L’emplacement de l’hôtel ainsi que l’accueil du personnel

Cons:

Nous sommes extrêmement déçu de notre séjour, le montant demander par nuitée n’est pas du tout raisonnable pour l’état de cet hôtel 5*, tout comme le petit déjeuner facturer à une somme qui n’est non plus justifié avec le buffet proposer.
Cafard dans la chambre, aspirateur non passer, fourmis dans la salle de bain ainsi que des trace d’usure sur les taie d’oreiller.

Poor value for money

The location is amazing

Cons:

I chose your hotel based on its 5-star rating ( member of Barcelo Hotel Group) and location, booking a Deluxe Double Room. Unfortunately, the quality of the stay did not reflect the 5-star standards or value for money due to several issues:
- The room feels outdated and uncomfortable.
- The room overlooks a very busy and noisy road.
- The towels appeared worn and inadequately cleaned.
- Bathroom amenities were insufficient.
- The floor was sticky.
- The TV was not working.
- The reception guy needs to enhance his hospitality skills and to learn to smile, as the current tone feels rigid.
- My Preferences were not considered at all, as I requested a nice view in a high floor, and I was provided a very old room in the first floor with a view on a very noisy street
The only positive issue I can highlight is the amazing hospitality of the concierge and the security team who provided excellent assistance and great kindness throughout our stay.

Zéro confort , equipement dépassé, tiroire qui grince ,moquette qui sent ,tt est vieux , ils ont besoin de tout renouveler et la cerise sur le gateau un petit déjeuner de tres mauvaise qualité, IBIS sert un petit déjeuner milles fois mieux , pour le prix tres mauvaise affaire.

J'ai été agréablement surpris par l'accueil chaleureux et professionnel de mon arrivée, avec une très belle vue au 5eme étage qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable le personnel et non seulement sympathique mais aussi très attentif aux petits détails et je voulais remercier la Guess expérience qui était vraiment professionnel et sympathique et à l'écoute
