Comfortable stay with friendly staff
Pros:

Pancake machine and yoghurt

Cons:

Not keen on buffet style service. Other hotels we stayed at cooked to order which was much better.
Could hear a lot of noise at night when other guests arrived back.

Would support another meeting in Killarney. Kerry airport is very small but Shannon is not far.
Pros:

Location was excellent

Cons:

This is not the hotel’s fault but starting at 8am and having lunch at 11am felt bizarre! When in Europe please do as Europeans do.

The worst consumer experience of my life.
Pros:

There is nothing specific I can comment on regarding the facilities, as my stay was cancelled.

Cons:

My email was ignored, and despite giving early notice and fair alternatives such as rescheduling or a partial refund, I was still charged the full amount with no flexibility or consideration.

Super hotel - v close to Muckross House
Pros:

Luxurious feel to the hotel. Throughly recommend to others as we loved it.
Lovely rooms each with a double and single bed.
Great showers.
Friendly staff
Good food
Great breakfast.
Excellent location especially as v close to Muckross house
Lots of parking
Easy to find

Cons:

No toilet brush for the loo.

Oké voor een nacht, maar wij gaan niet terug.
Pros:

Op het eerste gezicht ziet het hotel er prima uit. Voelt een beetje Amerikaans. De ingang en receptie zijn netjes en de receptioniste was heel vriendelijk. Verder vonden wij dat het hotel weinig sfeer ademde. Het slaapgedeelte van de kamer was goed. Wij zaten op de begane grond, dus wel veel geluid van mensen die ‘s avonds langsliepen vanuit de lobby of bar en ‘s ochtends richting ontbijt gingen. Ook de geur van het ontbijt hing al vroeg in de kamer. Het ontbijt zelf was oké, maar niet fantastisch.

Cons:

De badkamer zag er oud en gedateerd uit (zie foto’s). Hierdoor voelde het ook onhygiënisch. Dit is echt ondermaats voor een 4-sterren hotel.
