Pros:

Nice porters who help with luggage and taxi, clean, good breakfasts

Cons:

There were two unpleasant moments: firstly, since payment was made at the hotel, the man at reception cheated us and charged us $100 more than the amount listed on the booking. He wanted to charge TWICE as much for a three-day stay. Secondly, when we couldn't get water downstairs, we called room service. They said they'd bring it, but it never came, not even after an hour or two, and they just hung up on us.

Smelly, dirty hotel. Destroying Hilton’s reputation
Pros:

Very dirty hotel. It got a weird smell all over. I had to request for room change because I couldn’t sleep. But is the same smell in the new room. My friends that we went together also said the same thing about the smell. Avoid this place at all cost

Cons:

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Cleanliness was very poor.

Pros:

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. It got a very weird smell, I couldn’t sleep all night. They changed my room, but still it got that smell in the new room. I noticed that all the rooms smells that way, because we went 3 of us, all my friends complained about it.

Cons:

Nothing to like about this hotel. Very dirty as well, cleanliness is very poor. I recommend Hilton to revoke their license

Great stay in Guangzhou
Pros:

Location was quite close to railway, close to Tianhe district and lots of food options nearby.
The self service laundry machine was 25rmb for a wash and 25 rmb for dryer but the machines were great and easy to use. The inside of the hotel is being refurbed so bathrooms and beds are all new. Room is designed nicely with cool wall paper.

Cons:

Paying dor laundry.

Disappointing smell in rooms, but manageable for a short stay
Pros:

The location was near the metro and the ability to travel around easily.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room had a strong damp and unpleasant smell on arrival, which made the stay less comfortable than expected. It’s something that really needs addressing, as it gives a poor first impression.

That said, we were only staying for one night, so we decided to put up with it rather than go through the hassle of changing rooms. The rest of the stay was acceptable, but the smell was definitely the main drawback.

With better ventilation and attention to room freshness, this could easily be improved for future guests.

Pros:

Гарний готель для відвідування виставки в Гуанчжоу. Номери мають все необхідне для проживання. В готелі проводять ремонт, але це не заважає, сподіваюсь після реконструкції буде ще краще.
