Le petit-déjeuner servi à table étais excellent ,la gentillesse du personnel ainsi que le magnifique cadre.
Les fans zone pour voir les matchs. Le bar été trop étroit et celui dans le jardin la restauration fermé trop tôt et il faisait frais.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER – ZERO STARS IF I COULD!
I don’t even know where to begin with how awful this hotel was. After traveling 8 hours and 30 minutes from Dubai to Casablanca, then another 1 hour to Rabat, I was completely exhausted and just wanted a clean room and some rest. Instead, this hotel made everything worse.
First, after checking in and paying, they made me wait over an hour before giving me my room key. When I finally got to the room, it was absolutely disgusting — full of ants and insects, dust all over the tables, and clearly not cleaned at all. I called the reception, but they were extremely slow, and it took them forever to respond. Then they told me they would give me another room — but of course, that also took ANOTHER hour.
And that’s not all. Every time I needed something from reception, I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. Even when my room card stopped working, instead of having phones or any way to contact them from the corridors, I had to walk all the way back down to reception just to get help. Seriously, how can a hotel not even have basic service like this?
This hotel ruined my first day in Morocco. After such a long trip, instead of welcoming me or trying to make things easier, they just made everything worse. The service is terrible, the rooms are filthy, and the staff do not care at all.
I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, STAY AWAY from this hotel.

La clim ne marche pas dans la chambre pendant tout mon séjour L’équipe de maintenance est intervenue à deux reprises dans la chambre, mais n’a pas réussi à réparer la climatisation et semblait ne pas savoir d’où venait la panne.

The staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness throughout my stay. I would especially like to highlight the concierge team, the front desk staff, the servers, and the housekeeping team, all of whom were consistently courteous, helpful, and dedicated to ensuring an outstanding experience.
The hotel itself is magnificent, with a beautiful and serene setting that offers a genuine resort atmosphere. It is an ideal place to relax, unwind, and feel completely at ease.
