Não voltaria a escolher este hotel.
Pros:

Eventualmente a localização pois é mesmo à saída do ferry e de acesso fácil a qualquer parte da ilha.

Cons:

As condições em que se encontrava. Dá para perceber que em tempos terá sido um bom hotel, reconhecido e premiado. Atualmente é um hotel sem manutenção, sem remodelação, e para piorar, muito fraco ao nível de limpeza. Cantos sujos, chão sujo, casa de banho sem estar a brilhar

I was able to hole up in my room and get on with my writing!

Pros:

Air conditioner in the room, swimming pool

Cons:

Customer service. Telling them cannot go out in terrace because of the fans of the ac and didn’t sort it out. Did not give us room as per pictures of booking .com

Pros:

Great location, close to the ferry and great restaurants nearby. Very helpful staff with any questions and also organised a very early transport to the airport for us.

Cons:

Poor wifi connection. We were hoping to get some washing done however we felt it was too expensive (per item) to have this done at the hotel.

Lovely hotel with beautiful views and great staff.
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms and the pool have a fantastic view. The food was excellent.

Cons:

The rooms were nice and large but were dated. The bathrooms need to be updated, but that would not stop us from going back.

Fabulous stay with stunning views
Pros:

We had a fantastic time at this hotel with stunning views. We initially had a room with air con which did not work so after a word with Reception, they very kindly upgraded us to a very modern junior suite which was amazing. The breakfast had plenty of choice and the staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They definitley aim to please.

The original room with no air con.

That was my 3rd time stayed in this hotel . It was really good.

Schöner Urlaub zentral in Gozo an bester Ausgangslage. Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Personal dafür umso herzlicher
Pros:

Schöne Lage zentral am Hafen von Gozo, leider direkt an stark befahrener Hauptstrasse.

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen: Türe klemmte, Toilette rann immer nach, Teppich im Gang könnte man mal erneuern.

A good experience
Pros:

The view was amazing we had a great view of the gozo channel and a very spacious room to go along with it (I selected the superior suit with seaview).

There was also a birthday request from my end as this was a surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. To which arrangements were made to the room and we were given a decorated room, wine and 2 pieces of chocolate cake which all were amazing!

Cons:

Despite it being a nice experience we still found stains in the bath tub that my girlfriend went to buy cleaning supplies and cleaned it as she did not feel comfortable bathing in it. The balcony's furniture was also not clean but that is understandable due to the wind and the dirt it blows everywhere.
