Girls Trip - Amazing
Pros:

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at Valleta View Apartments, the reception team were extremely helpful, personally showing us to our apartment on arrival, and accommodating to our last minute late checkout request. Would highly recommend!!!

Mejorable.
Pros:

Las vistas al mar y la ubicación espectacular. Muy bien ubicado en la isla, la mejor zona diría yo. La zona tiene mucho ambiente pero es tranquila, está cerca de todo. El desayuno bien también. Las camas cómodas y las toallas nuevas a estrenar. Personal muy amable, destacar al personal de recepción.

Cons:

Las instalaciones están bastante desgastadas. La ducha pierde agua y llegaba hasta la cama. Uno de los días nos fuimos por la mañana y cuando llegamos por la tarde nos encontramos la habitación abierta (un descuido del personal de limpieza que podría haber sido un gran problema). Las piscinas son más bien pequeñas y las que estaban al aire libre sucias y con el agua caliente. La temperatura de la nevera y del aire acondicionado insuficientes para la temperatura que hay en Malta en agosto. La televisión no tienencanales en español y nos fue imposible acceder a nuestra plataformas de netflix o amazon prime.

Cons:

Leider stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut – viele Restaurants und Geschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und vieles ist schnell zu erreichen. Das war für uns definitiv ein Pluspunkt.

Leider hat uns das Hotel ansonsten enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war für den Preis sehr klein und besonders das Badezimmer war äußerst beengt. Durch die ungewöhnliche Türlösung kommt man kaum vernünftig ins Bad und hat dort entsprechend wenig Platz.

Auch die Reinigung war nicht zufriedenstellend. Das Zimmer bzw. der Boden wurde während unseres Aufenthalts erst nach Nachfrage und nach mehreren Tagen gereinigt.

Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr enttäuschend. Die Auswahl war sehr gering und für den Preis, den wir für das Hotel bezahlt haben, hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet.

Insgesamt ist die Lage zwar sehr gut, aber für den Preis bekommt man unserer Meinung nach deutlich bessere Hotels. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier leider überhaupt nicht.

Kai kurie dalykai jau prašosi atnaujinimo, pavyzdžiui, kiek pasenę ir lėti liftai. Tačiau, vertinant pagal 3 žvaigždučių viešbučio kategoriją, apskritai viskas yra gerai.

Pros:

The only real advantage of this hotel is its location. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Unfortunately, the overall standard of the hotel is very poor. The shower leaks so badly that it makes using the bathroom uncomfortable. There is a strong damp smell in the room, and although the air conditioning works, it also produces an unpleasant smell. The elevators are absurdly slow.

Breakfast is very repetitive, with exactly the same options every day. The rooftop pool has a nice view, but towels are often unavailable and the water looks cloudy. The rooms only have UK-style sockets, and no adapters are provided.

Overall, I found our one-week stay very disappointing and definitely below expectations

Pleasant Stay with Great Service
Pros:

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. There were a couple of issues with the AC and some water leaking from the shower, but Raj from Front Office really stood out with his warm welcome, quick response, and professional attitude. He genuinely made us feel looked after and helped turn a few small issues into a positive experience. Would happily return.

Ferie a Malta
Pros:

Abbiamo appena terminato il nostro soggiorno a Malta: la posizione è comoda, raggiunta da alcuni numeri dei bus. La stanza è pulita, silenziosa e moderna. Molto comodo il balcone in camera che, per quanto piccolo, ci consentiva di far asciugare i teli mare e i costumi. Lo staff cordiale ed efficiente: un plauso particolare alle ragazze che si occupano della pulizia. La colazione è variegata ma non la più ricca che abbia fatto. La zona piscina non è come appare in foto ma ugualmente comoda e bella, dotata di una una zona all’aperto, una parte coperta, idromassaggio e un comodo bar.

Cons:

-L’assistenza da remoto deve essere migliorata: il nostro volo era stato cancellato per via dell’eruzione dell’Etna e avevamo chiesto di posticipare il soggiorno. Impossibile che ci si risponda due giorni dopo. Stessa cosa per la mia richiesta effettuata qualche giorno prima per sapere se le camere fossero dotate di phon rimaste senza risposta.
-La prenotazione di Booking, teoricamente, includerebbe un trasfer per l’aeroporto che, in realtà, non è compreso.
-L’acqua della piscina necessita di un maggiore quantitativo di cloro: troppe persone! Il velo dell’acqua era praticamente opaco, sopratutto l’ultimo giorno.
