Das Zimmer war sehr luxuriös ausgestattet und hatte eine sehr schnelle Internetverbindung. Das Essen war sehr schmackhaft insbesondere im Tamu Restaurant was ich jedem nur empfehlen kann. Auch das Abendliche Buffet war ausreichend genug und hat an nichts fehlen lassen inklusive täglicher Live Musik. Wer auch mal richtig gut Essen möchte sollte das Jelly Restaurant besuchen (besonders nachmittags) weil es über einen langen Steg hinaus ins Meer in zwei Bungalows geht die seitlich geöffnet sind um den traumhaften Blick zu genießen. Der Strand ist wunderschön und die Strandbar war auch ein Highlight, besonders die Bestuhlung die es einem richtig angenehm gemacht hat um einen wunderschönen tag am Strand zu verbringen. Besonders sehr lobenswert und mitunter das wichtigste für uns war das täglich sehr gut gelaunte Personal das uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt hat egal wo wir im Resort unterwegs waren.
Es gibt absolut nichts negatives zu berichten. Es war alles perfekt !!

Food in all inclusive is average at best. The drinks included is very limited.
La struttura è semplicemente eccellente e si percepisce fin da subito l’altissimo livello del resort. Tutto lo staff è straordinario: sempre sorridente, disponibile, professionale e davvero attento al cliente. Un plauso speciale al personale addetto al concierge, altamente qualificato e gentilissimo, capace di farti sentire seguito e coccolato in ogni momento.
Il cibo è uno dei punti di forza assoluti: qualità incredibile, materie prime eccellenti e moltissime preparazioni fatte in casa. Ogni pasto è curato nei minimi dettagli, con una varietà di scelta impressionante. Le bevande sono altrettanto curate, con una gamma molto ampia e di qualità superiore alla media dei resort.
Le opzioni culinarie sono davvero notevoli, grazie ai diversi ristoranti presenti nella struttura; con The Level l’esperienza diventa ancora più esclusiva e raffinata. Ogni ristorante ha una propria identità e standard altissimi.
Le camere sono moderne, pulitissime e molto confortevoli. La pulizia è impeccabile e si vede chiaramente che la struttura è nuova e ben mantenuta. Anche i prodotti messi a disposizione (asciugamani, shampoo, prodotti da bagno, ecc.) sono di qualità sorprendentemente alta, cosa non scontata nemmeno in resort di questo livello.
La palestra è molto ben attrezzata e moderna, così come la spa, entrambe gestite da personale preparato e sempre disponibile. Anche il servizio in camera è eccellente, rapido e curato nei dettagli, assolutamente all’altezza di un resort 5 stelle.
Più che un vero aspetto negativo, sono elementi da sapere prima di arrivare. Il resort è molto grande e per spostarsi internamente non sono disponibili biciclette; ci si muove tramite buggy. Con The Level è possibile chiamarli direttamente, ma non sempre sono immediatamente disponibili, quindi a volte bisogna attendere qualche minuto.
Inoltre, il mare è bellissimo dal punto di vista visivo, ma è caratterizzato da forti maree: alta e bassa marea influenzano molto la balneazione. Non sempre è possibile entrare in acqua a causa dei fondali con scogli e ricci di mare. Nulla che rovini il soggiorno, ma è giusto saperlo in anticipo

The morning buffet was delicious, and the smiles from the staff made every day brighter. The Maasai team was incredibly kind, and the spa ladies were wonderful. Despite a few hiccups, the genuine warmth and friendly atmosphere made our time here memorable.
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing in many ways. While we understood that booking a bungalow in the jungle would naturally come with some insects and humidity, there should still be a minimum standard of cleanliness and professionalism. Our room was not properly maintained — the bathroom was full of mosquitoes and spiders, and, to our surprise, we even found the bathroom rug inside our suitcase, likely forgotten by housekeeping.
The service was also frustrating. The waitstaff were overly intrusive, asking repetitive questions that felt rehearsed rather than genuine, which quickly became annoying. Despite numerous calls to book a buggy to get around the property, the answer was always, “we will check,” but no one ever followed up.
Every time we ordered something not included in the all-inclusive menu, staff repeatedly reminded us of extra charges. We know how to read the menu, and this persistent reminder was unnecessary and felt quite rude, especially during my birthday dinner at The Jetty, which was completely ruined by this attitude.
Given the high humidity, it would be wise to place air purifiers or dehumidifiers in the rooms to make the stay more comfortable.
Lastly, we paid 14,000 AED (about 3,800 USD), only to discover that upon arrival, the rate on Booking.com was half the price. This was extremely disappointing and left us feeling taken advantage of.
Overall, the staff seemed undertrained and the property lacked the basic standards and elevated hospitality we expected for the price we paid. This place has potential, but there are serious improvements needed to justify the rates and deliver the experience promised.
