The staff were excellent

Cons:

We had a fantastic upgraded room which is what I requested. It was one of the pool rooms 508 on ground floor. But the bathroom just smelled of sewage and the shower/ toilet was quite exposed in the room. This didn't pose a problem for me personally however it would have been awkward walking out of a shower naked with the neighbour swimming past

Lovely staff, nice for a short stay.
Pros:

Lovely pool, lovely staff, nice room, good shower and bed.

Cons:

Limited choices on food considering it is all inclusive - make sure you read up on their system as it is not like others. Some nights hardly any choice. Good quality fresh food though. You have to get a taxi everywhere.

Séjour incroyable, je reviendrais
Pros:

Tout été exceptionnel, la chambre était chic et spacieuse , propre et lumineuse. Le lit était très confortable et grand. Le buffet été fabuleux, le service à table grâce à l’application avec des plats variés et fais minute avec des produits locaux et qualitatifs. Le personnel était accueillant et souriant et à l’écoute

The stay was enjoyable and relaxing but food options need to be improved.
Pros:

The room was lovely, the pool and common areas were also really enjoyable and nicely decorated.

Cons:

The food selection was very poor. The same items were served at lunch and dinner. Portions were small and during one of the visits to the grill restaurant on site, half the menu was unavailable. There was no separate toaster for gluten free bread and majority of gluten free foods had to be requested from the kitchen rather than being accessible from the buffet like all other breakfast items. The entertainment at night could have been better.

Hôtel design is nice and live music at night enjoyable, majority of staff is kind

Cons:

Beds are not that comfortable, food at the cantina is not really good - lots of waste with how it works.

Az étel lehetett volna jobb. Korábban voltam a Rodoszi hotelükben is, ahol sokkal jobb volt az étel minősége.
