Pros:

The hotel is dirtier than it appears in the photos, the street it is located on smells very bad. The man at the reception seems to be helpful but in the end he tries to rip you off, be very careful. There were cockroaches in the room. The sheets were very dirty. Cleanliness and hygiene are zero. Also, they are constantly trying to sell you tours and if you don’t buy them, they try to rip you off. Pay a little more and stay in a better place, but don't go there, you'll regret it.

I do not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The place was relatively clean so that was not a problem. However, there were various times the staff promised something that they did not deliver on, including having someone at the airport to pick us up. On the internet it claims the hotel offers free wifi, it was free but it was very spotty. It was more off than on. So it was not something we could rely on. I could not get the shower to produce hot water.

Nice hotel - do not order dinner
Pros:

Property was cute with a great view of pyramids in a very “local” area.
Staff offered to take pictures, which was very nice!
Room was nice for the price.
My rating is low due to be outright taken advantage of. The information on hotels.com says dinner on terrace for 200 EGP. I would have been fine with a higher price but I was told 1000 EGP. This was food… nothing to drink. When I questioned the price I was told of increase and out of date info on booking…okay but 5x the price was steep. I did get it at 700 which was still too high. When commenting to other staff they said price increases and one lady said “naughty boy”.
Yes I should have confirmed the price and I would have been fine with even double price.
For reference other restaurants were around 450 WITH a drink for seafood - which is always more than chicken and kebob which was what I received at the hotel.
I would recommend the hotel but not the dinner!

Pros:

Rating this property has to be taken to account the area in which it resides. So for the area, Tut Pyramid View is amazing. 1st, the staff who was available 24hrs. They are nice and trustworthy. They go out of their way to make you feel like family. Adam and Bizzou are phenomenal at their job amd take it seriously. 2nd, it is easy to be scammed in Egypt but because of this staff, they set up all tours (even on short notice) at a fair price. Car, driver, guide and lunch was no problem. It was fair and I would say a better price than most places. They even set me up with a 3 day tour package in Luxor. Finally, the proximity to the pyramids are amazing, I could look out my window and see them, i could go for breakfast on the roof and see them. In closing, i enjoyed my stay and Adam and Bizzou are now family.

You should do It better...
Pros:

No internet for five days = no complimentary water at all. It's the minimum required in case of a missing service. At least!!!
Room was dirty and there's a smell of horses all around. All day long.....

Dirty, moldy and broken down with rude front Dest Manager
Pros:

This is the dirtiest, moldiest, most broken down hotel I have ever seen. We were shocked at the level of decay here. Nobody should be staying in this place. Plus the manager and front desk staff were extremely rude the minute we questioned the lack of hygiene. We have been in Egypt for a week and stayed at similiar priced places from Aswan, Luxor, and Heliopolis in Cairo and none was like this. This place should not be a hotel it is in a dangerous part of the city too, not safe for women travelers

Do NOT recommend!
Pros:

It was SO bad that we left two days early for a different hotel. Room with no windows, dirty bathroom, and loud noises all night. Breakfast took so long (40 minutes for our food) that we were late for our tour.
Some of the staff were nice, but one man (as mentioned in other reviews) was quite deceitful. He wanted us to book tours through him. He told our tour guide we were not at the hotel, so the tour guide had to wait outside and Whatsapp us to let us know what was happening. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else! Same prices for better places in the area.

Nice place to stay if you don't care about the surroundings
Pros:

Stayed at the hotel on May 8-14. Location is perfect in terms of its proximity to the Giza Pyramids entrance. Hotel is quite OK compared to the price. Though wi-fi was very poor, sound proofing inside the room was awful - the slightest noise was heard as if it was next to you. Streets around the hotel are very dirty and smelly. No one cleans anything in the streets (feces, garbage, etc.). Horses, camels, stray dogs that chase you when you are getting back with some food from the local Pizza Hut, which was a bit scary. The trip to Cairo downtown takes about 25-30 minutes (65 to 80 pounds - InDriver). Nevertheless, the staff was very positive and helpful. Thank you guys! The view from the roof is just brilliant! Light and music show on Pyramids in the evenings is free-) every evening.

3am construction every night for 10 nights
Pros:

For 10 straight nights, these people decided that 11 at night was the perfect time to start loud construction on the building. Whether it was using a hammer and chisel to take down a wall or some kind of jackhammer to supposedly work on plumbing at 3 in the morning, these people decided that they their paying customers just didnt need to sleep at night. Every single night it sounded like they were banging on our walls for hours on end.

Pros:

This was a great spot for the price! You can't get much closer to the pyramids! Great view, especially from the rooftop! They put us in an adjoining hotel and there was no wifi, even though it was promised. That would be the biggest negative.
