Never fails to impress
Pros:

Everything was amazing as usual. The staff service is exceptional, everyone is eager to help, and very attentive to the very tiniest of details.
The bed and pillows make you want to stay there all day. The view from the balcony is the best. I wouldn't change a thing about the hotel.

Excepcional, mimos e restaurantes fazem a diferença
Pros:

Staff muito atencioso, restaurantes do hotel excepcionais (destaque para o Chines e Italiano), detalhes do quarto fizeram a diferença (tipo um organizador de fios que usaram para todos os carregadores que estavam ligados na tomada). Staff do Spa excelente. Fiz check out pela manhã e me permitiram voltar a noite para tomar banho no Spa.

Cons:

Café da manhã um pouco caro, mas excepcional com um staff muito atencioso e sucos naturais maravilhosos.
