I had to book a place close to the hotel whilst waiting to fly hom,e, I stayed with 2 young children. I wasn't expecting much but this place is a good 3* hotel. The pool is lovely, as is the beach area. It has beautiful views of blue bay. You get a free boat ride with snorkelling, and free access to the kayaks, snorkel gear, paddle boards etc, which is amazing.
The rooms are as expected, they're comfortable and clean. The bathroom is open to the room, which I didn't really like but it wasn't a problem. Our housekeeper was so lovely, she did a great job at cleaning up after my messy kids. The other staff were also so friendly, especially the chefs and the receptionists. We were placed in a room on the ground floor for ease and they knew we had children. They also let us check in and use the room early which I was so grateful for. The cot was also good quality, which isn't always the case at hotels. I would stay here again, it's a good 3* hotel!
The highchairs could be a little better, some didn't have straps and my baby was slipping a bit.
There needs to be some sort of entertainment early evening, maybe for kids. There's a long wait for dinner (19:00) and i was having to wait with my baby and 3 year old, who are usually in bed for 7pm. A bit of entertainment might have helped with that.

room quaity was poor, you can hear people outside in the hallway because the door is not good. Toilet paper is so thin and cheap that you can see your fingers through it. Buffet food was very poor too and not much choice.

For double occupancy, they charge you nearly twice for the same room. It's unfair.
De Locatie dicht bij de Airport, je loopt zo de zee in om te zwemmen. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
