Pros:

Good breakfast and good staff

Cons:

The room i had needed to be refreshed bath drain is stuck bath sould be removed and do shower only 1 plug in the room

Pros:

Perfect location. I don't really know a better location for a hotel in Gozo. Huge balcony. Good breakfast.

Cons:

It was a time travel to the 80s, to the date when it was last renovated. :-D The parking garage needed my driving experience to park even a small car. It also would be nice to have an elevator from the underground garage to the lobby when we arrived with heavy luggage.

Lovely room with fantastic views.
Huge outdoor pool, but it was cold.

Cons:

Breakfast was nice, but the organisation in the dining room was awful. Guests walking around searching for things that should be next to each other ie bread not next to the toaster and butter somewhere else.

La piscine extérieure.

Cons:

Hotel tres vieillissant. La propreté de la salle de bain (plafond sale, joints noir etc...)
Être réveillé a 8h du matin par une femme de ménage... puis arriver le soir, le ménage n'a toujours pas été.

Perfect stay in a perfect location
Pros:

We liked everything about this hotel
The location and views over the harbour were amazing. The room was big and airy,clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and breakfast was great.

Perfect location, perfect Island for a peaceful holiday
Pros:

Perfect location, bar staff excellent especially Paul, Pushcar and Anshull.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und wir haben eine Woche im Grand Hotel sehr genossen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr gross und schön eingerichtet. Doppelbett gross und sehr bequem, nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart. Badewanne/Dusche für ältere Leute nicht so geeignet. Terrasse und Aussicht ein Traum. Klimaanlage haben wir gebraucht und war angenehm. Highlight ist der Swimmingpool mit Sicht über den Hafen. Busverbindung gut, allerdings der Fussweg zum Bus durch parkende Autos oft verstellt. Das Hotel organisiert aber gerne Fahrer für Ausflüge. Frühstücksbuffet und Essen sehr gut. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Badewanne/Dusche: wäre besser gewesen nur eine Dusche. Dies gilt aber nur für ältere oder nicht so bewegliche Leute. Für alle anderen kein Problem.
