It was fair.
Pros:

Great location and the staff were exceptional.

Cons:

Part of the property was closed off so didn’t get the room I had booked.The all inclusive package only covers a portion of drinks.So to fully enjoy you had to pay for drinks.

The location and the view are marvelous especially on the new villas..

Cons:

Bogie pick up… sometime it’s taking too long to be attended either from restaurant or room… improve their management…and scheduling …also drinking water supply in the room is not well managed…it has to be consistent morning and evening but always u have to call to be supplied..

Atendimento impecável e atencioso de todo pessoal desde a recepção aos serviços de restauração e de animação . Saudações especiais à Leila(h)/recepção, Angela/restaurante Tamu e bar da piscina e Mary/serviços de arrumação de quartos.
Foi feito upgrade para um quarto com vista fabulosa para o Índico. Valeu a pena a mudança do terror do Golden Tulip para o Melia Zanzibar

Sugiro melhor o cardápio/menu e ofertas dos/nos quatro restaurantes. Para um resort que recebe hóspedes de todo mundo, deveria/poderia ser mais internacional. O menu está muito baseado na culinária local e do sub continente indiano, principalmente os temperos e molhos. Não foi mau de todo, mas pode melhorar…

Pros:

The villas at the level are fantastic. Very nice atmosphere abd some with a stunning view to the ocean.

Cons:

Service during meals, in general, very good. However, sometimes slow because it remains unclear who is responsible for what.
