DRESS CODE FOR ALL OUR RESTAURANTS & BARS
We observe a "Resort Chic" dress code. Uncovered swimming attire is not all allowed in our restaurants.
In the evening tailored shorts, Bermuda shorts, shirts, polo shirts and closed shoes are permitted at La Citronelle, Indigo, and Lakaze restaurants. For our a la carte restaurants men are required to wear long trousers with elegant, closed shoes. As for the ladies. We always appreciate a "Resort Chic" style.

Kindly note that, commencing 01 October 2025, the Government of Mauritius will introduce a tourist fee of €3 per person per night for hotel stays. Children under 12 will be exempt. The fee is payable directly at the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.

Déçu malgré un personnel gentil mais ça ne suffit pas. Installation vieillissant et plage disparue

Chambre décevante et repas également. Personnel toujours aussi gentils mais pas toujours très efficace.
Plage très décevante par rapport aux photos

Cons:

J'avais choisi une chambre avec vu sur le lagon ce qui n'était absolument pas le cas. Chambre ancienne, pas très propres et literie un peu limite. Local technique juste à coté de notre chambre n 705 avec beaucoup de bruit jours et nuits du personnel.

Amazingly beautiful
Pros:

The staff was amazing, very helpful and always available when needed. The place is beautiful, the food was great. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner.

We even got a surprise dinner to celebrate our honeymoon. This was such a thoughtful gesture from the resort.

A-ma-zing! We had an incredible time, thank you so much Constance Belle Mare!!
Pros:

Extraordinary attention to babies and children, we felt welcome at every lunch and dinner with our toddler. The kids club was great, with lots of games indoor and outdoor + a low pool. The employees were all very welcoming and service was great. The food was delicious (in particular at Blue Penny Cellar and La Citronelle). For lunch at Indigo children younger than 6 do not pay for food. Variety of activities included.

Cons:

This is a minor point, but to enter the sea there were a bit of stones, but once you find the right spot (by Lakaz) it’s all good!

Pros:

It has beautifully designed rooms with a spectacular view of the blue ocean. The staff is just 1st class, you are treated like you're the only guest. The food was amazing. I was very impressed.

تجربة سيئة، تأخير أكثر من ساعة يوم وصلنا على الغرفة بحجة ضياع تأكيد الحجز، بعض من الستاف عندهم attitude وقلة احترام، بطء شديد، وتفضيل واضح للأوروبيين. حتى بالأنشطة (السيكل) تم تجاهلنا وتعطي تعليمات للمشاركين "البيض" ولا كأننا موجودين.

باختصار: إذا مو أوروبي/أبيض، توقّع فرق بالتعامل.

Unpleasant experience, over an hour delay for our room (lost Booking confirmation), some staff had attitude and were rude, very slow service, and clear favoritism toward Europeans. Even during activities, we were ignored.

In short: if you’re not European/white, expect different treatment

Un séjour de rêve !
Pros:

La chambre spacieuse, lumineuse aves terrasse en vue directe sur le lever du soleil. L'aménagement des extérieurs avec de nombreuses piscine dont une silencieuse et les jardins très bien entretenus, le mini golf et la location de vélo directement sur place. Le spa et la salle de sport avec le coach qui propose des activités quotidiennes variées. La gentillesse du personnel et la grande qualité et diversité des repas au buffet... Ce fut un séjour de rêve merci à toute l'équipe

Pros:

Très bel emplacement avec jolie plage et de nombreuses activités proposées gratuitement.
La restauration y est vraiment très qualitative comme dans tous les hôtels constance que nous avons pu visiter . Ils ont une cave à vin exceptionnelle et des sommeliers très professionnels ! Bravo.
Le kids club est vraiment très sympa pour les enfants avec de nombreuses activités proposées! nos filles ont adoré la gentillesse de l’équipe animatrice.

Cons:

Les chambres sont vieillissantes et méritent un rafraîchissement. Nous avions une suite avec vue sur la plage . Malheureusement au regard du tarif et du prestige de cette chaîne hôtelière la qualité n’y est pas. La douche était en mauvais état avec des petites moisissures. Honnêtement nous attendions mieux d’un hôtel de ce standing .
