Bagno in camera con constante odore forte di gasolio (e non è cambiato niente neanche dopo le mie lamentele). Il secondo giorno hanno portato via l'asciugamano per la doccia usato ma non hanno lasciato quello pulito: niente asciugamano per la doccia e niente sapone. L'ho fatto notare, hanno portato l'asciugamano ma non il sapone... ecc.

Déçue de payer une chambre 1780 dh pour une chambre sale
Cons:

Très sal tapis très sal anciens avec des odeurs très désagréable. Ça sent l humidité . La chambre différente de celle vue sur le site. Le personnel favorises les touristes étrangers à prendre les chambres spacieuse . Petit déjeuner in mangeable pour prix 250

It couldn’t be a 5 stars hotel at all !!
Noisy and not clean at all ( there was dirt in towels and blanket )
The receptionist his name mohamed not able to get confirmation number from booking and he accused me that it’s not my booking unless he asked his co worker
I couldn’t sleep at all from the noise of housekeeping and cars horn
