to get groceries. Convenient to Killarney National Park.
You can hear EVERYTHING in the hall from your room. That’s my only complaint.

Food in the restaurant was tasty. Staff in the restaurant were very pleasant.
The rooms need updating. When using the shower the floor of the bathroom became wet. The paint on the inside of the bathroom door was peeling. The shower door was leaking. The tap dripped. Beds were not very comfortable. Staff on arrival were not particularly welcoming.
Beautiful hotel . Large comfortable rooms
Nothing to make it stand out , no extra luxuries to warrant the price . Not even a bottle of water in the room. Dining room very nice but would have expected a served hot breakfast rather than buffet for the price.
