Fantastic space once we found the location and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and clean.

Cons:

It was very difficult to find since there was no external signage that would help non residents from Innsbruck.

Pros:

La ubicación, aunque la zona no es buena salvo que salgas temprano a la estación de tren que fue el motivo porque la elegí. Es difícil acceder está en un primer piso la recepción de, el ascensor escondido a la vuelta

Cons:

Pedí una habitación a la calle en piso alto y el "equipo" de Ibis sin firma me contestó que no aceptaban esos pedidos 🤔 cuando ningún otro hotel me contestó eso nunca. El empleado de recepción ojalá se identificará para personalizar mi crítica. Cero empatía con el cliente. Absurdo, podrían haber dicho no hay disponible y ser más educados, ya había pagado sino hubiera cancelado

Pros:

Location was convenient

Cons:

The air handling was not great and the noise from the main station nearby made it difficult to open the windows. In general, it’s kind of what you expect from an Ibis but the price was quite high for what we got.

We tolerated it for the week, because the location was handy for ski busses.

It was handy for the ski-buses, and it was clean.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the lift smelt of urine, there was no water or tea making in our room, it was either too hot with window shut or to noisy with window open, I asked for oatmilk at breakfast and was made to feel like a fusspot, I was told off for filling my water bottle from the breakfast area, there was a homeless man living next to the entrance for the whole week, the bedside light was badly positioned and banged my head, there was no shelf/drawer to put our smaller clothes.

Weekend in Innsbruck
Pros:

The hotel central as it is literally across the street from the main train station. I walked everywhere- because it's 15 min away.
Nice lounge area you can sit & have a cup of tea.
Waking up to the view of the Alps amazing.

Cons:

Very small 'closet' & slow lift.. but another reason to use the stairs.
