Tout été exceptionnel, la chambre était chic et spacieuse , propre et lumineuse. Le lit était très confortable et grand. Le buffet été fabuleux, le service à table grâce à l’application avec des plats variés et fais minute avec des produits locaux et qualitatifs. Le personnel était accueillant et souriant et à l’écoute

The room was lovely, the pool and common areas were also really enjoyable and nicely decorated.
The food selection was very poor. The same items were served at lunch and dinner. Portions were small and during one of the visits to the grill restaurant on site, half the menu was unavailable. There was no separate toaster for gluten free bread and majority of gluten free foods had to be requested from the kitchen rather than being accessible from the buffet like all other breakfast items. The entertainment at night could have been better.
The swim out rooms were great

Extremely disappointing experience.
I stayed at Cook’s Club Corfu with my sisters for 4 nights. On our last day, we discovered that our room had bed bugs. After finding one, we checked the mattress and were shocked to find many more hiding inside.
Suddenly, everything made sense—the blood stains on the bed sheets, the constant itching, and the dozens of bites we had all been getting during our stay. Between us, we ended up with numerous painful and incredibly itchy bites.
We immediately informed the reception. The only solution offered was to move us to another room, even though we were leaving for the airport at 4 a.m. that same day. Afterwards, communication was extremely disappointing. Our emails were repeatedly delayed, and we never felt that anyone genuinely cared about what had happened.
The hotel later offered us 3 complimentary nights in October or April/May 2026. We declined. After this experience, we have no intention of returning.
The consequences went far beyond a ruined holiday. We had to throw away our suitcases because we couldn’t risk bringing bed bugs home, and we spent around €500 on professional cleaning for our clothes as a precaution. The stress, discomfort, and extra expense were enormous.
I understand that bed bugs can occasionally occur in any hotel. What matters is how the hotel responds, and unfortunately, this situation was handled with very little empathy or responsibility.
I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.
The property was flawless. Staff superb, facilities excellent and food and drink were top notch.
Great facilities,comfortable rooms and amenities. Location was decent, not too far from town.
The food was really hit and miss.
