Service was amazing, the premises are clean and really nice, if you are looking dor a weekend stay at a country like house, this is the place.

Pros:

This hotel is beautiful. We’re definitely coming back. Location was good, only 5 mins away from el parque del café, and 5 mins from a little town called Montenegro. It has a police station 5 mins away, so it makes it extra safe (Colombia can be a little dangerous). Also the amenities were great especially the spa, the pool and the jacuzzi. My family and I had a blast. Breakfast is pretty good as well. The views are so amazing too! The only thing we would change are the mattresses. They are firm. Very very very firm. They almost feel like a cardboard. We did not care since the hotel has so many good things but we did miss some sleep. We still recommend this place to everyone though!
