Pros:

Le personnel était accueillant, la chambre était très confortable et propre et la localisation parfaite. Le petit déj était complet et il y avait beaucoup de choix

Cons:

Nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse des navettes aéroport hotel, donc le soir en arrivant nous avons du improviser. La belle piscine sur les photos est en réalité payante (environ 30 euro par jour par personne) sauf si nous étions dans un appartement hotel (ce qui n'était pas précisé). Le matin le self petit dej est un peu petit et bruyant, c'est dommage.

Great location but not sure we can recommend this place
Pros:

Hotel location is great to catch local buses and ferries to other islands and outing. Room is ok for EU standard.

Cons:

We cannot control the AC temp. So it is either too hot or too cold. The other issue is the shower stall leaks water on the floor. We had to use towel to catch water. I was about to change room but our neighboring room also had the same issue. Staff did give us a sef of fresh towels to help. We have a balcony so we were able to dry things up. It is also noise since people will slam the doors in the middle of the night.

Vue sur le port avec des restaurants au pieds de l'hôtel
Chambre de bonne taille
la personne a l'accueil qui parlait français

Cons:

les marches du jacuzzi sont noir, avec les bulles ont ne les voient pas. Mon mari est tombé, il s'est ouvert la jambe, l'hôtel n'avait aucune trousse de pharmacie d'urgence. On a du chercher une pharmacie
Pas facile a trouver surtout lorsque qu'on ne parle pas anglais
la vitesse très lente de l'ascenseur, on attend bcp trop.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut .

Cons:

Das Personal war nicht freundlich, und hatte nicht einmal die Geduld ,die Dinge zu klären .Es spielt keine Rolle. Ob jemand kein Englisch spricht- Es gibt immer einen Weg dem Kunden zu helfen.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja – blisko promu do Valletty oraz promenady. Dużym atutem jest basen na dachu, z którego roztacza się piękny widok na okolicę.

Cons:

Pokój rodzinny okazał się bardzo mały. Przy czterech łóżlach ozostawało niewiele wolnej przestrzeni. Balkon był mikroskopijny, wyposażony jedynie w dwa krzesełka i niewielki stolik. Co gorsza, znajdował się w głębokiej studni między budynkami, przez co do pokoju docierało bardzo mało naturalnego światła. Zdjęcia pokoju rodzinnego prezentowane podczas rezerwacji nie odzwierciedlały rzeczywistego wyglądu pokoju, który otrzymaliśmy. Rzeczywisty widok z balkonu przedstawia załączone zdjęcie.

Ritornerò sicuramente in questo hotel perché ho trovato servizi di altissimo livello
Pros:

Tutto perfetto clima elegante ma cordiale, camere impeccabili. Colazioni a buffet abbondanti e ricche di scelta, piscina coperta con SPA piscia ultimo piano con bar. Cassette di sicurezza per lasciare eventualmente i bagagli di viaggio se partite tardi. Tutto perfetto

The location its central restaurant and convenience shop walking distance and the view

Cons:

Bathroom to small, ac it seems does not cool enough. Fitness room, and spa very small not a proper spa and fitness room. Some cardio machines and a dumbell rack wothout enough space and spa its jacuzzi pool indoor pool and sauna but not in a dedicated floor its on the roof top pool floor. Roof top pool its nit the one shown in the picture is much smaller

La atención del personal, el desayuno y la amplitud de las habitaciones y la comodidad de las camas.

Cons:

El ascensor tarda muchos minutos porque solo hay 2 para todo el hotel.
Se sale el agua de las duchas.
El jacuzzi huele mal.
La zona de la piscina no está limpia, camas balinesas sucias.
Demasiado caro para lo que es.

It was good overall but with a few frustrations.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok but a change of menu would have been nice

Cons:

I couldn’t get in to my room with a sea view until 24 hours after my arrival despite having booked the room in November 2025. So I couldn’t unpack. The other disappointment was the internet connection for the TV in the room. The service was intermittent which was quite frustrating. And the access card for the room took some working out, although eventually I managed by inserting the card two or three times to get the door to open.
