DRESS CODE FOR ALL OUR RESTAURANTS & BARS
We observe a "Resort Chic" dress code. Uncovered swimming attire is not all allowed in our restaurants.
In the evening tailored shorts, Bermuda shorts, shirts, polo shirts and closed shoes are permitted at La Citronelle, Indigo, and Lakaze restaurants. For our a la carte restaurants men are required to wear long trousers with elegant, closed shoes. As for the ladies. We always appreciate a "Resort Chic" style.

Kindly note that, commencing 01 October 2025, the Government of Mauritius will introduce a tourist fee of €3 per person per night for hotel stays. Children under 12 will be exempt. The fee is payable directly at the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

The staff was exceptional, the room clean only wished for a full size beds instead of two twin beds. The breakfast & dinner buffet was exceptional and varied enough for the days spend. Enjoyed the different restaurants overall loved and enjoyed my stay.

Pros:

Le lieu est magnifique et très bien entretenu.
La longue plage est superbe et très agréable.
Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible.
Le buffet est exceptionnel, avec un large choix de plats de grande qualité.
Les restaurants sont également très agréables et offrent une belle expérience culinaire.

Cons:

Les chambres auraient besoin d'un rafraîchissement.
Le canapé-lit n'est absolument pas adapté pour faire dormir un enfant. Il est inconfortable et mériterait d'être remplacé.
L'isolation phonique est insuffisante : on entend les voisins à travers les murs ainsi que les bruits provenant de l'exterieur.
Dès 8h du matin, le personnel de ménage nettoie les allées, ce qui génère beaucoup de bruit et empêche de profiter d'une matinée au calme.

Pros:

The rooms were comfortable and the beachfront properties were ideal for accessing the beach. There was a good range of wines and other drinks to choose from. The sun loungers were comfortable with a good supply of beach towels. My wife enjoyed the Spa and the packages on offer. A waiter service is available for those who wished to have lunch or a drink on the beach. Some water sports were included with others available with a supplement. You could do things like kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkelling, tubing behind speed boat and water skiing. The evening entertainment was good.

Cons:

We were not informed about construction work taking place and had to move rooms because of the noise and negotiating pallets of building materials beside our room. We discovered the key-cards for our new room didn't operate the door to the patio. It took numerous requests and an angry exchange before it was resolved. The food was poor compared to previous holidays there, and the lunch menus have not changed in years and became boring as the holiday progressed. Room service wasn't good, receiving insufficient towels and running out of toilet roll. Also, we were on All Inclusive and went 3 days without the mini bar being replenished.

From previous visits we really looked forward to lunch at the Le Swing restaurant at the Links golf club followed by a round there. Unfortunately, the restaurant was like a construction site with men drilling into concrete and dust everywhere. We had to settle for takeaway sandwiches to eat during our golf round. The greens had been hollo-tined which had a detrimental affect on our game. We were annoyed that we weren't informed about all this work taking place.

I enquired at guest relations about buying an anniversary card for my wife and they offered to present us with a cake at dinner. Unfortunately, the cake didn't appear. This was typical of the service we received. When you reported an issue, you were never confident that it would be attended to.
