A worst hotel I ever been in my life
Pros:

Very old hotel, you’ll feel like you’re in a military bunk, the toilet and bathroom is in old model like 90’s , never been renovated since Long time I guess, the linens are so dirty that you can see the stains and spotting and the towel is like floor mat, lucky I had my own towel, the bed and mattresses are very old, walls are so dirty no window so literally you’ll be in dark if you switch off your lights, there is no wifi signal to the third floor, and when I reach receptionist, she didn’t even have a hoot, she was busy with her mobile phone, but the night shift guy is not helpful.

If you wanna stay in a junk place, there you go, location is so perfect but the hotel is in its worst condition, I don’t recommend anyone, as you’ll regret...

BUDGET HOTEL WITH EXCELLENCE SERVICE
Pros:

we stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. We were group choir of my church, going to services at the church in Batam and singing a song. I found this hotel from Booking.com and booked it for 6 room-Family Deluxe. The rooms was quiet simple consist of 2 bed for 3 pax. But its clean and just comfort. They have lift so its make easy for my old parents. The hotel was in the shopping center, so you will easy to find a restaurant with various kind of food

Old hotel in good location.
Pros:

We got a bdrm on the ground floor. the room looks very depressing. No windows,smelly. Aircon not cold. Bed feels like 20 yrs old with depressed mattrass. Room not clean. bed linnen got holes. Towel is very old. Will never come back.

Ok for the price
Pros:

Stayed for 2 nites... for the price paid the condition is acceptable. Not a bad location, nearby to nagoya mall & eatery places. The only problem the wifi is not stable in the room & a little smell in the toilet. Overall was good...
