Grand Rotana Resort & Spa

We stayed in room 4103 and I can confidently say that Grand Rotana Hotel offers a flawless combination of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service , the grounds are absolutely stunning.
Nothing was ever too much trouble , Every team member I interacted with was courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

We had a fantastic stay here, so relaxed and all staff so friendly.
Food is excellent, hotel spottless and entertainment good.
Snorkelling great, good steps into the sea.
Sunbeds a plenty , really comfortable on the beach, not as comfy around the pool.
Bar staff and waiters great even though they are so busy (tipping will really help your service 😉).
Cant recommend this place enough.
My only advise is try arrange a late room, late check out you get use of the single shower in the gym....good luck with that.

We really loved the hotel — it has a beautiful territory and a wonderful reef.
We were very lucky with the weather during our stay: it wasn’t windy, so we could swim in the sea.
The rooms are small but quite comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The cuisine was excellent, offering a huge variety of dishes for every taste. The kids were especially excited about the wide selection of desserts.
We would also like kids’ animation program in kids club — there was a diverse program every day: face painting, dancing, kids movie , and everything what kids love.

Our stay at Grand Rotana Resort & Spa was unfortunately below expectations. The hotel territory and sea views are beautiful, but the rooms really need renovation. Furniture looks old, the bathroom was not in the best condition, and housekeeping was inconsistent. For a hotel that positions itself as a high-level resort, the room quality was disappointing.
Service was average — some staff were friendly, but overall attention to guests felt lacking. Food was acceptable but repetitive, and after a few days it became boring. The hotel has potential thanks to its location and scenery, but management should definitely focus more on room maintenance and overall standards.

We had such an incredible time! The rooms were spacious and very well-kept, and the food at the buffet was delicious with so much variety every day. But the absolute highlight was the entertainment team! The animation staff is full of energy and made sure everyone was having a blast. They really turn a good vacation into an unforgettable one. Highly recommend!

I stayed at this hotel with friends for 8 days, and everything was absolutely perfect! The service, atmosphere, and overall experience were excellent. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly satisfied and definitely recommend this hotel!

Everything about the hotel we stayed at for the conference was perfect — the atmosphere, food, beach, staff, cleanliness, landscaping, and so many other things I could list. The staff were respectful, the sea was very clean and suitable for diving. You can even rent a boat and go diving to see a sunken ship. The air was fresh and clean. The drinks were good as well. The only thing I should mention is that there are mosquitoes in the evenings, so it’s worth being careful about that. Overall, it was a very luxurious stay.

Sharm el Sheikh is a go to venue for winter sun and proved a good option again! We are spoiled for choice among 4 and 5 star hotels and Grand Rotana was a good choice in virtually all respects. The property is very presentable and spotless and well located above the beach. Food standards are adequate and rooms are spacious and well maintained. For us the outstanding feature is the quality of staff throughout all roles. We found them to be friendly, cheerful enthusiastic, always willing to help and with decent language skills. They would be the reason we might return. For us the greatest (only) negative was the persistent loud music from the beach area. This would be the reason we might not return!

Really enjoyed my stay at Rotana Grand in Sharm. The hotel is comfortable and in a great location, but the staff truly made the experience. Jimmy was extremely helpful with recommending activities and nearby events and always gave great advice on what to do in Sharm.

Special thanks as well to Mahmoud Fat7e, who kept my room very clean every day and always made sure I had fresh towels and plenty of water. Super kind and reliable.

Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely come back again.

Super great hospitality, really nice hotel, very clean, central location, great sea and amazing food. Special thanks to the restaurant team, especially Rukiyah, f&b manager executive chef, Eskandar, Islam Chef, chef Ehab and most of the Mohammed’s, Palms beach restaurant captain. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come for the future and special thanks to Great GM Azmi for the hospitality. They make their best, to make your stay an unforgettable memory. House keeping service is also very responsive. The location is close to the airport and also central. U should definitely come here.

A perfect place that I recommend for everyone on earth

This has got to be our family's favourite all inclusive holiday resort (after 10+ various trips at 5* resorts).

The hospitality in Grand Rotana truly exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed assistance with, we were helped with ASAP and received more than we expected.

We are vegetarian so always struggle with meal options at buffet all inclusive resorts, but here the head chef Mohamed Anwar greeted us every meal time and asked what he could especially prepare for us and served us meals in abundance to ensure we didnt miss out by having a dietary requirement. We had never experienced this level of hospitality anywhere else and were so grateful. All the food is very fresh in quality and freshly prepared every day. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone with a dietary requirement, all you have to do is inform them.

Cleaning service was great, both in and out the room. The entertainment is also great considering it was off-peak, with beach volley, step aerobics, dance shows and shows for children.

The beach is a long stretch private to the resort, with no shortage of beds. The diving point has stairs so anyone can have a dip into the sea for a swim and snorkeling to see some beautiful marine life, even in peak winter time (jan) the water was a nice temperature to swim in.

this is the first resort that we are eager to plan our next trip back, and some people we spoke to had said they had tried many resorts in Sharm and Grand Rotana was their favourite and they have also returned only here.

Such a wonderful, well presented hotel.Myself and partner stayed here for 14 nights from mid December and over Christmas.It was incredibly clean and tidy. Only thing was the large pool was very very cold but I managed to swim in it every day and also our view was obstructed by the marquees for the New Years celebrations.This did spoil our view from the poolside of the beautiful scenery Sharm has to offer and also the closure of the heated infinity pool.The food was very good and the service was brilliant.A big shout out to Abdul who served us drinks all the time at Ramseys and Reda who worked on the egg station every morning.Beautiful smiles and very welcoming.Our room was lovely and cleaned every day.I would also like to thank Ibrahim who was our cleaner on block 3.Always happy to help with a smile and left our room spotless every day.I really enjoyed the stay here and would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to take a stay in Sharm el Sheikh.Will defibately make a return in the future ...... Fabulous experience and polite personnel with many things to do in the area like excursions and travel to beaches. One of the nicest coral reefs in the area.

The animation team at Grand Rotana were honestly sooo good! Super friendly, always helpful, and full of energy. They made all the activities fun and never let the vibes drop. Whether it was games, shows, or just chatting, they made everyone feel included. They definitely made the stay way more fun and memorable — big shoutout to the whole team! 🔥✨
