朝食！，一度お試しあれ。
Pros:

スタッフの紳士・淑女の応対精神が素晴らしかったです。ロビーからエレベータの乗る10m手前からスタッフがボタンを押して呼んでくれました。そして，朝食がまた素晴らしかったです。ビュッフェメニューの種類の豊富さ・味の優しさ，そしてオーダーメイドメニューの調理人の紳士的な掛け声が，とてもよかった。この朝食は100以上利用したホテルの中でも自分的最上位です。

Cons:

部屋の中の電源コンセントが，デスクから１～２mのところには見当たらず，幾分使いづらかったです。

スタッフの方皆さん笑顔で親切で良かったです。
お部屋は少し古いですが、大浴場やサウナは改装されてて綺麗で良かった。
朝の朝食バイキングのコックさんがとても良かった。

Pros:

大浴場があり、お部屋がとても広かったです。
路面電車の駅がホテルの真下で交通の不便さを感じなかった。是非長崎へ旅行される方は利用して見て下さい。素晴らしいホテルでした。素泊まりでしたので
朝食はつけませんでした。

Cons:

ちょうど工事中でしたので、７階まで音が聞こえて
いましたのが残念でした。ホテルの問題ではありません。

Pros:

立地、路面電車駅が目の前。
エントランス、ロビーが広くて高級感、ラグジュアリー感満載。
大浴場が快適でした。
リファのドライヤー、雪肌精の基礎化粧品がおいてありました。
15階の朝食会場眺めがよい、朝食が美味しかった。
シェフが作ってくれる、オムライスと鯛茶漬け最高でした。

gracious hotel in a great location
Pros:

We enjoyed staying at this conveniently located hotel with the welcoming staff, excellent views, on-site accessible parking and exceptional breakfasts on the top floor providing panoramic views of the mountains, harbour and city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Only concern was the air-conditioning is dated and one of our rooms was stuffy.

朝食会場が混んでいて、待合室でしばらく待ったが、スタッフの対応は丁寧だった。

Cons:

部屋に入ってすぐにカーテンを開けるとレースカーテンのフックが3つくらい外れていた。事前チェックが甘いと思った。
コーヒーメーカーのカートリッジが人数分なかった。
