The room was so comfortable and spacious. The staff at the reception desk were very nice and helpful. The location is also easily accessible by public transit from the center of Vienna.

Relaxed hotel in een iets tegenvallende stad.
Pros:

We kregen iets ruimere kamer toegewezen. Konden auto parkeren in krappe garage hotel. Relaxte sfeer in hotel. Ontbijt was uitstekend.

Cons:

Geen koelkastje op de kamer. Wenen is massaal en wijds daarom grotere loopafstanden.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très agréable, la chambre confortable et suffisamment spacieuse.
Le personnel est accueillant.

Cons:

La salle de bain manquait un peu de propreté, notamment les murs sur lesquels on voit des traces d'humidité et de produit qui colle, et des cheveux étaient collés sur lesquels murs à l'emplacement où l'on suspend des serviettes

Localisation très bonne, transports faciles d'accès pour le centre ville si besoin
Bel hôtel et belle décoration
Chambre spacieuse et propre
Literie confortable
Petit-déjeuner varié et bon
Possibilité de parking (souterrain pour petit format, disponibilité limitée pour les voitures grand format)

Cons:

Pas de frigo dans la chambre
Organisation du petit-déjeuner vite chaotique quand il y a du monde (places limitées, pas assez de staff, nettoyage des tables aléatoire)
