Heerlijke vakantie in een prachtige omgeving
Pros:

Het was fantastisch! De faciliteiten waren top, voor de (elektrische) fietsen was zelfs een garage en de auto kon achter slot en grendel worden geparkeerd. De gastvrouw kwam iedere ochtend tips geven over de omgeving en als je iets bedacht had om te doen, kwam ze je nog een extra tip geven om je dag compleet te maken!

Es war ein toller und erholsamer Urlaub.

Ganz besonders die persönliche Wärme der Familie Ehrlingspiel.😘
Beim Frühstück wurde man immer liebevoll betreut und versorgt.
Während des Frühstücks wurden alle Gäste mit persönlich auf sie zugeschnittenen Ausflugstipps und -hinweisen versorgt.
Ganz herzlichen Dank für all dies.

Ein toller Aufzug, der uns Gehbehinderten den Weg in den Ort oder zur Bushaltestelle enorm erleichterte und verkürzte. Hierdurch konnten wir beides fussläufig erreichen.

Good stay, marred by a few unfortunate items
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The view and the seating arrangement on the balcony was great. The facilities were very comfortable. There was sufficient parking.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the check in hours are very strict - only from 11:00 to 16:00. You cannot arrive outside these hours. This needs to be very clearly stated before making a reservation.
The email correspondence with the staff was cold - no greeting and no understanding for arriving outside those hours. It is not difficult to make a code or some other kind of accommodations for late-arriving guests.

The hotel name is Mohren, which is German for Moors and is the oldest (now unacceptable) German word for Black people. There is a porcelain statue of a Black man at the hotel entrance. As a Black person, I find this inappropriate and offensive. I understand if the name cannot change, but the statue and any other reference to Black people should be removed.
