Insatisfação pelos serviços prestados
Pros:

A localização e a simpatia de ALGUNS funcionários.

Cons:

Não faziam uma boa limpeza no quarto. Outro aspecto foi a falta de energia na sexta-feira à noite, que nos fez ficar com algum stress pois o quarto começou a ficar quente. A energia voltou a faltar no sábado de manhã quando íamos para entrar elevador, foi uma questão de segundos não termos ficado presos no elevador. Foi uma questão de sorte. Em ambos os casos de falha de energia deu para perceber que o hotel não tem um sistema alternativo para estas situações, como por exemplo geradores.
Estas situações levaram a que terminasse a nossa estadia e o final das minhas férias de uma forma desconfortável e stressante. Logicamente algo que ninguém gostaria.
No momento de saída do hotel, não houve sequer uma palavra de desculpa pelo sucedido.
Com isto concluo que não ficámos satisfeito nesta estadia.

Ottima posizione e camere comode e ben attrezzate
Pros:

La posizione dell'albergo e' ottima. Offre una colazione molto variegata, camere comode e l'aria condizionata funziona molto bene (essenziale in questo periodo dell'anno). In taxi si puo' raggiungere comodamente la Rambla Bay.

Cons:

La macchinetta dei succhi si e' rotta ed e' stata fuori servizio per due dei tre giorni che abbiamo soggiornato in albergo. L'unica sera in cui volevamo ordinare una pizza in camera ci e' stato detto che non facevano pizze quel giorno.

Cons:

Breakfast is a complete disaster. It accomates only pork lovers. The curtains in our room are also a complete disaster. I can't imagine how it is classified a a 4 star hotel.

Sentralt, fin utsikt utover by og hav.

Cons:

Dårlig mat i buffet. Hotellet trenger virkelig en oppgradering. Slitne møbler, vonde senger, hullete gardiner.

OK hotel. Outdated, in need of restoration. Noisy.
Pros:

OK location. Sun until late evening. Good aircondition.

Cons:

Outdated. Loose tiles on the floor. Dirty and worn out furniture and textiles. Broken showerhead. Very noisy (doors banging due to worn out locks)

Pros:

To po prostu zwykły hotel z bardzo średnimi śniadaniami.
Widać już w nim zniszczenia które nie są na bieżąco reperowane.
Plusem jest na pewno lokalizacja i czystość .
Łóżka też są bardzo wygodne ale z pewnością nie jest to hotel który wybrałabym ponownie

Stay here for a great location and great view of the bay, but don’t expect much more.
Pros:

The location is central with easy access to a number of restaurants and across from the beach. The view from the room is spectacular if you book a sea facing room. The rooftop bar is lovely for sundowners.

Cons:

The room description on Bookings.com is misleading. We booked a Bay View room only to find the room faced the adjacent building. Only once you step onto the balcony could you see a side view of the bay. We had to upgrade our room to a Sea Facing room to get a view of the bay.(Not of the sea though.)The restaurant’s extraction fans were not effective, leaving the 5th floor smelling of fish and other foods. The food served at breakfast, was of very poor quality. The bathrooms are tiny and extremely dated (ie a shower in the bath and shower curtains).

Hotel very comfortable , breakfast was very good and every thing within walking distance, lovely small church nearby which for us was a bonus
