DRESS CODE FOR ALL OUR RESTAURANTS & BARS
We observe a "Resort Chic" dress code. Uncovered swimming attire is not all allowed in our restaurants.
In the evening tailored shorts, Bermuda shorts, shirts, polo shirts and closed shoes are permitted at La Citronelle, Indigo, and Lakaze restaurants. For our a la carte restaurants men are required to wear long trousers with elegant, closed shoes. As for the ladies. We always appreciate a "Resort Chic" style.

Kindly note that, commencing 01 October 2025, the Government of Mauritius will introduce a tourist fee of €3 per person per night for hotel stays. Children under 12 will be exempt. The fee is payable directly at the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.

Pros:

Accueil chaleureux et personnel au petit soins . Dommage que les chambres sont un peu vieillottes et doivent être rafraîchit . Le buffet de la citronnelle et le choix à la carte des autres restaurants est vraiment délicieux.

Cons:

Dommage que l’hôtel soit localisé assez loin de tout

Pros:

Dimension de la chambre et vue sur piscine top, calme de l’hôtel, personnel aux petits soins, diversité du buffet du restaurant, parking gratuit disponible, sécurité de l’établissement avec le portail à l’entrée, charme de l’hôtel beaucoup d’attentions à des détails

Cons:

Quelques petits ratés logistiques: chambre non prête à 14h, problème de fusion de 2 réservations à la suite, pas d’aide pour les bagages le jour du départ, parfois problème de compréhension via leur whatsapp

Pros:

The food was very good. Also the view from our balcony was amazing. Staff is very friendly. And the public areas look fantastic! Very beautiful beach and clear water.

Cons:

Initially our room was not clean at all. But after contacting the manager about this they immediately deepcleaned the room.

Also everything in the hotel is very expensive. But this is our opinion offcourse.

Un hôtel magnifique avec des prestations de très grande qualité !
Pros:

La beauté des lieux, le personnel d’une gentillesse inégalable, le confort des chambres, la qualité de la restauration et sa diversité. Nous avons également adoré l’espace wellness, avec une mention spéciale pour Steven, coach, qui a été adorable !

Bien mais dommage pour la communication et la rigueur du personnel, il faut tout vérifier …

Cons:

Manque de professionnalisme et de rigueur et de communication de certains membres du personnel pour un hôtel de ce standing là :
- pas de proposition de visite de l’hôtel à mon arrivée avec peu d’informations données dessus
- à cause du manque d’information j’ai payé un restaurant plus cher que prévu
- j’ai fait une réclamation on m’a dit qu’on reviendrai vers moi … ça n’a pas été fait j’ai dû relancer.
- une réduction m’avait été appliquée mais quand la note finale est sortie elle n’était pas appliquée …
- la demande de transfert hôtel/aéroport que j’avais faite avec la personne qui m’a reçue a mon arrivée n’avait pas été exécutée , heureusement que j’ai demandé vérification car j’ai failli me retrouver sans taxi.
- On ne m’a pas informée qu’il fallait payer le taxi retour en espèces directement au chauffeur.

Séjour en famille exceptionnel dans un cadre paradisiaque !
Pros:

Environnement exceptionnel ! Nous avons eu le plaisir de choisir une villa au bord de mer (Villa 7), celle-ci a dépassé nos espérances, la vue sur l'océan est sublime. Tout était parfait, propreté, nourriture, literie... Sans oublier notre butler Jenssen qui a répondu et dépassé toutes nos attentes, il a largement contribué à ce séjour parfait avec ses attentions et sa disponibilités pour tout organiser au mieux !! Nous reviendrons très vite !

Generell Personal, bspw sind sie nicht sehr „caring“ es ist mehr eine Abfertigung. Es ging ein Gegenstand von uns verloren als sie es transportierten, was nicht sonderlich interessierte, bei uns wurde die Türe nach dem Abenddienst offengelassen, nicht mal ein Entschuldigung gab es. 50min Wartezeiten nach Vor Reserviertem Buggy und 4 mal anrufen - sind schlussendlich gelaufen mit schweren Golftaschen. Gepäck wurde am abreise Tag nich abgeholt wie am Vortag besprochen, taxi musste 30min auf uns warten

Pros:

L’hôtel est très adapté aux enfants de tout âge, le personnel est aux petits soins pour tout et extrêmement gentil. Nous avons adoré chaque piscine, les restaurants sont très très qualitatifs, l’hôtel est grand mais avec des recoins partout qui le rende coconing.
Note vraiment spéciale pour le kids club de qualité avec le personnel extrêmement gentil, les nounous géniales. Et les buffets pour les enfants accessibles dans tous les restaurants.

Luna di miele perfetta 💜
Pros:

Lo staff del Constance Belle Mare Plage ci ha fatto sentire coccolati, accuditi e seguiti ogni giorno della nostra vacanza. Chiunque, dai consierge ai camerieri, dagli inservienti ai facchini, ognuno di loro non è stato niente di meno che meraviglioso. Una menzione speciale va ad Esther che ci ha guidato con gentilezza e preparazione nell'organizzazione delle nostre escursioni e che abbiamo scocciato più di una volta anche tramite WhatsApp.

La struttura è stupenda, ci sono quattro piscine enormi (tra cui una del silenzio), ombrelloni a disposizione sulla spiaggia bianca ed asciugamani sempre a disposizione degli ospiti. I ristoranti sono tutti ottimi, compresi quelli a buffet e niente potrà mai ripagare la vista sul mare mentre si pranza all'Indigo con polipetti fritti ed una buonissima poke bowl. Colazione perfetta, molto varia e con alcune chicche che non ci aspettavamo.

Ringraziamo di cuore lo staff e la struttura per averci regalato una stupenda luna di miele e per averci omaggiato dell'incredibile cena al ristorante La Spiaggia.

Hôtel idéal, particulièrement quand on est golfeur
Pros:

Personnel exceptionnel, les repas très bons et variés. La plage est magnifique, et on peut s'y baigner sans risque de se blesser.

Cons:

La différence de prix pour une demi-pension (2500 rs pour le buffet du soir, c'est exagéré).
Le prix des balles de practice est beaucoup trop cher (400 rs le panier de 30 balles)
