Every morning same breakfast menu , very less choice to pick, very disappointed. I won’t recommend to others

I wouldn’t recommend
Cons:

The rooms we got the acs weren’t working and when we called the front desk we were said the hotel is full. If the acs weren’t working they should have informed us. And at the counter while checking we gave some money as an advance and we were told it will be paid in cash when we check out but at the check out we were told it will be credited to our account. Staff at the front desk were very rude

Very clean environment
Pros:

We took breakfast only once because they did not change the breakfast menu more often, however the supervisor on duty on that day was very good, very good customer care.

Cons:

we got some clothes missing, reported at the reception but nothing was done even until the day we left, we did not get our missing clothes back, no feed back up to now, we left on the 9th of jan 2026.

الغرفه وجلسات اللوبي والجلسات الخارجيه للمطعم المهندس بدع بالتصاميم احب اجلس كثيير باللوبي واخذ فهوتي عندهم بالليل استكنان وهدوء وراحه

no me gusto nada por que la misma noche tuve que buscar otro hotel, este lugar tenia olor a podredumbre, el personal poco amable tampoco hablaban ingles.
