First stay in Prague - fantastic hotel.
Pros:

Fantastic stay at The Grandium Hotel, Prague. After doing our research and narrowing it down to 4 hotels, I am SO glad we chose to stay with The Grandium. We arrived late on my birthday, and were welcomed with a friendly reception who gave us complimentary drinks at their bar which we could use the following day. They accommodated us well and met all our requests (I.e. rooms next to each other). The rooms were lovely and big (although shaped long rather than wide) and the kingsize bed gave me the best night's sleep I have ever had at a hotel. The breakfast every morning was fantastic and we were welcomed with complimentary sparkling wine or juice. I was also welcomed with a Happy Birthday note and chocolate almonds. The location of the hotel was amazing and within walking distance of New Town where all the shops were. It really was such an amazing stay and after returning home yesterday, we already want to go back and stay with them again! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Flott hotell sentral beliggenhet.
Pros:

Det var et pent og rent på rommet, gode senger og fint bad. Frokosten hadde stort utvalg av mat, både kalde og varme retter og kjempegod frokost. Hotellet lå veldig sentralt.

Pros:

Konumu çok güzel, merkeze yakin̈. Heryere yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. Kahvaltıda çeşit oldukça fazla ve yeterliydi.

Exceptional Hotel & Great Location
Pros:

The Location was Fabulous & very central

Cons:

On 2 occasions the cleaners, shouted at us while waiting on the lift, to go down to the lobby, not sure if it was a language barrier but found it very upsetting.

Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pied. Petit déjeuné copieux avec un large choix de produits. Mention spéciale pour le corner healthy option sans gluten/ végé et sans lactose un +. Chambre propre, confortable, simple et efficace.

Cons:

La qualité des chaussons de chambre n'est pas au rendez vous. Grands hôtel de centre ville, brochure touristique et prestation annexe payante, bien indiqué mais des offres plus personnalisées seraient les bienvenus.

The hotel provided an excellent breakfast daily, however, so hard beds that made our backs painful.
Pros:

The hotel is close to the city center and the hotel provides an excellent breakfast with very helpful and accommodating staff. The only problem we had were the beds which were sooo hard. We asked for comforters to somehow try to make our bed softer but it was sooo hard still, made our backs extremely painful in the mornings. We asked if they have an extra pillow topper however, the staff said NO. Otherwise, this place would have been perfect for our stay
