La ubicación

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no es adecuado... En la habitación la temperatura ambiente era de 31 grados porque el sistema no funciona con gas sonó con agua. No es adecuado para un hotel en Malta. El personal fue muy amable y trato de buscar soluciones. Al final tuvimos que pedir un ventilador para dormir.

Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή αλλά το ξενοδοχείο δεν αξίζει τα λεφτά του κ το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό.

Βρισκόταν σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία που εξυπηρετεί παντού κ με τα μέσα Στον 7 όροφο οι ξαπλώστρες λίγες οπότε όταν πηγαίνεις δεν έχει να κάτσεις κ η πισίνα δεν είναι κ πολύ καθαρή αλλά η θέα τέλεια.Την πισίνα που δείχνει σε φωτογραφίες δικαιούσαι να πας μόνο αν έχεις κλείσει συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο αλλιώς πληρώνεις 30€ το άτομο τραγικό.

Δεν μας άλλαξαν ποτέ πετσέτες ούτε σεντόνια κ επειδή τα δωμάτια είναι πολλά καθαρίζουν κ το μεσημέρι που θες να ξεκουραστείς κ κοπανε όλες τις πόρτες οπότε δεν κοιμάσαι κ αν είσαι μέσα δεν περνάνε ποτέ ξανά για να καθαρίσουν

Bőséges reggeli, kedves személyzet, közel volt mindenhez (éttermek, bárok, buszváró, tenger)

Cons:

Külön ágyas szobát kértünk, de egyágyasat kaptunk. Ezt jeleztük, elnézést kértek! Szóltak, hogy holnap két egyágyasra cserélik, de ez nem történt meg. Maradtunk végig az egyágyasban.

Cons:

Old hotel with obvious structural issues. The air conditioning didn't work, so the room felt like a sauna. The staff, who appeared to be Asian, were completely untrained and unable to handle even basic problems. The room was extremely dirty, with hair everywhere.

When we complained, they showed no empathy and offered no solution whatsoever. It was a terrible experience. Fortunately, I wasn't there on vacation—I couldn't wait to leave.

Decent
Pros:

Pool was never packed and there was always sunbeds available, no one seemed to wake up early to claim them. The indoor pool was great to cool down and the outdoor pool was also very good. Staff were quite friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Very close to boats to Valletta and the shopping centre with a lot of restaurants near by too.

Cons:

Not sure if we just got a short straw but our room looked nothing like the photos provided. It was not spacious and our balcony was nothing but a small enclosed box no larger than a wardrobe with little sunlight. This led to little natural daylight in the room. We were on the first floor and didnt upgrade to a seaview room but still expected some sort of light atleast not sure if this was different on the upper floors. The room was taken up mostly by the bed and chairs which were sat stupidly at the end of the bed as I only can assume there was no other space for them in such a tiny room. Staff also didn’t seem to take us very seriously when my boyfriend’s glasses fell off the side of the pool, it is hard to describe but they fell within the building and not onto the street. We asked multiple times and were promised they would look for them, but then when we’d ask again there was no recollection of them. One staff member was dedicated and did retrieve them for us which we were thankful for. Ultimately I do think this is one of the better more affordable hotels in Malta, if you are willing to pay for seaview or request a room on a higher floor .

Πολύ ευχαριστημένη από την θέα του τελικού δωματίου, πολύ ιδανική τοποθεσία, εξαιρετικά ευγενικό πρ.
Pros:

Ξεκάθαρα η τοποθεσία και η θέα στην θάλασσα, από το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο όμως .

Cons:

Το πρώτο δωμάτιο που μας δόθηκε , ήτανε μικρό, χωρίς καλή θέα και το χειρότερο ήταν ότι από το μπάνιο έβγαινε δυσάρεστη μυρωδιά.

we was a bit disappointed with our stay for the money we payed.
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and the location was amazing.

Cons:

The photos listed on booking.com were not at the same property as the hotel. Even the rooms were a lot smaller as advertised. Breakfast choice was very limited.

la ubicación

Cons:

En las fotos parece otra cosita, ya de entrada la puerta tuvieron que ir a arreglarla porque después de abrirla no cerraba. La habitación estaba sin terminar y en la otra habitación había manchas de humedad y cortinas sucias. Es caro para lo que es.

Hotel fajny aczkolwiek myślałam, że wybierając hotel z troszkę wyższej półki cenowej będę bardziej zadowolona.
Pros:

Lokalizacja i możliwość korzystania z basenów na dachu hotelu.
Hotelowe kosmetyki.

Cons:

Śniadanie- niestety bardzo słaby punkt hotelu, niezgodne godziny - na recepcji informują, że śniadanie jest do 10.30, a tak naprawdę jest maksymalnie do 10, niby tylko 30 min różnicy ale uważam, ze nie powinni wprowadzać klientów w błąd, kawa niedobra, od wyrobię jajecznych też lepiej trzymać się z daleka.
Klimatyzacja - mimo tego że mieliśmy ja włączoną na okrągło na najmniejszą możliwą temperaturę i największy nawiew pokój był schłodzony tylko trochę.
Cieknący prysznic.
Beznadziejna suszarka do włosów.
Windy- ciężko się doczekać, jak się mieszka na niższych piętrach to lepiej odrazu wybrać schody.

Helaas echt niets

Cons:

De airconditioning deed het niet, hierdoor was het 36 graden op de kamers. De lift deed viel 2 keer uit in een half uur. Toen deze door ons gebruikt werd viel hij het laatste stuk een meter naar beneden. Er was alleen maar jeugd die veel te veel dronk, het was rumoerig en één van de kamers stonk zo erg dat je je afvroeg wat er gebeurd was. Wij zijn hier niet gebleven en vertrokken naar een ander hotel.

Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent, very close to the harbor, making it easy to access ferries and nearby attractions. I highly recommend booking a sea-view room—the view is absolutely worth it.

There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, so getting to the airport or anywhere else on the island is very convenient.

The breakfast was delicious, varied, and complete. The only thing that could be improved is the coffee—I would recommend upgrading it.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay.

If you’re planning to visit the Blue Lagoon or other attractions, I strongly recommend speaking with Enalys, whose desk is located just after the reception. Be sure to listen to her recommendations and trust her advice. She helped us choose the best options, and we were very happy with everything.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful, family-friendly, and relaxing. For a 3-star hotel, I think it exceeded expectations and offered excellent value for money.

I highly recommend this hotel. Book it—you’ll have a wonderful stay!
