Pros:

Kind and attentive staff. Great restaurants on site. Fantastic Nile views.

Cons:

Initially we booked a room with 2 double beds, but having seen they were not big enough to fit 2 adults and 2 children, we had to take a larger room. The new room was lovely and we did not regret it, however, it would have been helpful that bed sizes had been indicated from the onset.
