Expendable sofa bed is uncomfortable even for kids. The queen bed has two “one person sized” mattresses, I would prefer having one queen size mattress.

Pros:

Moc pěkný hotel v Kaprunu nedaleko od sjezdovky. Výborná a bohatá kuchyně a to jak na snídani, tak večeři, velmi dog friendly, bezproblémové parkování - buď venku v areálu hotelu a nebo v podzemce. Postele pohodlné, pokoje dostatečně velké. Moc milý personál.

Schönes Hotel mit kleinen Schwächen und bei Familien mit Kindern beliebt
Pros:

Uns hat das Hotel grundsätzlich sehr gut gefallen. Viele Bereiche sind recht neu und renoviert. Das Restaurant konnte sowohl beim Frühstück wie auch beim Abendessen überzeugen. Am Buffet (teileweise mit direkter Zubereitung) wurden wir jeden Tag fündig. Die Lage ist in Ordnung. Einige Wanderungen starten direkt am Hotel, aber auch der Ortskern ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Skibus fährt auch. Der Sauna und Poolbereich ist ansprechend und sauber.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer 407 lag direkt in "älterem" Bauteil und direkt im Treppenhaus. Da leider die Tür recht hellhörig war, war es im Zimmer nicht immer leise. So konnten wir alle Leute im Treppenhaus deutlich hören. Direkt unter dem Zimmer lag die Küche, ebenfalls mit einer Tür zum selben Treppenhaus. Diese fiel gefühlt alle 10min lautstark ins Schloss was das Entspannen im Zimmer schwer machte. Ein weiterer Punkt ist mehr eine Info als eine Kritik. Das Haus war bei uns besonders bei Familien mit Kindern beliebt. Ab 16Uhr war der Pool eine Partyzone für Kinder und an Entspannung nicht zu denken. Auch das der Parkplatz 12€ kostet war bekannt, aber den Preis fanden wir nicht angemessen. PS: das WLAN und auch der Handyempfang war in unserem Zimmer bescheiden.

Naprawdę ładny hotel , z przestronnym i bardzo fajnym pokojem z wanna i tarasem , absolutnie przepyszne jedzenie , lokalizacja 5 min od stoku autem.

Cons:

Drogi parking 12Eur za noc , płatne napoje do kolacji, nawet woda i fakt że po godzinie 12:00 nawet za herbatę trzeba płacić 4,5 Euro. Brak czajnika w pokoju.

Pros:

Food was really a highlight of it all, wide choice and very tasty both breakfast and dinner. Rooms were spacious, clean and beds comfy. Staff was very helpful and friendly even to a child.

Cons:

Ski room's location is a bit off when you park underground and also parking fee of 12 eur a day in such hotel feels a bit over the top and is hard to justify at this price point.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Auch für Vegetarier sehr gut geeignet.

Wir hatten bewusst ein größeres Zimmer gebucht, das Zimmer an sich war in Ordnung. Leider war die Aussicht auf dem Balkon komplett durch Bretter Stäbe verrammelt. Der Gedanke des Sichtschutzes ist nachvollziehbar, da der Balkon direkt auf das Sonnendeck mit Außenpool hinausgeht. Leider ist die Ausführung nicht gelungen, wir haben uns eingesperrt gefühlt. Ich denke, dass der Sichtschutz auch auf ansprechendere Weise gewährleistet werden kann, z.B. seitlich angebrachte Markisen.
