It was very nice!
Pros:

Lots of space, nice hot shower, comfortable bed, everything was very clean and staff was very nice.

Cons:

The staff who cleans moved our suitcases from where we had them to a stand. We can’t open our suitcases while they are on a stand. We didn’t like our things being moved.

Excelentes habitaciones e instalaciones. Servicio excepcional. 100% recomendado
Pros:

La ubicación era excelente: estaba frente a varios restaurantes y muy cerca del punto de partida de los paseos en faluca por el Nilo. Si la habitación daba al río, las vistas eran impresionantes, especialmente de noche con la iluminación; y si daba hacia la ciudad, también se disfrutaba una panorámica preciosa.

Las instalaciones son de primer nivel, con varias opciones de restaurantes. Los niños disfrutaron muchísimo de la piscina temperada al aire libre.

Quiero destacar especialmente la disposición del personal para resolver inconvenientes: solicitamos dos camas supletorias y, como solo podían instalar una, nos ofrecieron un upgrade de habitación por una diferencia pequeña. Si volvemos a El Cairo, sin duda nos hospedaríamos aquí nuevamente. Lo recomiendo 100%.
