Pros:

Personál úklidu a restaurace byl milý a ochotný.

Cons:

V pokoji bylo velmi vlhko a tudíž i plíseň. Suché oblečení jsme měli během chvilky vlhké. Celkovému dojmu nepomohl ani zápach, který nezmizel za celý náš pobyt a všudepřítomná zatuchlina. Klid zde rozhodně nenajdete,na pokoji jsme slyšeli každého kdo prošel po chodbě a také hudba z restaurace byla každý večer v našem pokoji velmi rušivá. Komunikace s hotelem před naším příjezdem byla katastrofální, na zprávu s našimi požadavky vůbec nezareagovali, i přes to, že jsme je kontaktovali několik týdnů předem. Na pokoji na vás čeká letáček s upozorněním na možný výskyt hmyzu, švábů, ještěrek a myší- to vše jsme zde zažili. Mimo to také v areálu volně pobíhají divocí psi, opice a ptáci poletují po celé restauraci, kradou hostům jídlo přímo z talířů. Samotné jídlo v restauraci bylo obrovské zklamání, výběr jídel byl opravdu velmi malý, obzvláště na oběd, kdy zřejmě hotel počítá s tím, že většina hostů je pryč a tudíž nabízí jen jedno jídlo. Jídla chuťově nezajímá, povětšinou nedochucená nebo oschlá. Snack v all inclusive zde znamená výběr z čaje, jedné kávy a palačinek, a to každý den beze změny. Zapůjčení masky na šnorchlování je možné pouze během výletu na lodi organizovaném hotelem.

Right on blue bay, good mid range option
Pros:

Close to blue bay (great snorkelling). Good breakfast. Close to the airport.

Cons:

We stayed here twice. The first time the room was nowhere near as nice as the second time but it was the same type of room we paid for. We nearly cancelled for the second stay as the first room was very dated with the toilet in a cupboard in the corner - it felt like something out of the 70s with the “ocean” view looking over the volleyball court. The second time we had a much nicer modern room right on the beach. I would suggest that the different rooms could be described and priced accordingly.

Hotel agréable et bien situé
Pros:

Hôtel très agréable avec plage en accès direct proposant des activités nautiques gratuites et des animations.

Cons:

Chambre pas insonorisée (musique tard le soir, avion pas si gênant que ça)
Difficultés pour se connecter au wifi en arrivant car l'hôtel était complet. Parking sous dimensionné, mais possibilité de se garer à proximité. Peu de choix végétarien sur les buffets en demi pension.
