Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was very welcoming and, even though there was a bit of a language barrier, they always did their best to accommodate our needs. The property itself was well kept and spotless — our room was tidy, fresh, and exceptionally clean. We especially loved having a balcony overlooking the mountains, which made the stay feel extra special.

The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff was kind and helpful throughout our visit.

One thing to note is that the hotel is about a 45–60 minute walk from the train station. If you’re traveling with luggage, it’s definitely best to take a taxi, which costs around 200 NTD.

Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

This is a really beautiful place to come and stay. They very kindly gave us an upgrade as they had the space. The staff were AMAZING to us, they were so helpful. The room was excellent. Super clean and really, really comfortable and well decorated. We would definitely come back if we stayed in Hualien again.

Pros:

hotel is a good condition hotel, friendly staff, room is big, location close to train station. half hour to Taroko. 15 mins to downtown. check in earlier if room is available. Laundry onsite with coin.

1間4人房+寵物狗兒~入住。
環境整潔~舒適。床鋪舒服好睡。房內無冰箱，我們自己有帶保冰箱沒差，衛浴蓮蓬頭離清洗用品架太遠，洗澡動線不佳。中式早餐菜色多樣，餐廳很有特色，原木桌子很特別，整體而言滿意。

很糟糕的體驗
Pros:

1.房間內沒有冰箱，這麼熱的天氣沒辦法冰飲料，問民宿可否則提供冰塊，民宿回答外面便利商店有賣
2.民宿網頁介紹有很多設備空間可使用，也是因為這點訂此民宿，結果現場想使用，卻被告知要收清潔費，在事前完全沒有告知
3.民宿停車空間不足，開車前往卻被告知只能停在外面路旁，停在民宿外面，又被趕走，說有遊覽車要停靠，只有遊覽車來的才是客人，我們自己開小車去的就不是客人嗎
只能說一趙很糟的住宿經驗，下次去花蓮絕不會選擇

Pros:

整體而言算是很有質感的民宿,含吃到飽早餐(沒什麼肉但好吃,餐具還不錯),可免費停車但一旁大概只有10幾個車位,開出去逛逛回來就沒位子,還好民宿不在鬧區所以路邊可找到車位。商務房不大沒桌椅,但一樓交誼廳有不少可坐的地方,房間外有不錯的小陽台,但得留意小黑蚊。

近慈濟醫院，住宿期間並不會聽到救護車聲音。
寵物友善，可進房、進餐廳，須加寵物清潔費300元/隻。
有電梯，對帶狗狗、嬰兒的家庭，非常友善。
有附設停車場，已入住第二次，沒有碰到無位可停。
浴室水量、水溫足夠，非常好洗。
房間清潔可再加強，室內地板有少許灰塵、浴室牆壁有少許污垢。
房內無冰箱。

民宿有免費附設停車場，飲水機，簡單的自助早餐，價位算是非常超值。
當晚入住時，電視無法使用，服務人員很快來維修，後來確認無法修復後，迅速的幫我們更換房間，服務非常迅速且好，此外還對寵物非常友善，讓有大隻毛小孩的家庭能開心出遊！
