Huge, comfortable rooms, but major issues with the AC and breakfast.
Pros:

Beautifully refurbished property with charming historic features. The room was massive and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible—one of the worst I've experienced. The AC didn't function correctly and occasionally drafted in strong kitchen odors.

Хороший качественный отель ! Всё чисто ! Кафе ресторан на первом этаже удобно вкусно! Собаки разрешаются за доп плату 👍 Персонал на ресепшене помогал , отзывался на просьбы !

Pros:

La simpatía del personal en especial Jonathan y todo el hotel en general.

Cons:

Pedí un crianza de rioja en la cena y cuando fui a pagar me cobraron un reserva con el consiguiente aumento de precio y sin aviso previo de que no tenían crianza.

Pros:

Posizione ottima, staff cordiale e disponibile, colazione ampia e con molta scelta, struttura e camera davvero pulite.

Cons:

La spa apre il pomeriggio alle 16 e lo staff arriva alle 16 quindi ci vuole un po’ perché le saune e la piscina si scaldino. Sarebbe meglio lo staff arrivasse un po’ prima

Las vistas al río y la montaña, la amplitud de la habitación.

Cons:

El parking , imposible y carísimo en Andorra, deberia estar incluido en el precio de la habitación porque no hay alternativas baratas en los alrededores. La tasa turística, absurda, Andorra vive del turismo y ponerle barreras no tiene sentido.
