Menu ristorante troppo repitivo
The overall experience during our stay was excellent! Location was very convenient close to metro station and city centre with many attractions around in walking distance.
Breakfast was superb with varialety of options and diets. There was also a station making fresh omelettes.
Room was clean and staff was always helpful. Bed was very comfortable and big enough. Also soundproofing is more than enough since we could not hear sounds through the cooridors or next rooms.
Free fruit platter was offered during our stay.
Would stay again.
Carpets in our bedroom where there are lots of stains. Also the sanitary (baths mixers,etc) were quite old and need replacement.
Also curtains should be blackout and no light should be get inside the room during early morning.
Considering that this is a 5stars hotel everyhting should be cared in detail.
The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of the main attractions and sights. The location is convenient for exploring the city on foot.
Although the hotel is advertised as a five-star property, the overall experience doesn’t come close to five-star standards — in my opinion, not even four-star.
Even basic details you would normally expect at this level are missing. For example, the water placed on the table in the room is chargeable, whereas complimentary bottled water is standard in many good four- and five-star hotels. Overall, the service and amenities simply don’t reflect the rating the hotel claims to have.

Kedves és nagyon rugalmas személyzet, jó elhelyezkedés.
Nagyon hideg volt a szobánk, a légkondit fűtésre állítottuk, de nyilván a nyári szezon miatt ez nem működött, így kikapcsoltuk, abban bízva hogy melegebb lesz, de mégis hideg jött a fürdőből is. Összeségében a szállodai értékelésből ez nem von le semmit.

La ubicación, el trato del personal y parking en el hotel, ellos mismos te aparcan el coche y te suben las maletas a la habitación. El desayuno también es muy bueno.

I would like to give a special mention to Roman, who is a wonderful example of how much a person’s passion for their job can make a difference.
Despite being older in age, Roman is incredibly energetic, cheerful, and always welcoming. He is a great conversationalist, genuinely enjoys what he does, and gives every guest a level of personal attention that makes you feel truly valued.
Roman is a perfect example of how loving your profession and caring about people can completely change the impression guests have of a place. His positive attitude and dedication definitely made my experience at the hotel more enjoyable.
