Okay but rude staff
Pros:

The location is prime; it is in two-minute proximity to the train station.
The hotel was super quiet and peaceful. The rooms had double curtains, which I really prefer.
The breakfast was decent and had reasonable options for vegetarians. The siting area was clean, and the workers were super quick to pick up the plates and clean and spillovers by the guests.

Cons:

The staff was extremely rude. When I asked the receptionist to simply the taxes I had to pay on arrival because I had prepaid for the booking, she told me that "she will not check me in if I don't pay". All I had asked her was to elaborate the charges because the invoice was a bit confusing with regards to the taxes. Then some other guy came and explained it to me after which I paid the amount. I expect the staff to be polite and considerate because not everyone understands different taxes in different cities and countries and I consider it part of your job as a host to help people.

The room had stains on the switches and the near bathroom sink.

Too expensive for being so basic
Pros:

It's too basic for being so expensive. No space, no place to put clothes, bedroom looks like a hospital room. Extremely basic, I don't recommend it

Pros:

The location is very good, right next to the station and very close to the city centre. The staff is helpful, the room is sound- proofed so you can have a restful night.

Innsbruck ist sehr schön und sauber und das Hotel dazu passt leider überhaupt nicht zum Image dazu.
Pros:

Uns wurde ein Zimmerwechsel angeboten, nachdem unseres extrem nach Schimmelentferner gestunken hat und sehr verschmutzt war.

Cons:

Preis Leistung, schmutzige nicht komfortable Zimmer, umständliche Parksituation, unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin
