Heel vriendelijke mensen en een heerlijk ontbijt.
De kamers waren zeer ruim en proper.

Cons:

Ik miste een waterkoker op de kamer of de mogelijkheid om namiddag/ 's avonds een thee of koffie te nemen in de zaal.

Heerlijk hotel net even weg van de drukte in Hinterglemm
Pros:

Het leuke Oostenrijkse hotel ligt aan het begin van het dorp in een rustige omgeving. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en het ontbijt is heerlijk. Hier ben je echt een graag geziene gast en ben je meer dan welkom!

Příjemné ubytování kousek od sjezdovky
Pros:

Perfektní čistota, moc dobré snídaně, jednou jsme vyzkoušeli i večeři přímo v hotelu a byla výborná, včetně velmi dobrého vína. Ale dost restaurací je i nedaleko. Nespornou předností je možnost jet na lyžích od hotelu k vleku a ze sjezdovky do hotelu a příjemná je i možnost bezplatného parkování před hotelem. Je tu i možnost pronajmout si parkovací místo pod přístřeškem (zejména pro e-auta), ale to jsme nevyužili.

Cons:

Na pokoji nebyla žádná složka s informacemi. Na vše bylo nutné se ptát (kdy bude v provozu sauna, jaký je kód k trezoru, kdy se podává večeře, co je zajímavého v okolí,...) - a personál nebyl na recepci stále, takže občas to bylo trochu protivné. V koupelně bylo tekuté mýdlo jen u umyvadla, ve sprše nic - to sice zase tolik nevadí, většina hostů si asi vozí svoje, ale v hotelu *** by to měl být asi standard. V koupelně také nejsou žádné háčky.
Jednotlivé pokoje sdílí společný balkon, bez jakékoliv přepážky, což trochu ničí pocit soukromí. Ale jinak vybavení pokoje bylo dostatečné a pohodlné.
