Pros:

I really liked this hotel, it has a vintage vibe and it's close to the train station. Our room was very specious and comfortable with a nice view. We also loved the Onsen and different baths in it. There is also convenience store at the ground floor which was awesome.

We liked everything!

I think this was the hotel stay I was most excited for on my trip and for the breakfasts alone it did not disappoint
Pros:

Location was great, rooms were probably the most spacious I’ve seen in japan. Breakfast at the restaurant was without doubt the best I have had across japan.

Cons:

Small gaps under doors means you will hear people get up and leave their rooms while you’re sleeping if you aren’t as early a riser.

広くてちょっとランク高いホテル

朝タクシーに乗ろうとしたら、係の人がタクシーを捕まえに行ってくれました(丁寧な対応)

ゆっくりできました。ありがとうございました。
Pros:

朝食すごくおいしかったです。今回はあいにくの雨だったので景色があまり楽しめなかったので次はいいお天気の時に宿泊したいです。

Cons:

少し部屋が暗かったです。電球がひとつつかなかったので、そのせいかもしれません。

最高です。
Pros:

大浴場のお風呂の種類が多く、サウナもあって疲れがとれました。
長崎の景色を見ながらの朝食も美味しく、食べ過ぎてしまうのが困りました。パンがとても好みでした。
バス停が目の前なのでとても便利でした。

お風呂も大きく広々施設
Pros:

旧プリンスホテルのせいか、施設が広々していた、朝食のメニューはぢゃ長崎の料理も取り入れてありよかった。

Cons:

4泊したのですが、お風呂はずっと男女入れ替わらなかった。

良かった！

夜１時まで大浴場が使える事、そして綺麗で気持ち良かったです。
料金安く行ったのに、本当に素敵なホテルでした！

大浴場が新しいので綺麗でサウナも有りゆっくり堪能出来て良かったです。ただ、庭の照明が暗すぎて何も見えない
Pros:

ツインルームは程よい広さでテーブルが大きくてゆったりお茶が飲め、洗面所も広くて使いやすかった。

Cons:

ルームウエアの袖とズボンの丈がもう少し短いほうが良い
大浴場が出来たのは良かったのですが、個人個人の洗い場に鏡が無いのは不便です。
五階のエレベーター降りて男女の浴室案内が分かりずらく、男には左の←、女には右の→を正面に大きく表示すべきです。
製氷機、電子レンジ、ランドリー、自販機の案内を各部屋に置いておくべきです。
女性の脱衣場のドライヤーの数を増やしてほしい、ロングヘアの方が長時間使用するので中々空きません。
