Schöne Ferienwohnung zum fairen Preis
Pros:

Super Lage und alles in der Nähe was man braucht.
Gute Ausstattung, außer das es nicht ausreichend Kaffeepads gab und der Automat für Nachschub außer Betrieb war.

Cons:

Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können.

Pros:

Ben collegato con il centro, tramite il tram 71 (puoi raggiungere in pochi minuti il Giardino Botanico, il Belvedere, il Volksgarten e l'Opera) e con l'aeroporto, mediante la linea S7.

Cons:

Aggiungerei qualche gancio o scaffale ulteriore in bagno, dove lo spazio non manca. In 6 ospiti si fa molta fatica a gestire le proprie cose. Pulizia della cucina da migliorare.

Pros:

The room is amazing! Spacious, clean, warm, hot water all day, fully equipped someone could easily leave permanently there!!! Very efficiently and smartly designed. Location is excellent, near public transportation and Belvedere palace, and there is a wonderful all day restaurant just around the corner (10 meters from your main door). Existence of luggage storage and guest lobby is also very helpful for early arrives or late departures. This place added definitely one more reason to revisit Vienna, when we are back we already know where we will be staying!! Thank you Jimmys apartment emerald!!!!

Apartman se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji, u mirnom kvartu. U blizini su trgovine i odlična pizzeria odmah ispod apartmana. Udoban, prostran i čist sa svim osnovnim potrepštinama za boravak. Sigurno se vraćamo opet.

Pros:

La ubicación y que el silencio de los vecinos. Nada de ruido en el edificio, se escucha el tranvía eso sí. Para nosotros bien ubicado. Muy buena temperatura tanto en la habitación como en la ducha. Los baños limpios. Me gustó que estuviese separado el WC.

Cons:

La loza no estaba bien lavada nos encontramos varias cosas que se notaba sin lavar. El lavavajillas no funcionaba. Quizás por eso los anteriores no la lavaron bien, pero deberían revisarla. Se escucha el ruido del tranvía y en el baño había olor a alcantarilla. Es cierto que no contactamos con el gestor porque nos íbamosa excursiones muy temprano y no yeníamos tiempo para ponernos a explicar, quizás habrían solucionado esto y no les dimos oportunidad xq solo íbamos a dormir y listo.

Pros:

L’appartement est spacieux. Les chambres sont assez grandes. Il y a pas mal de rangements dans les chambres. Les toilettes sont à l’entrée et séparés de la salle de bain. Cela est bien pratique. Dans la salle de bain, la douche est très agréable.
L’appartement est très bien chauffé et est équipé de climatisation pour l’été.

Cons:

La cuisine n’est pas assez équipée pour 4 personnes. Pas assez de couverts, de casseroles…
Le sol n’était pas propre à notre arrivée.
L’appartement est mal isolé. Nous ressentons des vibrations quand le tramway passe dans la rue en bas.
