Pros:

Très bon séjour ! Le personnel de la réception est à l’écoute, serviable et trouve toujours une solution. Un grand merci à M. Mohamed pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Le petit-déjeuner était bon, mais un peu plus de variété serait appréciée. Merci à toute l’équipe !

Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. La vue réelle ne correspond absolument pas à celle affichée sur Maps.
Par ailleurs, le personnel n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes : manque de professionnalisme, attitude peu accueillante et absence de flexibilité.

Le plus décevant est que la vue depuis notre chambre donnait directement sur des bidonvilles, alors que les photos de l’établissement laissent penser tout autre chose. Pourtant, selon l’un des membres du personnel, plusieurs chambres avec une belle vue étaient disponibles au moment de notre séjour. Malgré cela, aucune solution ne nous a été proposée.

Une expérience très décevante que je ne recommande pas.
