La pension complète associée à l’essentiel des excursions à faire sur l’île .
Les menus sont toujours identiques ou presque . Après huit jours, on a tout goûté .

Aussergewöhnliche Lage mit sehr schönem Überblick auf das Meer mit seinen vielen Grün- und Blautönen. Das Melia the Level kann da nicht mithalten. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung für die Kinder (Luftmatratzen, Kids Club) sind gut. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Die Kinderkarte ist klein, aber genügt völlig. Wir haben 2 Geburtstage dort gefeiert und wurden mit einer sansibarischen Showeinlage/Gesang während des Abendessens überrascht, unvergesslich. Der Strand ist leicht zugänglich und man wird kaum von Händlern angesprochen, im Gegensatz zum öffentlichen Strand. Stromausfälle gibt es täglich, aber die werden sehr gut, durch die Notstromaggregate aufgefangen und dauern jeweils nur kurz an.

Il parco della struttura è molto bello e sicuramente ben curato ed il personale era gentile. In generale la struttura è bella anche se leggermente datata.
Il ristorante sulla spiaggia è scadente sia come qualità che come personale, totalmente impreparati su cosa fare e sulle ordinazioni. Inoltre vicino allo stesso sono presenti dei tubi che sembrano scaricare direttamente in mare
Dovevamo avere l’honeymoon package ma non ci è stato comunicato né in fase di check in ne in fase di soggiorno.
L’area su cui si estende il resort è troppo grande e dispersiva

Bel hotel, personnel très agréable, jolies chambres, plages et piscines impeccables, les restaurants sont biens.
le room service n'est pas très efficace ! et les buggys pour les navettes pas assez nombreux pour un hotel qui s'étend sur plus de 1 km. le petit dejeuner est assez moyen. manque aussi dans les chambres des prises electriques Francaises, nottament près du lit
-Room was quiet and breakfast was nice
-I booked a garden view room, I arrived at 9pm, and they said they dont have space in the rooms, and they upgraded me to a bungalow room, however this room was unrenovated, the shower had a drainage issue and had to go through sketchy stairs to my room. Bed was comfy, and quiet.
-in the all inclusive option there were only 2 restaurants to go to, and the 1 was already fully booked for our stay when we came, so we had to have dinner at the same place for 4 nights.
-Was not allowed to access best pool due to me purchasing all inclusive option which was not informed before.
La atención personalizada de sus manager LEILECITH Y JACOBO LO MÁXIMO, estaban atentos a cada detalle de nuestra estancia, desde el primer momento que pisamos el hotel. Solucionaron cada detalle. Nuestro vuelo de retorno hasta New Uork era largo y por la noche, pudimos quedarnos en el hotel hasta la tarde q teníamos el transfer, les deseamos lo mejor a personas tan profesionales, su trato fue muy especial.

We had the most amazing week at Meliá Zanzibar! Everything was outstanding from beginning to end, but what really made our stay so special was the incredible service.
The entire staff went above and beyond to accommodate every single one of our requests. Everyone was extremely professional, kind, attentive and ALWAYS smiling! They made everything so easy for us, especially travelling with our 11-month-old baby.
A very special mention to the chef, who was absolutely amazing with our baby. Twice a day, he prepared special fresh meals just for her, always making something different. As parents, having this level of attention and care made such a huge difference and allowed us to really relax and enjoy our holiday.
The food in general was excellent, the hotel was beautiful and very clean, and the managers were always present and available. They would regularly come and speak to the guests, asking if everything was going well or if there was anything they could do for us. You really feel that guest satisfaction is a priority here.
I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels around the world, but Meliá Zanzibar is genuinely at the top of the game when it comes to hospitality and service.

My wife and I truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Meliá Zanzibar, from the warm welcome and exceptional staff to the variety of excellent restaurants.
Gabi Beach was a particular highlight. What an experience! From the Maasai gentleman greeting us every day with an enthusiastic “Jambo!” to the warm and attentive staff who always made sure we were having an amazing time, everything felt truly special.
Our beautiful moonlit dinners at Jetty Lounge were equally unforgettable. The setting, service and atmosphere were simply magical.
A very special thank you to Madame Bruna and her team for making our honeymoon such a wonderful and memorable experience. We leave with beautiful memories and would happily return.
Honestly, we had nothing negative to say. The only sad part was that our stay came to an end far too soon, we simply wished we could have stayed longer.
Un hotel muy bien cuidado y el trato del personal muy bueno.
Distancias muy largas dentro del hotel, de un punto a otro deben llevarte en carritos de golf y a veces tardan mucho en llegar. La comida no era un punto fuerte.
