Everything about it is a positive
Pros:

Came across Cooks Club randomly and decided to try it out last year for the first time and loved everything about it. The variety of food choices are fab, the staff are super friendly and helpful and the vibes are just on point.

Cons:

Only that we didn’t stay longer!

Πολύ όμορφος και περιποιημένος χώρος, άνετο δωμάτιο, ευγενικό προσωπικό.

Cons:

1: Λίγο άβολο το θέμα της τουαλέτας με το τζάμι,
2: Ενώ είχαμε κλείσει δωμάτιο μέσω booking με πρωινό κατά την αναχώρηση, μας είπαν ότι πρέπει να πληρώσουμε για το πρωινό.

Oszustwo i wyłudzenie ! / Fraud and extortion!
Pros:

Zostaliśmy bardzo oszukani przez hotel. Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój z basenem a dostaliśmy zwykły pokój . Różnica w cenie była taka, że za pokój z basenem zapłaciliśmy ok. 40% więcej niż za pokój, który dostaliśmy. Obiecywano nam przez 3 miesiące, że zostanie nam zwrócona różnica w cenie a do chwili obecnej nie otrzymaliśmy zwrotu. Aktualnie hotel nie reaguje na nasze interwencje i czujemy się zupełnie zlekceważeni. Nie polecamy tego hotelu bo jest to oszustwo.

Cons:

We were seriously misled by this hotel. We booked a room with a private pool but were given a standard room instead. The price difference was significant — we paid about 40% more for the room with a pool than for the room we actually received. For three months, we were repeatedly promised a refund of the price difference, yet we still have not received it. At this point, the hotel is ignoring all our messages and we feel completely disregarded. We do not recommend this hotel — it is a scam.

Pros:

This was our second visit.
This hotel is immaculate including the grounds.
The food on offer is great, lots of variety. The “Weekly Bar Bites” was our favorite, smash burgers, panko chicken burgers, Boa buns to Greek salads and loaded fries.
Great variety of cocktails too.
A great hotel to relax and recharge.

Cons:

Nothing to not like.

החופשה במלון הייתה חוויה נהדרת מהתחלה ועד הסוף. הצוות היה מסביר פנים, תמיד זמין ועוזר בכל בקשה. החדר היה מרווח, נקי מאוד ומאובזר בכל מה שצריך.
המיקום מושלם — ועדיין שקט ונעים. הארוחות היו עשירות וטריות, עם מבחר רחב שמתאים לכל טעם.
הרגשנו יחס אישי ואווירה נעימה לכל אורך השהות. בהחלט מומלץ לכל זוג שמחפש חופשה רגועה ומפנקת בעיר.

Spacious and clean rooms with nice housekeeping, average food options but nice pool area
Pros:

The pool area was nice - great to have a smaller/quieter pool option for a more chilled environment. House keeping were fabulous - thank you.

Cons:

All inclusive food wasn't that nice, poor taste and limited healthier options as a lot of it was fried / oily / not tasty. Pool snacks and bar service was better! No beach nearby that was nice to spend the day at so needed to hire a car for beach days.
