一階の喫煙ルームをしようしたが汚れていた。これは使う人のマナーの問題だからどうしようもないけど清掃の回数を増やしてみては

お部屋は広くて綺麗だった。
隣部屋のお客さんが夜中に何度も壁をどんどん蹴ってるみたいな音でした。

2名でスタンダード部屋を使用する分には満足できるが、上位クラスの部屋はもう少し差別化を図った方が良いと思う

エレベーターの開閉が早くスムーズだった。
朝食は日々変化があり飽きなかった。
５階の風呂は広くて快適だった。
エレベーター前等に椅子が置いてあり良かった。

枕元に、電源及びUSB電源がなかった。
ジュニアスイートなのに広さだけで、付随の設備は一般客室と変わらない点
５階のお風呂の景色が良くなかった。
メイン出入り口に車が停車していて出入りしづらかった。
窓に遮熱シートが貼られており景色がボヤけてもったいなかった。

Pros:

La struttura è bellissima. Comodo parcheggio sotto l’hotel, fermata dei bus esattamente di fronte. Family Mart nella porta a fianco. Onsen bellissimo e locale colazione stupendo! Ultimo piano con vista su tutti i lati della città.
Buffet della colazione buonissimo e ricchissimo!
Davvero un’ottima scelta e un’ottima location!

お部屋も綺麗に清掃されていて、広く快適でした。
Pros:

早い時間に着いたので、荷物を預かって頂いた。
途中で必要なものがあり取り出しに行ったが、快く対応していただきありがとうございます。

Cons:

夜中に、上の階から何度も大きな音がして目が覚めてしまった。ホテルの問題では無いので昼仕方ない。
