We were denied entry despite making a confirmed credit card payment. This property is not a hotel

I have been travelling internationally for over 50 years in North America, South America, Asia, Europe, Africa, and Australia. This was without doubt the WORST experience I've ever had. Booking is absolutely misrepresenting this property as an airport hotel. It isn't. It is a small number of apartments owned individually. The owner of the apartment for which we had made a confirmed credit card payment declined it and insisted the only payment he would accept was a direct deposit to his Colombian bank account.....not cash, not a credit card. And so we were denied entry. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

Ubicación excelente y la niña de la recepción es MUY amable y atenta

Cons:

En la ducha hay un pequeño problema con el sellado del agua que hace que se moje todo el piso del baño. Es una lástima con TODO tan bien y tan bonito que ocurra esto.

Timador! Cobra más de lo que contratas por Booking, alegando concepto de limpieza

Nunca llegué a entrar.
El día del checking, me contactaron para que hiciera un pago por un importe mayor al que había contratado por Booking.

Cons:

Tras mucho discutir que ese no era el precio, me dijo el caballero que me contactó, que era por concepto de limpieza del apartamento. Tras decirle que no estaba dispuesta a pagar por ese concepto y por un importe mayor al contratado y decirle que contactaría con atención al cliente, me canceló la reserva indicando que mi tarjeta no era válida.

El apartamento tiene el espacio adecuado y su distribucion es ideal , las instalaciones son bonitas y muy bien ubicado.

El apartamento está en buen estado general, pero sería recomendable reparar algunas secciones del piso para mejorar su apariencia. También sería importante prestar más atención a la limpieza: las sábanas tenían manchas y daban la impresión de no haber sido lavadas, y había pelos en el piso.

Good room, accommodating front desk attendant, poor administration and payment.
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable and stylish. The attendant at the front desk was warm, friendly and went out of her way to help us get a room.

Cons:

It isn't a hotel/motel. The name 'Suites' gives the impression to travelers that it's a hotel/motel, but it's really apartments that owners are renting out for a night. We could not reserve the room ahead of time - our card continued to be canceled. We could not pay cash on-site either and the attendant eventually made an exception for us. We were given a separate link to pay by credit card, but that link needed to wait 3-4 hours before accepting our card. Meanwhile, we couldn't wait around for that time; we were tired and had all our bags. Others from our party that came for the same occasion also had similar trouble. I've never had an instance where I've used my credit card and had to wait hours before completing the final transaction.
