Decent hotel good location

The area was really central and good, close to a lot of things.
We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and on the 3rd day our iPhone charger with a 2 meter cable disappered from our room. The staff handled it very poorly and was a bit rude, the guy at the front desk didn’t even apologized for the inconvenience it caused us and was also giving us the impression that it was our fault and that we lied about it because the cleaning staff said they didn’t took it but we know for certain that it was in our room before we went out that day. The hotel took zero responsibility for it. I know an iPhone charger is not much but after that incident we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our stuff out in the room and we wished that the staff could have handled the situation better.
We will not stay here again in the future.

Была необходимость продлить номер на сутки, с 3го по 4е. Оплатили сразу. Не приятная ситуация произошла при выселении. Номер был оплачен с карты, девушка на ресепшене почему то не увидела оплату и потребовала оплатить еще раз. С нашей стороны, т.к. не было времени выяснять - была произведена оплата наличными. Позже мы написали обращение с просьбой прояснить ситуацию, т.к. видели оплату прошедшую по карте, получается оплатили проживание два раза. В процессе долгих разбирательств, через 10 дней нам были возвращены деньги на карту. Не очень приятный осадок остался...
