Bonjour,
Je souhaite vous faire part de mon retour concernant mon séjour dans votre établissement.
En effet, plusieurs points ne correspondent pas du tout aux prestations attendues pour un hôtel en formule all inclusive. Dans la chambre, aucun produit d’accueil n’était fourni (shampoing, crème, etc.). De plus, alors que nous étions en couple, des lits séparés nous ont été attribués.
Le mini-bar/frigo était vide malgré la formule tout compris, et les bouteilles d’eau présentes dans la chambre n’ont pas été remplacées pendant 4 jours.
Concernant les espaces communs, j’ai constaté que le restaurant n’était pas suffisamment propre (portes vitrées sales), et la présence de nuisibles le matin dans le restaurant ainsi que dans la cour est particulièrement dérangeante.
Le bruit autour de l’hôtel le soir est également très important, parfois jusqu’à minuit, ce qui nuit fortement au repos.
Enfin, l’accueil a été très froid et peu chaleureux.
Je tiens toutefois à souligner la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel du bar et du restaurant, qui ont été les seuls points réellement positifs de ce séjour.
Malgré ces quelques points positifs, je suis très déçue de la qualité globale de l’établissement, qui ne correspond pas à un hôtel 3 étoiles et encore moins à ce qui est attendu au regard du prix payé.
Je ne pense malheureusement pas revenir dans votre établissement.

A wonderful hotel that left a very positive impression.

What I liked the most was the attitude of the staff — everyone was very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. It truly makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout your stay.

I would also like to highlight the taste and quality of the food. Dinners were outstanding — incredibly delicious crab, a great variety of seafood, and perfectly prepared fish dishes. The bar was also impressive, offering a wide selection of cocktails and quality drinks.

The beach and the ocean deserve a special mention. The reef and corals are unbelievably beautiful, with a huge variety of colorful fish — a true paradise for nature lovers and snorkeling.

I am also very grateful for the opportunity to enjoy a glass-bottom boat ride in the lagoon — it was a unique and unforgettable experience.

It was also a pleasure to take part in the daily activities by the pool, as well as the evening entertainment such as live music, shows, and dancing — all creating a fantastic atmosphere.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay.

L’hôtel est assez familial, avec des propositions d’activité (badminton, pétanque…), une piscine assez grande mais pas de différences de mètre, idéal pour les enfants. Le petit déjeuner variée (salés et sucrée).

Cons:

Nuissance sonore des soirées proposée par l’hôtel. Douche légèrement abîmée à votre arrivée. La propreté n’était pas top mais reste raisonnable sur l’ensemble du séjour.

A lovely stay at a good hotel without paying crazy prices. All inclusive was good value.
Pros:

Location superb. Nice layout and excellent pool. Buffet was good and bar had a decent offering. Boat trip was organised well. All staff very friendly.

Cons:

Entertainment wasn’t great on first night- the ‘live music’ was a recording of one played on the screen. Dated rooms and some general wear on show. But didn’t affect our stay. Towels could be better.
