Solo cogimos alojamiento y desayuno. el desayuno muy bien y al estar el restaurante en la ultima planta las vistas muy bonitas.
la ubicación es correcta . ni en el centro de todo el bullicio y a solo 2 manzanas de la calle Meritxell.
la habitación muy amplia y limpia. me hubiera gustado que fuera mas barata. pero precio calidad lo veo correcto.
En recepción muy amables . Nos regalaron 2 botellines de agua para el viaje de vuelta a casa. Ya se que esta bien pagado en el precio, pero en otros hoteles no tienen este detalle

Pros:

La habitación estupenda, muy bonita, unas vistas preciosas, muy limpia y espaciosa, cómoda y agradable. El desayuno, excelente, mucha variedad y un horario amplio.

El personal siempre ha sido muy amable y servicial.

Vinimos a visitar Caldea, y es una pena que solo estuvimos una noche y, con tanta agua, no probamos el spa, pero nos encantaría volver y sin duda volveríamos a elegir este hotel. Nos gustó mucho.

Cons:

Pedí que pusieran pétalos de rosas en la habitación y hubo un problema. Avise con mucha antelación al día de la reserva, por eso no entiendo por qué sucedió, ya que, al llegar, me dijeron que había habido un problema con las flores, que lo habían compensado.

Fue decepcionante encontrar prácticamente 20 pétalos en la habitación y además de una flor mustia, pétalos secos, crujientes, rotos y oscurecidos, que eran de una sola rosa a lo sumo y que estaba muerta desde hacía mucho tiempo.

Pusieron una caja de bombones para compensar. Lo agradecemos mucho, pero es una opción que no tomé desde el principio porque no me interesaba por alergia e intolerancia alimentaria de mi pareja. Y a mí me decepcionó mucho por la alta expectativa que tenía.

Es lo único malo que encontramos, todo lo demás absolutamente excelente.

Buena estancia
Pros:

Todo, habitación, instalaciones, desayuno excelente, servicio de 10, ubicación en pleno centro.

Cons:

Íbamos con un perrito y te cobran por estancia y no te ponen ninguna camita para el, solo los cuencos.
En otros hoteles te ponen cama para perros y kit de comida y accesorios.

Un hotel correcte per a estar a Andorra
Pros:

L'esmorzar és tipus buffet. No destaca per cap producte especial. És correcte i el preu adequat. El restaurant Plató de l'hotel és car però el menjar és bo. El millor de l'hotel és l'interiorisme.

Cons:

La wifi no funciona adequadament. Estava a l'habitació 403 i marxava i tornava, impedint treballar o fer una trucada. Em sembla que és un aspecte que haurien de millora immediatament.

Buen hotel muy céntrico
Pros:

El hotel es super céntrico, a un paso de todo. La habitación grande y con todo muy limpio. El personal muy amable. El desayuno es completo y bueno. El spa está bien, aunque el jacuzzi es incómodo para entrar, dependiendo de la forma física o la edad.

Cons:

Las tarjetas de las habitaciones, ascensor, etc funcionan mal, cada dos por tres no abren. Volvíamos del spa, mojados, y la tarjeta de la habitación no abría, teniendo que ir a recepción en albornoz, con frío, para que nos la cambiaran. Deberían revisar el sistema.

Pros:

Un grand merci à César et Martina pour l'accueil et l'attention portés à notre égard. J'ai rarement un aussi grand professionnalisme et une implication maximum afin de rendre notre voyage plus agréable. Cesar nous a donné des conseils de visite et de restauration tres adaptés à une famille.
L'hôtel est idéalement placé, moderne et propre. Il mérite un 5 étoiles
