Fantastic position, large rooms .. beautiful hotel.
Pros:

Position was amazing.. Beautiful hotel. bus stop right outside hotel.. even the bus to Nagasaki airport .. easy walk to station and shopping areas. Family Mart was connected to hotel . Our friend loved the onsen !! Large rooms.. we had a fantastic stay !

Great hotel
Pros:

Amazing hotel with top notch service. Very clean in the center, close to the station and bus stops. Delicious breakfast with huge choices. And spectacular spa. Would love to back there

スタッフのお陰で　良い観光が出来ました〜
Pros:

夕食に　フロントの方に教えて頂き美味しいお寿司を食べる事が出来、満足‼️
部屋が　広く、清潔感もあり快適でした〜
路面電車1日乗車券を　教えてもらいお得に観光出来ました。
大浴場もあり　良かったです〜

温泉♨️でなかった点のみ残念😢

見える所は良い！けどお金に関する事が雑。
Pros:

スタッフさんの対応は皆さん良かった。部屋もお風呂も良かったです。

Cons:

予約した時のサイトと違う事があった。
この部屋は12時まで居れるチェックアウトと書いていたが実際は11時。
添い寝の子供は朝食なしの記載なし。
添い寝6歳までと書いてあったが、まだ6歳でも小学生の子もいるので「未就学児」と記入した方がわかりやすいのでは？別料金で朝食代払うはめになった。
朝食会場が写真と違う。写真は豪華だったが実際は違った。
駐車場1500円と書いてあったが、「宿泊税」があり別で払った。記載なし。計2100円。
