Pros:

The stuff, the size of our room, cleanliness, the Lebanese restaurant, the SPA.

Cons:

The room was very noisy due to the traffic outside. Because of Ramadan, two restaurants were not operating, so the dining options were limited. the Italian restaurant did not meet our expectations. The transfer charges are very high.

Good view and little else
Pros:

Located next to the nile. So if you taking the other side, it is not worth it.
Some of the food was nice.

Cons:

Hotel Unhelpful even when there is significant vacancy and could easily upgrade or provide better perks.
Amenities provided in the room were way substandard than what you expect. Carry your toiletries or buy from market.
Room service is terrible and have to be called again to come on time (and they charge extra for it)

Pros:

Everything was amazing as usual. The staff service is exceptional, everyone is eager to help, and very attentive to the very tiniest of details.
The bed and pillows make you want to stay there all day. The view from the balcony is the best. I wouldn't change a thing about the hotel.
