The apartment was very clean and comfy, you have everything you need. And also the location is very nice, great restaurants nearby, tram stop is also very close.

Great location. Weird arrangement of shower and toilet.
Pros:

Great location, the tram line outside of the apartments was very convenient and easy! Clean and safe place to stay.

Cons:

The issue was the bathroom. Toilet and shower are not in the same room. The shower glass door is in the main corridor of the room and the toilet. Also the room's temperature was a bit cold.

Appartement correspond tout à fait au descriptif. Arrivée bien coordonnée avec les explications. Un peu bruyant car le Tram passe sous les fenetres. Bien situé proche commerces et accès de circulation. Je recommande.

A parte la scortesia dell’ultimo giorno, consiglio assolutamente la struttura

L’ultimo giorno ho chiesto di poter lasciare la struttura 3 ore dopo per motivi lavorativi e mi è stato chiesto di pagare l’intera giornata, la stanza sarebbe rimasta libera; come alternativa ho usato la sala comune in cui però non vi erano riscaldamenti, a Vienna a fine novembre

Un apartamento muy bonito, grande y limpio. Con cocina equipada. Lo único está a unos 25 minutos del centro andando. Por lo demás, todo perfecto. Lo recomiendo.

Geen echte badkamer
Pros:

Locatie, schoon, alles lijkt nieuw. Codes voor de deuren zijn goed geregeld.

Cons:

Er is geen badkamer. De douche en de wasbak staat apart in de hal. Er is geen deur tussen de kamer en hal.
De boyler in de hal maakt constant geluid. Geen aanrader voor lichte slapers.
Voor vragen ze zijn bereikbaar op kantooruren. In de weekend alleen de emergency nummer.
