DRESS CODE FOR ALL OUR RESTAURANTS & BARS
We observe a "Resort Chic" dress code. Uncovered swimming attire is not all allowed in our restaurants.
In the evening tailored shorts, Bermuda shorts, shirts, polo shirts and closed shoes are permitted at La Citronelle, Indigo, and Lakaze restaurants. For our a la carte restaurants men are required to wear long trousers with elegant, closed shoes. As for the ladies. We always appreciate a "Resort Chic" style.

Our Golf courses will have limited access from 26th April to 4th May 2026.


Kindly note that, commencing 01 October 2025, the Government of Mauritius will introduce a tourist fee of €3 per person per night for hotel stays. Children under 12 will be exempt. The fee is payable directly at the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. La plage !!!

Cons:

Personnel, moins proche et plus distant que d’autres hôtels du même style! Le ménage aussi était assez long, et il manquait un petit peu de rigueur, notamment au niveau des toilettes et la douche

Für Golfspieler ok.
Pros:

Der Eingangsbereich liess hoffen, dass die Anlage sehr schön ist.
Das Hauptrestaurant neben einem Wasserbecken ist schön angelegt.
Essen war ok. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, jedoch nichts Spezielles. Der Balkon hatte eine angenehme Grösse.
Der Strand war sauber und die Aussicht schön. Der Golfplatz ist wunderbar.

Cons:

Dies war die dritte Unterkunft auf Mauritius, wo wir uns am Ende unserer dreimonatigen Reise aufhielten. Wir können sagen, dass die beiden anderen Lodges/Hotels super waren. Aber Constance Belle Mare hat uns enttäuscht. Wir hatten unser Hochzeitsjubiläum angekündet und erhielten kostenlos ein Upgrade aufs Zimmer und eine Flasche Crémant. Das war sicher nett. Wir sind jedoch der Meinung, dass in den anderen beiden Unterkünften ein geschmückter Tisch oder ein Brief oder eine andere Annehmlichkeit/Überraschung stattgefunden hätte.
Leider lag das Zimmer in einem Trakt, der renoviert wurde. Der Baulärm hat uns beeinträchtigt.
Die Anlage ist recht gross, was sicher dazu beiträgt, dass man als einzelner Gast nicht wirklich wahrgenommen wird.

Séjour revitalisant et sportif
Pros:

Séjour très agréable dans un cadre idyllique, le majordome Prakash était super attentif et discret à la fois. Restauration au top. Le côté Est de l'ile permet d'avoir un petit vent bien agréable pour atténuer l'effet de la température.

Cons:

Honnêtement je n'ai rien à dire de se côté, tout était bien voir très bien.

Séjour gourmand et reposant.
Pros:

Bel hôtel, un peu moins d’une heure de route de l’aéroport. Le complexe est assez grand mais chaleureux. Notre chambre était un peu vieille selon nous et nous avons trouvé qu’elle était très humide (plafond de la salle de bain qui était tout humide et goutter carrément). Le ménage est fait mais pourrait être mieux fait. Grand mauvais point pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, lors de notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre 15 minutes devant la chambre car ils étaient entrain de la préparer devant nous. L’isolation est très mauvaise, nous n’avons pas bien dormi, et dès 4h/5h on entendait du monde parler. Chambre avec bouteilles d’eau tous les jours et café nespresso ce qui est bien vu le prix du café au bar à 250roupies (5€).
La plage est très bien et longue avec très peu de marée et pas venteuse (séjour mois de mars) et bien équipée en transat avec matelas. Il n’en manque pas. Les serviettes sont en libre service. On peut voir le lever du soleil. Les sports aquatiques proposés (kayak, paddle, water ski et sortie mer bateau fond de verre ou pour snorkeling) sont gratuits et les coraux sont beaux. La salle de sport est bien équipé et certaines séances sont biens (yoga par exemple). Cependant certain cours de sport sont payants. Le mini golf, pétanque, ping pong sont proposés aussi gratuitement ainsi que du tennis et padel.
Le spa est très bien et gratuit avec hammam, sauna, bain froid et grand jacuzzi.
Les piscines sont biens et ombragées. 3 piscines grandes dont une zone silencieuse.
Nous étions en demi pension. Venant à la restauration dont je trouve que c’est le point le plus positif de l’hôtel.
En formule demi pension nous avions accès au buffet et au steakhouse.
Nous avons fait que le buffet car il est excellent, il est varié on trouve pour tous les goûts et tout le monde végan, végétarien, carnivore, enfants, adultes. Les entrées, tapas, les différents plats, même les plats internationaux (pâtes, pizzas) sont excellents.

Good with areas for improvement.
Cons:

Housekeeping seemed sloppy. We have several times agreed with them on what time we need the cleaning or what needs to be changed. They were always nice and said yes but in reality 90% of the time it didn't happen and you had to keep reminding them.

Traumhotel
Pros:

Traumhaftes Hotel! Die Anlage ist einfach wunderschön und gepflegt. Das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich, der Service einfach top. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mir hat vor allem die Auswahl an Pools gefallen und dass es einen Serenity Pool gab, wo man nicht reden sollte und der nur für Erwachsene ist. Diese Ruhe war einfach herrlich. Es gab eine Auswahl an Wassersportmöglichkeiten, ein Spa mit guten Massagen und Sportangebote. Ich habe keine Minute bereut dieses Hotel gebucht zu haben. Sehr empfehlenswert! Constance App installieren nicht vergessen.

Cons:

Es gab eigentlich nichts auszusetzen. Vielleicht dass der Strand teilweise etwas steinig war. Aber das ist wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau, wenn man unbedingt ein Haar in der Suppe finden will.
