Nice room comfy bed. Nice and quiet.
Pros:

The manager was the nicest one out of 3 different motels I stayed in over 10 days. The bed was quite comfortable. Other places I stayed in the bed was quite hard. Nice bathtub and great view of the Rock.

Cons:

Cant think of any thing.

Very nice stay, enjoyed the room and the location.
Pros:

Dip was the host and was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and remodeled. The mattress was very supportive of the body, just the way we like it. The view of Morro Rock and the sunset was perfect. The Inn was conveniently located at 1100 Main st. The value for the price was a very good deal. We will definitely stay here again.

A great stay that promotes another future visit
Pros:

Very lovely couple, Yogi and Dip, running the place. They take good care of it. Very clean with great location that is close to the beach.

Cons:

Nothing not to like about Beach Inn.

Overall, a great day and experience. Will be back.
Pros:

I’ve stayed here before I like that. The property is in a great location. I think it seems a little more new than other properties in the area and definitely clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this time I stayed in room 211 and the bed was extremely squeaky anytime you turn. It makes a very loud squeaking noise like nails on chalkboard so if you’re a light sleeper, that will not work for you.

Good value for our one night stay.
Pros:

Small property, clean and nice staff.

Cons:

We turned off the heater in our room as it was blowing cold air but I didn’t stop. It was noisy.

Overall good hotel Morro rock was just in front of our window. Waking distance to downtown
